Monday
In the Forrester Estate yard, Oliver and Brooke begged Hope to forgive them, but she wasn't sure that she could after they'd betrayed her. Brooke asked what she could do to help; Hope noted that there's no way she could make the pain go away. Brooke asked her daughter to come home and promised to give her space, but Hope replied that she couldn't be around her mother. Hope admitted that whenever she gets close to Oliver, she sees an image of him and Brooke kissing and being together. She asked Oliver to look into her eyes and then Brooke's, and noted that they have different color eyes. She couldn't understand how Oliver could've confused her and her mother. Oliver asked how they could fix it. "I don't think you can," Hope sighed and planned to start a new life for herself free of scandal. Hope went inside with Oliver calling after her.
Meanwhile, Taylor urged Stephanie to let them work everything out on their own. Stephanie thought that the only solution for Hope is to get as far away from Brooke as possible and refused to let Brooke ruin the teen's life. Taylor disagreed and thought that it was up to Hope to decide what she wants to do. Later, Hope broke down and ran into Steph's arms for comfort. Stephanie suggested that she focus on herself and accept the truth about Brooke.... Oliver entered the house and encountered Taylor. She asked him if he understood what Hope was trying to do by acting out his tryst with Brooke. He swore that he didn't know that he'd been with Hope and Taylor believed him. She advised him to give Hope some space.
Bridget confided in Jackie and Owen about Hope and Brooke's issues. Jackie noted that Bridget had forgiven Brooke for sleeping with Deacon, but Bridget wasn't sure that her sister and mom would ever mend their relationship. Bridget added that Hope is now living with Stephanie and wasn't sure it was a good idea. She feared that Hope would get caught in the crossfire between Brooke and Stephanie. Jackie and Owen were confident that Hope was strong like Bridget and would get through everything. Bridget felt her baby kick and wondered if she'd end up like her mother, given that Owen is her baby's daddy. Jackie demanded that Bridget not compare herself to Brooke and reminded Bridget that she adores her. Jackie and Owen were thrilled to feel the baby kick. When Jackie stepped away to take a call, Owen and Bridget debated over whether their baby was a girl or boy. She became depressed when she noted that she never expected to be raising her baby alone. Owen assured her that she'd always have him, even if Nick wouldn't forgive her. Jackie joined them and stated that they're an unconventional family. Bridget was grateful to them for taking her in. Jackie was sure that Bridget would be fine. "I don't think there's anyone else on the planet who could make this work, but we are," Jackie later told Owen. As they kissed, Bridget watched from afar.
Brooke came after Hope, but Stephanie answered the door and slapped her twice — once for Hope and once for Bridget. She demanded that Brooke never come by again.
Tuesday
At Forrester Creations, Ridge demanded that Stephanie apologize to Brooke for slapping her. "She's lucky I didn't shoot her!" Steph replied and promised to take care of Hope. Ridge was determined to set things right with Brooke and Hope, but wanted to deal with FC business first: getting the company free of Bill.
Bill and Katie looked forward to Donna selling her shares so they could get the company away from Stephanie. Donna arrived at their place and admitted that she wasn't sure what to do. Stephen heartily welcomed Donna home from the spa. Bill advised her to make a clean break from Eric and the Forresters. Donna confided that she was a little uncomfortable owning part of FC. Bill showed her a contract that he'd had drawn up for her so she could make the sale to him, but explained that she had to act quickly. Still, Donna believed that Brooke deserved to have a piece of the company and wanted to speak with her sister. She left Brooke a message asking to talk to her right away. Stephen urged Donna to sell her shares to Bill so they could fight back against the Forresters. Donna looked at Bill's contract and saw the vast amount of money he was willing to give her. He handed her a pen as Stephen and Katie smiled encouragingly ... And she then signed. Later, Bill thanked Stephen for helping to persuade Donna to make the sale.
Taylor and Whip met with Steffy for lunch. Steffy thanked her mom for making her FC's newest shareholder, but wasn't sure how Ridge would take the news. Taylor promised to speak with Ridge about giving Steffy her shares. After, Steffy and Taylor joined the shareholders' meeting and Taylor announced that their daughter now owned her portion of Forrester. Taylor explained that being a psychiatrist is her passion while working for FC is Steffy's, and again stated that she believes in Steffy's innocence in regards to the sabotaged Brooke tribute. Ridge still thought Steffy was guilty, though, and asked Taylor to reconsider her decision. Stephanie, of course, blamed Brooke for all of their problems. Later, Eric and Ridge pulled up a computerized list of the FC shareholders and saw Bill's name on it. Taylor asked Brooke if she knew about it, but Brooke denied it. Steffy refused to let Spencer gain control and offered to deal with Bill, but Ridge still didn't want his daughter working for the company. She was furious with him for siding with Brooke and called Hope a brat, which just reinforced Ridge's decision. Taylor was also angry and stormed out. Brooke felt badly for putting Ridge in this position, but Ridge stood by his wife. He assured her that if Stephanie ever hits her again, she'll be kicked out of the company, too. A grateful Brooke declared her love for him.
Meanwhile, Bill and Katie learned from the same list that Steffy is a shareholder. Bill was intrigued; Katie noted that since things were being shaken up at FC, it was an opportunity to exploit things. Bill was impressed with his wife's business sense; she was turned on by his and they hit the sheets.
Wednesday
At Forrester Creations, Ridge answered a call from the press and stated that he supports his wife. Brooke was grateful to him, but didn't want Stephanie getting her hooks into Hope.
Meanwhile, Steph had a talk with Hope about Oliver and encouraged the teen to work things out with him. Hope was horrified that the scandal involving Brooke and Oliver was all over the tabloids. Stephanie offered to help her change her phone number and e-mail, but implored Hope not to blame Steffy. Ridge arrived and demanded that Stephanie butt out and stop disparaging Hope's mother. He then reminded Hope that Brooke would never intentionally hurt her and urged Hope to forgive her mom. Hope still couldn't understand how Oliver could confuse Brooke with her. Ridge answered that Oliver just got carried away and it was an "accident." Hope wasn't so ready to forgive anyone, though. "I don't even know who my mother is," she sighed. "She's someone who loves you very much," Ridge stated. He admitted to having known about the tryst for a while, but explained that he and Brooke decided to keep quiet for Hope's sake. He asked her to come home, but Hope wanted to stay with Steph for the time being. Later, Stephanie asked to speak with Ridge alone and said firmly that Hope is staying with her. She then advised him to ease up on his real daughter, Steffy. "You always choose Brooke," Steph accused.
Katie and Bill began to get hot and heavy on their couch after Donna sold him her FC stocks. They were interrupted by a call from Jarrett regarding Steffy and her ownership of Taylor's shares.... Brooke paid Stephen and Donna a visit and asked how Donna could've sold her stocks to Bill. Stephen replied that they agreed that it was the best move. Donna apologized for not offering Brooke the shares first and offered to split the money with her. Brooke softened and said that she's not upset with Donna, but she was annoyed with their dad. Stephen replied that Bill was the one who helped him out of jail and that he thought it was wise for them to align themselves with a powerful man. Brooke was surprised that her father wanted Bill to be in charge of Forrester. Stephen then asked how Hope was doing and Brooke sadly informed her family that Hope is living with Stephanie. Stephen was livid, but Brooke was confident that Ridge could get through to the teen.
Bill met with Steffy at a bar, where she lamented that she's not allowed at FC even though she now owns part of the company. Bill asked why she's not permitted there and she explained that Ridge kicked her out — even though she wasn't the one who'd made the incriminating video about Brooke. She was hurt that her father didn't believe her innocence. Steffy then sarcastically congratulated Bill on getting Donna's stocks. He noted that they're both part owners of FC. "How long is it going to take for you to make me an offer?" she teased, but then said that he couldn't make the offer she wants. Bill was up for the challenge — then leaned over and placed his hand over hers. "Katie's lucky," Steffy said quietly. "If I could do things over, I would've appreciated you more." He quickly accused her of trying to get more out of him; she reminded him that he was the one who wants her shares.
Ridge returned to FC and told Brooke that Hope isn't yet ready to come home. "She misses you, she loves you very much, we are going to work this out," he promised. Brooke feared that she'd lose her daughter to Stephanie. "We're gonna have her back," Ridge vowed.... Meantime, Steph hugged Hope and assured her that she wouldn't have to talk to Brooke anymore.
Thursday
At the Forrester mansion, Steffy regarded a framed photo of Ridge. Stephanie encouraged her to call Ridge and make him understand how much he's hurting her. Steph asked if her granddaughter was upset that Hope was staying there; Steffy replied that she didn't mind, but couldn't understand why Ridge was angry with Steffy and not Brooke. Stephanie was determined to help her prove her innocence to Ridge.
Meanwhile, at Forrester Creations, Ridge watched the video of Steffy presenting the doctored Brooke tribute. Taylor insisted that someone else had sabotaged the tribute and urged him to call their daughter. Ridge relented and called Steffy, asking if they could talk. However, he didn't want to talk at the office, which angered her. Steffy hung up on him and broke down; Stephanie tried to come up with a plan to find out who would've doctored the tribute. She concluded that Bill had something to do with it. Steffy recalled that her laptop was serviced by Liam before the tribute, but didn't believe that Liam could've done anything. She also didn't think that Bill would've done something to hurt Katie's sister.... Taylor warned Ridge that there would be consequences for the way he's treating their daughter and advised them to meet at FC. "One of you has you has to make the first move," she pleaded, urging Ridge to be the one to do so.
Liam came by the Forrester home to see Steffy. Hope introduced herself, then sheepishly noted that he probably knows who she is already from the tabloids. Liam felt badly that she was going through such a difficult time. Hope asked why he looked familiar and he explained that he'd done some work at Forrester. Hope noted that he's sweet and cute and knows how to work on a computer and joked that he's her dream guy. After, Hope asked if Steffy's computer had been hacked into and he answered that it hadn't. She was certain that Steffy had orchestrated the nasty Brooke video.
Bill returned home and was greeted by an amorous Katie. She asked how his meeting with Steffy went and he reported that things weren't good between Steffy and Ridge. He noted that Steffy is vulnerable and that people are careless when they're upset. Katie asked if he felt badly for Steffy, but he wanted to figure out how he could use the situation to his advantage. Katie was impressed. Later, Bill called Steffy and invited her to the beach house. Katie made herself scarce so he and Steffy could talk in private. Bill gently asked Steffy how she was doing. He told her that he believes that she's innocent and wondered how long she'd let Ridge punish her for something she didn't do.
Stephanie quizzed Liam about having worked on Steffy's computer, but he insisted that he didn't know Steffy. Stephanie asked if he could take another look at the computer and help clear Steffy's name. He tried to leave, but Stephanie called him back and kept asking him questions about his job, namely what he does for Bill Spencer. She remembered seeing him at the Brooke tribute and accused him of putting a device on Steffy's computer. Steph then slapped him and stated that he'd set up Steffy.
Friday
At the Forrester mansion, Stephanie accused Liam of setting up Steffy. Liam denied it, but Steph didn't believe him and demanded that he tell her the truth. "I can have your kneecaps broken," she threatened the terrified computer tech. Liam gave in and said that he knew what happened, but it wasn't him. Steph grabbed him and dragged him out the door.
At the beach house, Bill felt badly for Steffy since Ridge thought she was behind the doctored Brooke tribute. She noted that even if she could prove her innocence, she couldn't change her attitude toward Brooke. "My father puts so much of himself in that relationship," she sighed. "After everything Brooke's done, he forgives her, but he fires me for something I didn't do." Bill suggested that she stop living for Ridge and start living for herself. He offered to help her get started and advised her to walk away from FC and create her own legacy. "You can do it," he encouraged. "I can make you a very rich woman." "I wonder what that's gonna cost," she said. He promised to make a lot of things happen for her and reminded her that she forced FC away from him. She asked if he hates her for it, but he smiled and replied that he can't hate someone who's beautiful — and so much like him. He then asked her to sell him her shares of FC. "It is time for you to move on," he stated. "Brooke and her daughter will always have a greater influence over your father than you ever will." Ouch! Steffy was hurt, but he added that she has the ability to do great things, which Ridge doesn't appreciate. "Start your own dynasty," Bill told her. Steffy considered it and looked over his offer, which was twice what the stock was worth. "I'm sorry, Dollar Bill," she finally said. "I don't even want to think about selling right now." She was determined to clear her name first. Bill wanted to help her prove her innocence and told her that one of his men doctored the tribute without his authorization.
Oliver and Aggie met at the beach, where Oliver was working on something on his laptop. He explained that he was hoping this his project would help him win back Hope; it was a video showing all of the reasons that they should be together. He sent it to Hope, but wasn't sure that she'd open the e-mail.... Hope admitted to a friend that she loves Oliver, but can't be with him. Later, Hope came home to find several messages from Ollie and deleted them. She then checked her e-mail and found Oliver's tribute to their relationship. She managed to smile a bit as she eyed all of the photos that he'd sent. Later, Oliver stopped by the Forrester home and pleaded with Hope to let him in. She did and he kissed her. "It's not over," he said softly. "I won't let it be."
At Forrester Creations, Taylor urged Ridge to give Steffy the benefit of the doubt and let her know that he believes her. Ridge wished that he could put everything behind them, but wasn't sure he could do it. Taylor stated that when their daughter says she didn't do something, she believes her just by looking in Steffy's eyes. Later, Stephanie dragged Liam into Ridge's office and ordered him to tell Ridge how the tribute had been tampered with. Ridge realized that Liam had recorded his conversation with Steffy and accused him of editing it into the tribute. Liam insisted that he wasn't the one who did the editing, but Ridge didn't buy it. Liam revealed that Justin was behind the doctoring. Ridge regretted not believing his daughter. "You did that to me!" he shouted at Liam. "You did that to us." Liam apologized, but Ridge didn't want to hear his excuses. "Give me a chance to make it right," Liam whimpered. "You hurt my daughter," Ridge seethed. Ridge grabbed Liam by the shirt collar — and Liam announced that he's Ridge's son!
