FOUL! Why would anyone in Genoa City accept Adam's identification of Sharon's supposedly dead body, just because his mother's engagement ring was on the corpse??? In 2008, he claimed that the dismembered body found in the Newman stables was that of his former girlfriend, Skye, who was reportedly murdered by David Chow for beating him in poker. Two years later, Skye turned up alive and it was revealed that Adam had helped her skip town by intentionally giving the false ID. Now, Genoa City's D.A. believes Adam is preaching the gospel. The next order of business should have been a DNA test of the remains. Of course, there wouldn't be any story but it's a plot point that really bugs me.
