According to www.bloomberg.com, CBS scored a victory when the judge threw out a trademark-infringement case against B&B. In February, 2011, Robert John Burck, a.k.a. The Naked Cowboy, filed the case after Zack Conroy (Oliver) appeared in a 2/15/11 scene in which his character wore underwear and a cowboy hat, and played the guitar — which Burck claimed are his trademarks.
