Steffy visited Bill at his office and flashed him. He rebuffed her advances and asked her to get lost. She wasn't fazed and was confident that they'd eventually hook up — after he and Katie divorced. However, he didn't plan to divorce his wife. Steffy kept coming on to him and he kept pushing her away. She wouldn't give up. Bill shared that Katie wants him in therapy. Steffy noted that Katie was trying to "tame the beast."
Donna helped Katie bring her stuff to Brooke's place. Katie stated that she's not leaving Bill; Donna asked what she was doing, then. Katie wasn't sure what to do about work, but Donna advised her not to call Bill. Donna asked if she's afraid of Bill and Katie denied it. Donna feared that Bill would hurt Katie, but Katie was sure that he wouldn't. She shared that she wanted her husband to get therapy.
At Forrester Creations, Ridge showed Brooke several dresses and asked if she'd wear them. She said that she would. After, she informed him that Katie was having marriage problems and was staying with them. They then discussed Liam and Brooke revealed that he'd slept with Amber. Later, Ridge and Brooke recalled how they'd hurt each other; Ridge noted that all she can do is support Katie and Hope. She and Ridge then kissed.
At work, Hope mooned over photos of herself with Liam. Tawny interrupted and tried to make small talk with Hope; Hope didn't understand what Tawny wanted with her. Tawny requested that Hope and Amber become friends. Hope asked her to leave. Tawny pried and tried to get the dish on Hope and Oliver, but Hope wouldn't bite. Tawny then advised her to get over Liam. Hope hoped that Liam would file for full custody of the baby when he or she was born, and then send Tawny and Amber packing.
Bill left Katie a message declaring his love for her and pleading with her to come home. Katie cried as she listened to it.

At Forrester Creations, Oliver and Summer were about to go to a photo shoot, but Pam stopped them, explaining that there was a big meeting. Pam offered Ollie a lemon bar and shared her belief that he and Hope would get back together.
Meanwhile, Ridge, Brooke, Steffy, Eric, Thomas, Thorne and Stephanie met to talk about Taboo. Steffy asked if Bill was joining them and Ridge said he wasn't. Brooke snarked that Steffy had worn a skimpy outfit for no reason and then warned her to stay away from Bill. Ridge began the meeting by reminding the gang that FC needed to return to its sophisticated roots. A bunch of models then entered, all wearing gorgeous gowns. Ridge was shocked when one was wearing Thomas's red show stopper. Thomas admitted that he had the model wear his design. Ridge was furious and called his son "disrespectful." However, Eric supported his grandson and praised the gown. Ridge suddenly announced that he's cancelling Taboo's women's line due to budget cuts. Eric accused him of trying to keep a hold over Thomas and noted the chemistry between Brooke and Thomas. Ridge didn't want to hear it. Eric didn't approve of Ridge slashing the budget; Thorne backed up his father. Eric put his foot down and said that Taboo for Women is continuing. Ridge asked for a moment alone with Eric. "You don't get to give orders like that anymore," Ridge growled.
Stephanie, Thomas and everyone else went to the photo studio. Summer planted a kiss on Thomas. Stephanie took the Taboo shots and thought that Eric should respect Ridge's decision. She worried that the line was going to ruin Thomas and Ridge's relationship. Thomas angrily noted that Steffy's bedroom line hadn't been cut. Steffy called his relationship with Brooke "gross" and accused Brooke of sending signals. "Back away. Pull yourself from Taboo," Steffy demanded, but Brooke refused.
Eric noted that Ridge is punishing Thomas, but Ridge denied it. Eric reminded Ridge of their history when Ridge stole Brooke from him. Ridge argued that this was totally different. Eric implored him to support his son. Ridge insisted on focusing on the couture line. "Thomas needs your love and support," Eric said quietly. "Give him Taboo... There is no greater joy than seeing your son succeed."

In his apartment, Liam sadly looked at the ultrasound photo of Amber's baby. Hope stopped by and Liam kissed her. They had yet another conversation about Amber's pregnancy and whether or not Liam and Hope could work things out. Hope reasoned that Liam had slept with Amber so he could try to learn to love his child's mother. They kissed again. Later, Hope assured Liam that she forgives him and urged him to forgive himself. They then sat and stared at photos of themselves and then shared yet another kiss good-bye.
At Forrester Creations, a couple of models gushed about Thomas and asked Ridge if there was really going to be a Taboo women's line. Ridge quickly saw them out and lamented to Brooke that he was disappointing a lot of people by not supporting the line. He then filled her in on his conversation with Eric, and how Eric believed that Ridge was punishing Thomas. Brooke encouraged Ridge to give his son some more support, but Ridge wasn't comfortable reversing his decision about Taboo.
Thomas sketched some designs, but was interrupted when Daisy stopped by. She took a look at his work and praised his designs. Thomas then presented her with a shiny, gold dress. She was thrilled and put it on. Soon, Summer stopped by and Thomas introduced them. Summer was obviously upset at seeing Daisy and asked Thomas if they could talk later. Thomas told Daisy that Summer is a "good friend" and passionately kissed Daisy. Later, he told her about his argument with Ridge over Taboo. Daisy wondered if Ridge's decision had to do with Brooke and he confirmed it. He noted that because he's not an owner of FC, he has no power. Ridge and Brooke soon joined them and asked to speak with Thomas. Ridge offered his son 5 percent of FC. Thomas was ecstatic and promised to not let him down.

At Brooke's place, Katie thought back to her argument with Bill over him wanting to kill Amber. She eyed a picture of Storm and recalled how her brother had accidentally shot her. Donna and Brooke soon joined her and asked if she was okay. They hoped that she didn't plan to go home to Bill. Donna revealed that Bill has "issues" and Brooke, who'd just assumed that Katie and Bill had had an argument, wanted to hear more about them. Katie stated that Bill has to deal with his anger issues so he wouldn't turn out like the late Storm. Katie admitted that she still wasn't over Storm killing himself to save her, and wished that their brother had gotten help. "I am never going to watch someone I love self-destruct," she cried and shared how she wanted Bill to see a shrink. Later, Katie told her sisters about Bill's plan to kill Amber. Brooke was shocked.
At Spencer Publications, Liam tried to work, but Bill was very distracted. Liam demanded to know what went on between Bill and Katie; he asked if it had to do with Amber, but Bill refused to give him any details. Liam became angry and urged Bill not to quit when it came to winning back Katie. Bill replied that he and Katie need to move forward.
Dayzee and Thomas fooled around in his office after Ridge gave Thomas five percent of Forrester Creations. However, Thomas still wanted Taboo for Women to be a go. He hoped that he could get Steffy on board. Just then, Steffy entered and found Thomas and Dayzee making out. Dayzee left and Steffy congratulated Thomas on getting some FC ownership. He asked if she'd support his women's line, but she turned him down. Still, she offered to get him a cover on Eye On Fashion. Thomas asked if Bill was worth her trouble and Steffy said that he was. "I love him," she said quietly, adding that he could do better with her than Katie. Thomas rolled his eyes. Steffy alluded to Bill "doing something" and thought that Katie was overreacting.
Bill went to Brooke's place and realized that Katie had told everything to her sisters. Bill noted that Brooke and Donna thought he was a monster. Katie declared her love for him and reminded him of her ultimatum, to see a shrink; her sisters backed her up. Bill refused and denied having a problem. "I want you back," he said softly and kissed her. "We'll work it out," he promised.

At Brooke's, Bill pleaded with Katie to come home. Brooke and Donna urged him to get therapy, which angered Bill. He made a crack about Ridge, but Brooke argued that Ridge has never contemplated murder. Bill repeated that wanting to kill Amber was a one-time thing. Katie begged him to see a counselor — for her. Bill feared that Liam would find out about his Amber plan and refused to discuss it further in front of her sisters.
Steffy explained to Thomas why she's better for Bill than Katie. Thomas wasn't so sure and asked how she knew about Bill's dark secret. Steffy admitted that she'd found out by following him. Thomas didn't think that her going after Bill was wise, but Steffy didn't want to "deny [her] feelings." She also believed that Bill was trying to win back Katie so he wouldn't lose. "I'm never wrong when it comes to men," Steffy gloated before heading out of the office. Thomas watched her leave, concerned.
Brooke and Donna were concerned when Katie left and didn't tell them. The sisters feared that Bill is a time bomb and could hurt Katie. They wished that Katie would leave him.
Bill returned to his office and poured himself a drink. Steffy soon arrived and asked if she could promote her Bedroom line on CATWALK. She offered him an exclusive if he could give her the cover of Eye On Fashion. Steffy then asked about Katie and he shared that his wife is at Brooke's. She accused Katie of "betraying" him by telling her sisters about Amber. Steffy implored Bill to cut Katie loose; just then Katie arrived and told Steffy off. "You are the problem, Katie," Steffy shot back. Bill threw her out. "You don't deserve him," Steffy said before storming out and slamming the door. Later, Bill and Katie tenderly kissed. He gently reprimanded her for involving her sisters; she replied that he'd confided in Steffy. Katie again insisted that he go to therapy for anger management, but he didn't think that he had any problems managing his temper. "I am very happy in our marriage and don't want to lose it," he told her. "I've given you my heart; I've given you my support ... I need my wife standing by my side." "I am standing by your side," she whispered, but wouldn't back down from her ultimatum. Bill's eyes filled with tears as he watched her leave. Steffy later returned, while Katie went home to her relieved sisters. Katie sadly reported that he still didn't want to get help, so she left him. Steffy gave Bill her "condolences" about Katie leaving, but he didn't think she was sincere. "I am in love with my wife," he stated. Steffy still wouldn't back down and went on about how she wants to give him all of her. She then kissed him.
