Monday

Bill stressed to Steffy that they were over and he wanted her to get out. Stashed in the bedroom while he went out to the living room to talk to Katie, Steffy's gaze fell on Katie's engagement ring. Bill feared Katie had come to get her things but she explained she'd rushed out for a meeting. Steffy eavesdropped as Katie apologized for mishandling things earlier and assured Bill she hadn't walked out on him. Bill was shaken. "When you walk out, it takes me to a place I don't like," he admitted. Katie accepted responsibility for her insecurity, asking Bill if they could move forward. "All forgiven, okay?" she pleaded. Bill looked like she'd thrown him a lifeline. He talked about how without Katie something inside him snaps and he does things he's not proud of. Katie talked to him honestly about Steffy's agenda and told him she loves him and wants to spend her life with him. "We're going to have ups and downs, we're going to have disagreements, but one thing will never change: I will never give up on you," she swore. Bill told her he loves her and only her and they kissed and made up. "Make love to me," Katie whispered, thereby reminding Bill that, oh yeah, Steffy could still be lurking. As he carried Katie to bed, he was mighty relieved to see Steffy wasn't still there. Elsewhere, Steffy told Thomas it was time they moved in for the kill. Later, Bill and Katie reveled in the afterglow and then Katie realized her ring was missing. Steffy called Craig at Forrester legal to draw up a purchase agreement. She then told Thomas she has a plan to get the company back, showing him Katie's ring and dubbing it "insurance." Moments later, Bill called Steffy to tell her that he and Katie were stronger than ever and ask her about the ring. She smugly told him she'd meet him at his office tomorrow and wished him "pleasant dreams." As Katie freaked out about where she'd left her ring, Bill hugged her, assuring her they'd get it back.

Aggie dropped by Nick's office at Jackie M with some revised figures. Things were mighty awkward between them and Aggie blamed it on her telling him how she feels about him. "Of course you're uncomfortable!" she sighed. He urged her not to feel awkward, cracking that "I love you"s did tend to be a "conversation stopper." Things got even more awkward when Bridget walked in. In Boss-of-Aggie's-Uterus mode, she demanded Agnes eat with them, asking if she'd taken her pills. "What I need is good food and some rest," Aggie insisted, going to leave. Nick tried to referee as the women argued. To no avail. Bridget demanded Aggie hand over the pills she'd refused to take and then forced her to take one. "Satisfied?" Aggie spat. Bridget said she'd be satisfied when her child was in her arms and Aggie was out of her life.

Tuesday

At the beach house, Bill watched Katie sleep, flashing back on his ill-advised romp with Steffy and Steffy's ominous phone call. Meanwhile, Steffy was already at Forrester, watching her family and plotting. Eric and Ridge, working on the Hope for the Future designs, were feeling mighty resentful of Bill and Katie's control over them. Back in Malibu, Bill and Katie canoodled and went over their plans for the day. At work, Ridge and co. were waiting for Katie to show up for the meeting she'd called. Katie eventually arrived to look over Ridge and Eric's new design...and critique it. Ridge and Eric bristled. Later, Eric talked to Craig the legal guy about options as Steffy listened in. Eric then tugged Steffy into his office to talk about how Forrester was their "family history" — complete with flashbacks to early fashion shows! Moved, Steffy assured him they'd get the company back.

A distracted Bill showed up for work at Spencer Publications and Justin wondered what was throwing his pal off his game. Steffy caught up with Craig in the elevator, hit the e-stop and laid out her plan. Down in the workroom, Katie continued to clash with Ridge, Eric and Thorne about the designs and she urged everyone to accept that she was CEO and in charge. Back at Spencer, Justin continued to push Bill. To no avail. Then, Steffy arrived for their meeting. Bill wanted to "put what happened behind us." Steffy needled him, practically salivating as he asked her what she wants from him. She wanted the company, of course! "I'm looking for justice," she insisted, explaining she wants him to sell the company back to her. She had Craig bring in papers and showed them to Bill. The agreement would put the company in a family trust, safe for years. There was just one problem...Bill refused to sell. He warned Steffy she was in over her head. She then reminded him she has Katie's engagement ring. "I'm not playing games," she said, pointing out he'd used his power and influence to take Forrester and she was using hers to get it back. "Gotcha," she beamed.

Wednesday

In a meeting with her sisters, Katie announced her idea of "Goddess" for an interim new line, while they were waiting for Hope to recover from her ordeal. All three Logan girls agreed Katie's idea was fantastic and giggled about how all women want to be treated like goddesses. When Brooke suggested filling Steffy in on the idea, Katie advised her not to bother. "She'll be too busy cleaning out her office," Katie retorted. "I'm firing her." Brooke and Donna disagreed with the decision, saying that it would crush Ridge. "We can't underestimate her," Katie warned. "She's relentless, but I'm the one with the ring on my finger." Katie looked at her bare finger, and worried about her missing ring.

Steffy continued blackmailing Bill, promising to keep her lips sealed about their bedroom romp, in exchange for him selling Forrester back to the its rightful owners. "You are starting to irritate me, and that's the last thing you want to do," growled Bill, shoving Steffy aside. He fiercely defended his wife, saying that he loved her and would never hurt her. This fueled Steffy's argument. "Your marriage will remain intact, if you give Forrester back," she reasoned. Bill pointed out that she had a lot to lose too, once her father and grandfather found out that she was "sleeping with the enemy." Steffy was adamant that Bill had just been a means to an end, and that her family would understand once they had the company back. She shoved the papers into Bill's face. "Sign the papers, or your marriage is up for grabs," she threatened. Bill pointed out that even if he were to sign the papers, the Forresters couldn't afford to buy the company back. Steffy instructed him not to worry about that, saying that she was sorry it had to be this way. Bill didn't take the bait. "Sorry, sweetheart," he smirked. "This is the end of your little fantasy." Steffy stormed out, huffing that she was going straight to Katie.

Justin entered Bill's office, and he could sense that Bill was troubled. Bill admitted that things had spun out of control, and that he needed Justin to help him minimize the damage. "The question is ... how bad is the damage?" Justin asked. He wondered if Bill had slept with Steffy, but Bill assured him that he hadn't. Despite that, though, he told Justin that Steffy was blackmailing him. "We have to deal with Steffy," Bill said defiantly.

Taylor arrived in Ridge's office to discuss Steffy. Ridge noticed a different "glow" about her, and correctly guessed that Whip was responsible. Taylor changed the subject back to Steffy, and they agreed that their daughter was really coming into her own. Ridge wondered where Steffy got her confidence that someday they would have their company back. Taylor noticed that the stress was eating Ridge alive, and wished there was something she could do to help. Ridge assured her that she was helping just by being there for him.

Steffy arrived at Katie's office, and Katie dismissed her sisters, saying she needed to talk to Steffy alone. Katie began berating Steffy for messing with her man. Steffy had a grin plastered on her face while Katie fired her and instructed her to find herself a new job and a new playmate. Steffy reached into her purse to retrieve Katie's ring just as Katie's phone rang. While Katie was busy on the phone, Steffy's cell phone vibrated with Bill on the line. Steffy stepped out of the office to accept Bill's call. Eyeing the ring, Steffy demanded that Bill turn over Forrester. "I want the company, Bill, and I want it NOW!" Steffy demanded. "Is it going to be the company or your wife?" she asked ominously.

Thursday

Steffy reiterated her terms to a furious Bill, noting that this situation was in his hands. "I'm done negotiating," she said, peering down at Katie's ring in triumph. "Don't keep me waiting." In Ridge's office, Stephanie and Taylor tried to keep his spirits up. To no avail. "Forrester Creations is gone," he sighed. Stephanie noted it was sad for Tom and Steffy to watch the legacy die. In Katie's office, she and Steffy crossed swords and then Bill appeared. "Perfect timing," purred Steffy. Katie walked out, hoping Bill would make security escort her out. Alone, Steffy realized Bill had agreed to sell. "Blackmail is a crime," he murmured, noting she reminds him of himself. He told her he wanted to create the Forrester Design Center for Eric and Ridge to run. But would they still answer to Katie? Yes. So Steffy wasn't satisfied. Bill refused to give up the company, pointing out that
Ridge would hate learning Steffy had tried to seduce his worst enemy. Steffy didn't back down either, certain Ridge would be more forgiving than Katie. Steffy threw Katie's ring in Bill's face again, lording her advantage. Bill stressed that if he signed the contract and she blabbed to Katie anyway, he'd come after her. Then, he signed. A victorious Steffy handed over the ring. "Forrestre Creations is ours!" she whispered.

Brooke explained the Goddess photo shoot concept to Donna (complete with Jennifer Gareis hiding her pregnancy behind the camera and tripod! LOL!). Then, Katie appeared and told her sisters she'd fired Steffy. She promised she'd take the heat for the act. Then, the Logan gals got ready for their shoot! "This is our moment," Katie told her siblings, before Brio took a succession of shots. Then, Stephanie and Taylor walked in, horrified!

Friday

The Goddess photo shoot continued at Forrester, and Stephanie and Taylor looked thoroughly unimpressed. "You're just jealous," shrugged Brooke. "Like it or not, we are making our mark," Katie added of the Logan gals. In Ridge's workroom, Steffy eyed Bill's signature on the sale papers and Thomas came in, ranting about an interoffice memo reiterating Steffy's control over things. Steffy grinned like the cat that ate the canary and told him she'd gotten Bill to sign over the company. She explained her whole stunt with the ring and said it was all worth it to give Ridge his life back. Speaking of Ridge, he walked in on the Goddess shoot, wondering why it had preceded any talk of an actual line. Steffy then called him to meet up ASAP, telling him to bring Eric, Taylor and Stephanie, too.

In Katie's office, Bill announced to her, Brooke and Donna that he'd sold Forrester Creations. They were stunned as he explained his reasoning. "It just isn't working," he claimed of the Spencer/Forrester combination. "I am selling the company to the Ridge Eric Sustainable Trust.” In Ridge's workroom, Steffy told her parents and grandparents to each raise a bunch of money, because she wanted them to buy the company back. All of them: "Ridge, Eric, Stephanie, Taylor," she explained of the shell corporation/trust she'd created. Upstairs, a clueless Bill told Donna and Brooke they'd be working with their husbands again, just like before. Then, Katie took him aside to ask what had fueled this development. "I really felt like I was coming into my own...and now it's just gone," Katie marveled. "I'm not prepared." Meanwhile, Donna and Brooke were jubilant. They thanked Bill and skipped off to share the good news with people. Alone with her hubby, Katie reeled, wishing he'd included her on the decision. "I know your heart was in the right place," she sighed, and Bill held her close (looking mighty guilty). Back downstairs, Steffy told her family she'd worked things out with Bill. "Maybe it was karma," she shrugged of how she'd pulled it off. "Can we just sign this and start raising the money?" she asked. Stephanie tried to
process the idea of leaving Jackie M and coming back. Eric assured her she'd be welcome. "If the family needs me, I'm here," added Taylor. As for Ridge, he was touched, but wondered about Brooke. Steffy insisted ownership was reserved for Forresters. Brooke and Donna could work there, but that's it. A proud Ridge hugged his daughter and then the foursome signed the sale papers. (Complete with dramatic, victorious music.) When Brooke and Donna came in, beaming, Stephanie informed them that they weren't part of the ownership team. "It's over," she said. "Forrester Creations belongs to us."
