2) Sweepstakes will be open to anyone eighteen (18) and older as of October 10, 2009 who are residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of Soap Opera Weekly (a publication of Source Interlink Magazines, LLC.) their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their family/household members (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) are not eligible to enter.

3) Enter by filling out an official entry form on page 22 of Soap Opera Weekly or by providing name, address, date of birth, phone number and email address on a 3x5 card. Send to Soap Opera Weekly Free Stuff Sweeps, attn: SAMSUNG JACK, 261 Madison Ave. 5th Fl., New York, NY 10016. Entries may be handwritten or typed. Entries must be received by October 22, 2009, postmarked by October 20, 2009. Multiple entries are not permitted. One entrant per entry. No more than one entry per envelope can be submitted. Sponsors shall not be responsible for lost, late, mutilated or misdirected mail. Entries that are printed by machine, mechanically reproduced, tampered with, illegible or incomplete are not eligible.

4) There will be one (1) drawing and one (1) winner. The prizewinner will be selected by random drawing from all entries on or about October 26, 2009. Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: $349.99. Sponsors make no warranties with regard to the prizes. Sponsors are not responsible for lost or mutilated prizes and none will be replaced. Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsors in the event that the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, Sponsors will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable by winner for cash value. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner.

6) All entries and requests become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsors will have the right to photograph the winner. Entry constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, picture, likeness and city and state of residence for purposes of trade, publicity or promotion for no additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

7) The winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where lawful, a Publicity Release. Any traveling companion will be required to execute a Travel Release. All taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winners.
