This past week, the Top 5 each took on one song from the '60s and one British pop song. The standout performances included Jessica's intimate rendition of "You Are So Beautiful"; Joshua's riveting take on the Bee Gees' "To Love Somebody"; and Hollie's heartfelt interpretation of the Leona Lewis hit, "Bleeding Love". While Skylar and Phillip certainly had some great moments, the other three truly made their mark. However, on Thursday, Phillip would find himself safe on the couches, while Hollie took a seat in the bottom two. Later, Skylar would later join Hollie, completing the bottom group and making for some Idol drama: the two close friends and roommates would finally be separated, one way or the other, after a joint run all the way to the Top 5. After the votes were tallied and the lights dimmed, Skylar would find herself leaving the competition, despite a truly remarkable Idol journey. No worries Skylar fans-your girl will certainly make her mark in the world of country music...just watch. So we're down to the Top 4: two guys, two girls, and only ONE spot at the top! That leaves me with one question...who's your favorite to win it all?!? Let me know on Twitter @robbierosenlive! Ya really can't go wrong with any of 'em, it's anyone's crown!!
