Monday

Tuesday
Kendall told Ryan that Julia had been shot. She also told him what happened between her and Aidan. Ryan couldn't believe that Greenlee's life had been blown to bits yet again. Kendall thought Ryan should go find Greenlee.
Julia was rushed to the hospital. When Joe brought in her test results, and Julia knew she had no hope of surviving, she refused surgery. Krystal begged her to have it anyway, but Julia and Joe told her the surgery would only be a temporary fix; she would die anyway. Julia asked Krystal to call Maria, as she was Kathy's appointed guardian. Julia tried to tell Krystal everything she could think of about Kathy. Dixie came to her and told her that Kathy was going to be all right. Moments later, Julia flatlined.
Jake and Frankie checked out Tad's wounds, while Jesse and Robert fought overhead in the helicopter. Jesse pulled Robert out, who plummeted to the roof below, but somehow didn't die. He came at Frankie and Jake with a gun, and Frankie fought him while Jake worked to save Tad's life as Dixie looked on. Downstairs, everyone tried to calm Cassie. Jesse and Angie managed to safely land the helicopter. Frankie got the upper hand and held on to Robert as Jesse confronted him. He picked up a gun, and Robert taunted him to shoot him. Frankie talked Jesse out of it. The police arrived and hauled Robert away. Frankie said he could fly the helicopter and transport Tad to the hospital — he didn't have much time.
Colby and Adam brought Kathy back to the mansion. Kathy wanted to know where Aunt Julia was, and Adam did his best to distract her.
Zach helped Greenlee get rid of Aidan's stuff. He consoled her and suddenly, Greenlee kissed him.
Wednesday
When Annie got home, Ryan told her that Julia had been shot. Annie was devastated and Ryan told her to go ahead to the hospital while he waited for Corinna to come watch Emma. Annie thanked him and ran out.
Jack yelled at Aidan for telling Greenlee what happened at a wedding. Aidan told him that he hadn't — in fact, Jack told her himself. He said it didn't matter how she found out. He insisted he loved Greenlee and wanted to make it up to her. Aidan told him that Tad was shot as well as Julia, and he had to get to the hospital. Jack followed him.
Babe and JR arrived at the hospital and joined Krystal just as a bloody Tad was wheeled in. Krystal, who left before he was shot, was horrified. Jake continued to work on Tad while Frankie filled in everyone in the waiting area. Angie asked Frankie to take care of Greg's wound. Frankie told Greg he thought it was his fault for inviting Robert into their lives. Joe worked to bring Julia back, and Angie begged her to come back. Julia was unresponsive, and Joe told Angie to call a time of death. After, she told Joe the bad news that Tad was fighting for his life as well. They went to the waiting room and told everyone that Julia had died. Joe went to Tad's room and got an update from Jake.
Zach stopped the kiss and told Greenlee she didn't want to do that. Greens wanted to know how Zach could live with what Kendall and Aidan had done. She told him to let Kendall go, and make love to her...just as Kendall walked in. Kendall told her frenemy that Zach was there to help her, not sleep with her. She was there to help, too. Greenlee stormed out. Kendall told Zach she had asked Ryan to help Greens, which he didn't think was a good idea. She filled him in on the shootings at the wedding. He made a call and then told Kendall that Julia had died, and Tad was in critical condition. He told her he had to get to the hospital. Meanwhile, Greenlee got a flat tire and was stranded on the side of the road. Ryan found her and told her what happened at the wedding. He also told her that he knew what happened with Kendall and Aidan. Greenlee suggested that when he was done fixing her tire they should just take off — ride off into the sunset on motorcycles. Ryan thought it sounded like a great idea. Greenlee quickly realized he wasn't serious, though. He said they both had things they couldn't leave behind. When Greenlee turned on the radio, an announcer said there had been a fatality from the shooting. They suspected it was Julia.
JR called Colby to tell her that Julia had died and Tad was in bad shape. Kathy again asked where Aunt Julia was. Adam told her that Julia was at work, and that she told him to tell her that she loved her.
Zach and Kendall arrived at the hospital, and Kendall joined Aidan who was looking in at Julia's body. Greenlee and Ryan arrived shortly after, and Jack told them Julia had died. Greenlee spotted Kendall with her hand on Aidan's back. Annie walked up just in time to see Ryan put his arm around Greenlee, and quickly walked away. Jack asked for a moment alone with Greenlee, and apologized for being the one to blurt out the truth. She told him she was glad she knew, and asked Ryan to take her home. Aidan looked on sadly. Jake told Joe that they had to get Tad into surgery. Krystal asked to see him first. She went in and begged him not to give up. Adam walked in and told JR he was sorry about what happened, and he wanted to be there for him. When Krystal came out, she asked Adam how Kathy was, and Dixie waited for his answer.
Thursday
Kendall told Zach she had to fix things between Aidan and Greenlee. Zach thought she could make things worse. She headed out anyway. Jack came by looking for Kendall but Zach told him she wasn't home. Zach let him know that he had moved on — Greenlee taught him a lot of things when they were stuck in that bunker. Jack went off about Kendall always hurting Greenlee. Zach told him Kendall was trying to make amends.
Adam told Krystal he wanted to know if she was okay, and she said of course she wasn't. She talked about how they would tell Kathy that Julia was gone, and Dixie reminded Adam that Kate still had her father. JR wanted to know why Adam came to the hospital, and told him he didn't want him there. Alone, Adam had a daymare that Colby had been the one shot rather than Julia. Dixie said she had warned him his family would be hurting, and now they were.
Jesse and Aidan decided to work on the search for Kate since they couldn't do anything else for Tad. Cassie found Dre at the hospital. He told her he had to leave the wedding because all the panicking people made him think of his mother, who died in one of the towers on 9/11. He told her she should be with her family and rushed out. Working in the ER, Frankie checked out a woman who had clearly been beaten. She denied it. He left to check on Tad. When he came back, he brought a social worker, but they found the woman had disappeared.
Before the surgery started, Dixie told Tad that his daughter needed him. Joe and Angie watched as Jake operated on Tad. Tad crashed on the table, but they managed to bring him back. Meanwhile, Tad's friends and family waited for word. Adam approached Krystal again, and Krystal told him she wanted to be able to tell Tad where Kate was. After the surgery was over, Angie and Joe told everyone who was waiting that Tad had made it through, but the next 24 hours would be critical. In his room, Jake told an unconscious Tad that he did his job, and now Tad had to do his. After he left, Tad saw Dixie. She told him they could have another chance.
Greenlee woke up to find Kendall sitting next to her. She told Kendall their friendship was over, and that she would rather sell Fusion than work with her. Kendall reminded her of all the things Greenlee had done to her and yet Kendall stuck around. She reminded her that she continued to work with her even after she kidnapped Spike and crashed the car with him in it. Eventually Greenlee conceded they could work together, but she insisted she hated her. Kendall said that was fine, and left, but not before Greenlee told her that she felt like a part of her had died.
Friday
Jesse consoled Angie. Angie worried that Tad was feeling about Dixie the way she had felt about Jesse when she thought he had died — that she would rather die than be without him.
Kendall and Zach set up for Spike's birthday party. They talked about the strength of their love and their family.
Tad asked Dixie how they could have another chance. Dixie told him to come with her; they would start over from 7 years ago. This time, she told him about her pregnancy. Krystal sat with Tad, and begged him to come back. Meanwhile, Tad was with Dixie who had just given birth to Kate, and was holding his daughter for the first time. Next they celebrated her first birthday, watched her first steps, sent her off to college and then off on her honeymoon. Finally, they meet their grandchild and faced old age together. Jesse sat with Tad and wondered what he had to do to get him back.
JR and Adam talked about Kathy, the loss of Julia and the possible loss of Tad. They argued about Adam and Krystal's relationship, and Adam reminded him that Krystal left him to be with Tad. JR told Adam that he would spend the rest of his life trying to bring Kate home, and pointed out that just because Adam didn't care about Tad, he should worry about him because if something happened to Tad, all of the people Adam loved would be devastated. He finally got through to him, and Adam rushed out of the house.
At the hospital, Adam asked Jake if Tad could hear him, even if he was unconscious — he had to tell Tad something. Jake told Adam he would go into Tad's room over his dead body. Meanwhile, Tad told Dixie he was ready to go with her into the light, and she took his hand.
