Monday

Ryan told Annie the baby couldn't be his. Annie couldn't believe he would think she cheated on him. She insisted they take a test to prove it was Ryan's baby. Ryan told Kendall and Greenlee that Annie was pregnant, and they had a similar reaction to Ryan. They went in to see Annie, but all they accomplished was getting into another argument. Ryan got the impression that Kendall told Greenlee that he was in love with her, but Kendall insisted she had not. The test came back, proving Ryan could still father a child. Ryan told everybody they could go home, and then took Annie home.

Sable held a knife to Erica's throat as she accused her of sleeping with her husband. Jack insisted Erica never slept with her husband. Finally, Erica elbowed her and managed to get away from her, all the while yelling at her. Erica asked Jack to get her out of there, and he did. Krystal vouched for Adam when Jesse questioned him about the stolen car. Once Jesse was gone, Krystal wanted to know the truth. Adam told Krystal she was no longer part of the family. Finally, he admitted the car wasn't stolen. He asked Krystal if she loved Colby enough to keep the secret. Reluctantly, she agreed.

Cass, Dre and Colby argued about what they had done and were interrupted by Petey. He told them about Adam's threats. Colby suddenly pulled an Adam, threatening everyone. Jesse walked in as Colby finished growling at everyone to keep their mouths shut. Jesse questioned them. They nervously covered for themselves, and then he left. Out in the hall, Jesse made a call and asked someone to watch Colby and Cass.

Kendall, Zach, Aidan and Greenlee went to ConFusion. Kendall confided to Zach that Ryan was in love with Greenlee. Meanwhile, Greenlee assured Aidan that she was fine with Annie being pregnant.

Tuesday

Annie was distressed when Ryan told her he was going to see the doctor that performed his vasectomy. She tried to convince him that they should just be happy about her pregnancy and move on, but when she realized that wasn't going to work, she insisted she accompany him. When they got there, the receptionist was relieved to see him — "Mr. Lavery, finally." She told him that they had tried to contact him because there was a class action lawsuit against the doctor, who had never performed the vasectomies. Ryan was shocked.

Greenlee gave Amanda the scoop on Ryan and Annie. Amanda was concerned the pregnancy would upset her, but Greenlee insisted she was very happy with Aidan. They talked about Annie's behavior lately, and Greenlee thought maybe the pregnancy would calm her down. She felt like everyone was finally in the right place. Amanda complained about a stiff neck she had from "sleeping alone." As Greenlee gave Amanda a massage, they discussed Jake. Suddenly, Amanda had a "spasm", and Greenlee suggested she head to the hospital to see a "doctor." Amanda headed out, and Greenlee was left alone. She coached herself to keep her mouth shut about Annie, and was interrupted when Ryan walked in. Greenlee congratulated him on the baby. He told her that his vasectomy never happened. Greenlee told him she was sorry, but then corrected herself — he was going to have a baby. Ryan fantasized about telling Greenlee that it should have been their baby. Back in reality, he told Greens he was happy. As he turned to leave, Greenlee asked what he had wanted to talk to her about at the hospital the day before. He said it was nothing, and she told him that she was there for him if he needed her. After making some small talk, Ryan kissed her on the cheek and said goodbye, a little too seriously for Greenlee's liking. She watched him leave.

Dre, Cass, Colby and Petey hung out at the Yacht Club pool and continued to talk about the hit and run. Cass got angry when she realized Colby had rum in her drink. She reminded Colby how out of control she gets when she drinks. They soon ended up in an argument. Dre broke it up. Alone, Dre promised Cass he would protect her, and they ended up in a kiss. Meanwhile, Colby added more alcohol to her drink. Later, the kids again talked about keeping the secret a secret.

Angie complained to Jake about all the things that were stressing her out. He told her that Frankie would be fine; he could handle the situation with Randi. Then she asked when he was going to tell her what happened between him and his wife. He asked when did she turn into his mother. Later, Amanda showed up asking for Jake. Angie told her she could check her out, but Amanda made up an excuse and turned to leave. Then she spotted Jake. He checked her out, and proceeded to give her a massage. She complimented his skills, and suggested he do that for a living. When he pointed out that he did, she wondered what he did for fun. Meanwhile, Angie overheard a nurse talking about having a crush on Frankie. She called her over. Angie told Jill she was impressed with how she'd handled a patient. She asked if she was headed home to her husband, and Jill said that it was just he; she was too busy studying for the boards. Angie invited her to have dinner at her house sometime, with her husband, Frankie and Cassandra. Jill said that would be great.

Frankie helped Randi fill out paperwork. He asked how she got into prostitution. Randi explained she liked the security, and the idea of being in control. He continued to question her, and she admitted that she'd had a rough childhood. Frankie came to the conclusion that she'd been sexually abused. He told her it wasn't her fault; it was a sick crime. She told Frankie that where she came from, it was life. Frankie noted her past didn't have to define who she was. Frankie knew she could see what he saw in her. For once, Randi smiled at him instead of grumbling. As he left, she thanked him. When she was alone again, Fletcher showed up. He told her Frankie was filling her head with lies, and she would always be trash.

Annie took Richie's ashes to the Yacht Club. Down at the water, Annie said her farewell to Richie, and told him she was moving on. She said he had no more power over her, and with that, she poured his ashes into the water. She said she was sorry, but killing him was her only option. After, Annie passed the pool just in time to overhear Petey say to Dre, Cass and Colby that no one would ever know they killed Richie.

Wednesday

Erica returned home, and was greeted with a floral arrangement from Jackson. She got into the bath and made phone calls. Next she got a massage and called Josh to see if they could plain a trip to visit Bianca in Paris. As she got her nails done, she checked in with Bianca.

Annie got a call telling her that an item was in stock; she said she was on her way. At Fusion, Kendall and Babe talked about Richie, and then JR. Annie walked in (carrying a shopping bag) and Kendall berated her for being late. Erica called and Kendall went to take the call in the lounge. Babe asked Annie how she was doing. Annie asked if Colby could baby-sit this weekend since Corinna was unavailable. Babe gave her Colby's number. When Kendall rejoined them, she continued to give Annie a hard time. After Annie went in another room, Babe told Kendall that she should lay off Annie. Kendall filled Babe in on Annie's antics lately, including her attacking Greenlee at the hospital. She suggested they fire Annie. Babe tried to talk her out of it. Annie returned and told them she was leaving to pick up Emma, and would be on time tomorrow. Once home, Annie called Colby and asked her to baby-sit. She told her she was welcome to bring her friends. Then she took a nanny-cam system out of the shopping bag.

Krystal told Adam she wanted to tell Tad about Colby. Adam nixed the idea, saying Tad couldn't be trusted. Krystal hated the idea of lying to Tad. Adam told her she was withholding information, not lying. Then he suggested that Tad might have information about the investigation, since Jesse was his best friend. Krystal said she wouldn't spy on her husband. Adam brought up their kiss, and got Krystal to admit that they still had a connection. Meanwhile, Jesse told Tad about his suspicions that Colby and Cassandra were the ones who hit Richie. He told him about his conversation with them, and that he'd put them under surveillance. Tad said that in the meantime they should work on finding something to get the kids cleared. He thought they should go back to Adam, but Jesse warned him Adam had someone backing him up — Krystal. They continued to talk about all their worries, including Jesse's concerns about Frankie and Randi. Jesse told Tad that Angie was stressed enough, and she didn't need any more. Tad insisted Jesse had to be honest with Angie about whatever he found out regarding Cassandra. Tad returned home, where he found Adam and Krystal standing very close to each other. Adam left, and Tad asked why Krystal didn't tell him about the stolen car. She said it was no big deal, but he wanted to know why she was keeping secrets. She said it slipped her mind, and went to check on Jenny.

JR visited Zach at the office to see if he could offer him an alibi, the way Zach did for him when Richie was kidnapped. Zach had a feeling JR was there for another reason. JR finally conceded he wanted to take down Adam. Zach didn't think JR had it in him to beat his dad, but JR insisted he did. Zach told him he would think about it, and let JR out. Then Zach made a call and told someone they needed to talk about Chandler Enterprises — there was going to be a call.

Samuel met with his campaign advisor, who told him he needed to stop spending time with Erica. Later, Opal approached Samuel and thanked him for getting Erica out of prison early. When she introduced herself as Opal, Erica's dearest friend, Samuel invited her to join him. Opal let him know, nice as could be, that she would be voting her Jackson in "that" race. Jackson and Erica were soul mates, even when Erica was "distracted." She suggested he stay way from her friend. Clearly multiple warnings did not sink in, because Samuel later showed up at Erica's door, surprising her.

Thursday

Ryan asked Aidan to investigate why he never found out about his botched vasectomy. They talked about Greenlee not wanting children, and Ryan suggested she might change her mind. Aidan said he was fine with her decision, and he agreed to investigate Ryan's case. Meanwhile, Annie tore up a letter from the doctor's office to Ryan.

Greenlee filled Jack in on Annie's pregnancy. Jack was surprised his daughter was taking it so well. Greens insisted she was fine — the only man she wanted was Aidan. She told him she didn't even want kids, which shocked him. Greenlee changed the subject to his love life. She asked about Erica, and if he still loved her. He said he always has, but it didn't mean they belong together. Despite the fact that she didn't particularly want him with Erica, she told him he should go for it. After he left, she called Aidan to tell him that she loved him.

When Jake told Angie he could use a little help, Angie told him about the volunteer system that his father had started. She said Colby was available to work with him. Jake was not interested in working with Colby. He explained there was a time when he thought Colby was his daughter — he had given Liza his sperm so she could get pregnant, but that Adam switched it so that Adam's sperm was used. Angie was sorry he had to go through that, and wondered if Colby knew. Jake said she had enough to deal with just being Adam's daughter, and he abruptly left. He went for a run, and while jogging down the path, collided with a blonde woman. They excused themselves and kept running, but seemed affected by the run-in.

Randi told Frankie that Fletcher had found her at the shelter. Frankie knew that would happen, but she would be safe there now — he had warned the staff about Fletcher. He asked her why she put up with that guy and continued to work as a prostitute. She said it was better than the alternative. Randi told Frankie he was in way over his head, and he needed to forget it. He said that wasn't going to happen. She warned him to watch his back; he didn't know what Fletcher was capable of. Frankie urged her to focus on the rest of her life.

Annie got a call from Colby and was disappointed to find out that just she and Cass were on their way over to baby-sit. Regardless, she set up the nanny cam. As the girls arrived, Cass told Colby she thought they were being followed. Colby blew her off and then went inside. Annie invited them in, and quickly brought up Richie's hit and run, laying on the guilt nice and heavy. After Annie headed out, the girls talked about how horrible they felt for her. Ryan came home unexpectedly and relieved them. Later, when Annie got home, she immediately checked the nanny-cam. Ryan walked downstairs and spotted her, asking, "Annie, what are you doing?" Back at home, Cass told Angie that she thought there was a man following her. When she described him, Angie and Frankie thought it was Fletcher. Meanwhile, Randi got a text that read, "You can run, but you can't hide."

Erica entertained Samuel while in her lingerie, Samuel, of course, told her she looked incredible. He told her about his conversation with Opal. Erica reminded him that she and Jack were not together. Samuel was about to kiss her when they were interrupted by a knock at the door. It was a delivery of gifts for her friends and family. There was even one for Samuel. He opened it up to find a tie, which she promptly put on for him. He told her he couldn't stop thinking about her, and Erica asked if getting involved with her could ruin his campaign. He acknowledged that it was a possibility, but it was clear he wasn't going to let that stop him. They kissed just as a paparazzo stuck his head in the door and started snapping pictures. Jackson walked out of the elevator and saw the paparazzo, and pushed him through the door, revealing Erica and Samuel in a compromising position.

Friday

Samuel told Jack to give the paparazzo back his camera. He wanted a picture, so Samuel posed with Erica for him. Once the photographer left, Jack questioned how Samuel's voters would feel about him and Erica. Samuel said it was most important to be honest. Erica gave Jack his gift. It was a stapler — Lily had said he needed one. Samuel mentioned how much he loved the silk tie Erica had bought him. Erica opened a gift Jack had brought from Carmen; chocolates. She left the men alone and went to change. Jack and Samuel threw snide comments back and forth. Jack asked if Samuel got Erica released so that he could date her. Sam denied it. Erica returned, and Samuel left them alone while he took a phone call about pictures of him and Erica. Jack let Erica know how unhappy he was to have walked in on her kissing Samuel. Erica pointed out that he had given her the divorce papers. Jack was sure that Erica would come back again, but this time, he might not be waiting. After he told her about his conversation with Greenlee, it suddenly dawned on Erica that Jackson had come over because he wanted to get back together. He warned her to be careful with Samuel, and left as Samuel came back in. Erica told Sam that she was worried about his campaign, and he told her he would be right back. When he came back, he told her he had made reservations for dinner at the Valley Inn, in public, for Wednesday, if she was free. She agreed, and he left. Alone, Erica picked up the stapler Jackson had left behind.

Kendall asked Greenlee how things were going with Aidan, and wondered if they were going to get married soon. Then she told Greens how much she wanted Annie out of their lives — she wanted to fire Annie. Greenlee told her that they couldn't do that, because she was Ryan's wife. Greenlee thought things would get better now that Annie was pregnant. Kendall suspected that this baby wasn't a miracle — she thought it had help. Kendall went on and on about how Ryan deserved to be happy with the woman he loved. Greenlee thought Kendall wanted Ryan to love her. Kendall, fed up, told Greens she was an idiot. Ryan didn't love her, he loved Greenlee.

Ryan asked Annie what was in her hand. She admitted it was a nanny-cam. He wanted to know why she felt the need to tape the girls. Though she tried to come up with excuses, in the end, she told him that Colby, Cass and Dre had killed Richie. She explained that she had heard them talking at the Yacht Club, and that they said they had run over Richie. He couldn't understand why she would trick them into coming over and confessing on tape. She told him she was hoping to take suspicion off Zach. Ryan told her he was there for her. They watched the tape together, and though the girls didn't say they had killed Richie, it was implied that something bad happened that night. Annie thought they should use it, but Ryan clearly did not — he destroyed the tape and threw it out.

Frankie told Angie he was going after Fletcher. Angie told him to stay away from Fletcher. She pointed out that his exploits with Randi were bringing danger to their door. He reminded her that she did something similar with Jesse back in the day. Angie told Frankie she was proud of the man he had become, and he shouldn't ruin his career, or his life, going after a street thug. Angie asked him, mother to son, to take care of himself. He agreed, and said it was done. Angie left.

Jesse wondered if his being the Chief of Police was a mistake. Krystal walked in as Jesse and Tad discussed the difficulties of Richie's murder case. Krystal asked if he had any suspects in the case yet. Tad interrupted and reminded Krystal that Jesse was on a break. Kathy came downstairs and told them she wet the bed again. She said she was sorry, and Krystal offered to take her back upstairs and change the sheets and tuck her in. Kathy said she wanted Tad. Tad took her back upstairs, and Krystal wondered if Jesse really needed to investigate Richie's murder. She didn't think anyone should be punished for Richie's death. Jesse didn't seem to agree, and headed back to work. When Tad came back downstairs, he could tell Krystal was a little down. He hugged her and asked if she was okay. Krystal said she was now.

Angie went down to the station to tell Jesse about Fletcher following Cassandra. Just then, a cop came in and said, “I think your daughter made me.” Jesse told him to stop tailing her. Angie was furious to discover it wasn't Fletcher, but Jesse who was responsible for scaring Cass. Jesse told Angie that he suspected Cass knew something about Richie's murder. Meanwhile, Frankie found Fletcher in a bar and starting beating him, telling him to stay away from his family and Randi.
