Bold and Beautiful Recaps
B&B Week of June 14, 2010
Monday
Stephen praised Pam for doing the right thing and kicking Stephanie out. He kissed her and filled her head with talk of how she doesn't need her medication, and Stephanie just wants to control her. Pam has wasted her life, but it's not too late -- Stephen will guide Pam into the "next magical part of her life" and show her the beautiful woman that is inside her. Pam argued. Stephen broke her pearls, saying they are a chain to her old life, and guided Pam into the bedroom. "Forgive me, Beth," he said to himself as they had sex. Afterwards, Pam gushed that now she knows what it's like to feel loved. "I'm all yours," she whispered as Stephen stared at the ceiling.
Ridge told his dad how happy is he that he and Brooke are past all the drama -- even his mom likes her now! Stephanie found Eric and updated him on Stephen's revenge plot against them using Pam. Stephanie called Lt. Baker and asked him to come discuss Stephen's "rampage." Lt. Baker told Stephanie and Eric that there isn't much he can do if Pam wants to see Stephen.
Brooke flashed back to her sex with Oliver as he approached. When Rick interrupted with some Forrester models, Brooke told Oliver to go home and wait for her there. Hope gave Brooke flowers to thank her for making her party so memorable. "I thought something terrible would happen, but it didn't because you were there," Hope beamed to her mom, adding that she's grateful they are so close, especially in light of "Deacon, and how I came to be." Hope said she doesn't listen to any of the gossip about her mom, because Brooke is her best friend.
At home, Oliver flashed back to his sex romp with Brooke. "It was just mistaken identity," he told himself. Brooke arrived and explained how she came to be wearing Hope's necklace that night, while Oliver wore Ridge's jacket. "I really thought I was dancing with my husband!" she sobbed. "Yes, Mrs. Forrester," replied Oliver. Brooke cried that she only chaperoned the party to protect her daughter, but in the end it was "her own damn mother" who hurt Hope. Brooke couldn't believe she slept with her baby girl's first love: "What have I done?"
Tuesday
Hope asked Rick if he had seen Oliver. Yes — with mom. They laughed about how overprotective Brooke is of them.
In bed with Stephen, Pam yammered on about how great the sex was. Pam could have sex a couple of times a day — it sure beats baking lemon bars! Pam figured out how many times a day she has to have "nookie" to make up for a lifetime of abstention. Stephen stared at the ceiling and talked to his dead wife in his head: This is all for Beth and to protect their daughters. Pam left to meet with Stephanie.
Stephanie called Katie to her office and was not pleased that Bill accompanied her. Steph dropped the bomb that Katie's father is romancing — and living with — her sister Pam. Katie said no way. Pam entered and confirmed Stephanie's assertation. "We're in love!" she beamed. Oh my God, shuddered Katie. Katie commented that she was in the twilight zone and left to find her dad. Stephanie asked Pam if they have had sex. Yes — twice. Stephanie is going to take Pam away. No, screamed Pam, digging her heels into the carpet as Steph dragged her out.
Oliver placed tissues in front of Brooke and said he was sorry. "We're both sorry, aren't we?" she rued. How are they going to deal with this devastating case of mistaken identity? Brooke asked Oliver not to call her "Mrs. Forrester" because it makes her feel old. Should he call her Brooke? No, that's worse. Brooke asked if Oliver has "bragged" to his friends about their tryst. No, he is not proud of it. Did Brooke tell Mr. Forrester? God, no! Brooke admonished Oliver for having sex with a girl he thought was Hope after Hope said she wasn't ready. Oliver isn't as experienced as Brooke might think, he confessed. Didn't Oliver recognize her voice? No, the music was too loud. Why did they keep their masks on? Oliver tried to take hers off, but Brooke stopped him! Brooke was mad that Oliver would let a "charged-up moment" on the terrace be her daughter's first time. He didn't even use protection! Should Oliver be worried about…? "No," responded Brooke. "Pregnancy is not an issue." Brooke counseled Oliver to put the incident behind him and focus on his love for her daughter. "Nobody can know about this," she ordered. Hope entered and was curious about what Brooke was doing there. Brooke covered, saying she was there to ask Oliver to be careful of Hope's feelings and to go slow. Oliver hugged Hope as he locked eyes with Brooke.
Mike dropped by Pam's house to question Stephen about the gun Mike sold him. It's small, so Mike guesses Stephen has found someone else to do his dirty work. Stephen kicked him out, then flashed back to all the terrible things Stephanie has done to his girls and ran his hands over the gun.
Wednesday
Jackie and Owen finished another Cabana Boy shoot. Owen apologized for complicating Jackie's life by getting Bridget pregnant. Jackie worried that Nick will feel very betrayed when he finds out. Bridget entered, and told them she can't keep the truth from Nick if the baby makes it to the third trimester. Nick burst in with Aggie and Whip, excited that they want to throw her a baby shower. Bridget hedged. Aggie needled Bridget about not being happy she's pregnant. Bridget deflected, saying she is just tired. Nick said a family event is exactly what they need, and promised to have Bridget home by Letterman.
Stephanie tied Pam up and brought her to Big Bear, insisting Stephen is just using Pam. Pam retorted that Stephanie has used Pam her whole life, and Pam owes "those poor Logan girls" an apology for helping Stephanie. What did they really do but marry Stephanie's sons? And marry Eric when Stephanie couldn't make him happy? Steph accused Pam of not taking her meds. That's right! Stephen dumped them down the sink and made Pam feel like a woman, snapped Pam. Stephanie went to the car to get her phone so she could renew Pam's prescription. Don't even think of going out the back, warned Stephanie. It's full of "big, black bears."
Stephen stared at a picture of Beth and apologized that he didn't take action against Stephanie sooner. "Maybe our daughters would have different lives," he lamented. Katie knocked on the door, forcing him to hide the picture, the gun and the gloves in a drawer. Katie questioned how Stephen could be in love with Pam. "There's more to this, isn't there?" asked Bill, recounting what Pam did to Donna. Stephen said yes — stay out of it. He was "consumed" with revenge, and committed to doing something about Stephanie. Katie understood grief could make people do crazy things. Stephen's phone rang and he stepped away — it was Pam calling from Big Bear, begging for help. Stephen reminded Pam that "Stephanie will never let them have their happiness" and told her it was her time to fire back. "It's your shot and you're going to take it," he hissed, reaching into the drawer for his gun. "Stephanie Forrester? Prepare to die!"
Thursday
Bridget and Nick arrived at the poolside baby shower Taylor was throwing for them. Steffy moved in on Oliver, cooing that since his cousin Whip is married to her mom, they will be seeing a lot more of each other. Bridget and Nick opened presents as Aggie observed to Oliver that something was off with Bridget. Bridget asked Owen to meet her upstairs and they snuck away; Aggie followed. Bridget fretted to Owen that she is getting a weird vibe from Aggie. Owen urged Bridget not to worry: their secret is safe. He placed a hand on her stomach, saying, "Our baby is fine." Aggie backed away, reeling.
Brooke was incredulous to learn from Katie and Bill that Stephen was "involved" with Pam. Katie speculated that Stephen wants to save Pam from Stephanie, but Bill suggested Stephen probably subscribes to the theory "know your enemy." The three of them went to Pam's house looking for Stephen and found it empty. Mike knocked on the door, looking for Stephen. Brooke recognized him from the old Sheila days. "Start talking," ordered Bill. Mike admitted that Stephen is out to get Stephanie, and plans to use her sister to do it.
At Big Bear, Pam insisted to Stephanie that she is in love with Stephen and does not need her help. Stephanie left to pick up a new prescription for Pam's meds, ordering Pam to "sit and stay." Stephen arrived at Big Bear, vowing to put an end to Stephanie's bullying once and for all. Stephen said Pam is spreading her wings but Stephanie just wants to keep Pam down, "alone and insecure." They'd fight Stephanie's tyranny together, Stephen assured. Stephanie came home, angry to find Stephen there. She announced she has had enough of Stephen's "BS" — she and Pam were leaving. Stephen pulled a gun and spit, "No one is going anywhere."
Friday
Katie, Bill and Brooke pumped Mike for info on Stephen's plans. He admitted he sold Stephen a gun. Bill threatened to call the cops on Mike if he didn't spill everything he knows. Mike revealed that the gun was small. "So he doesn't intend to pull the trigger himself," reasoned Bill. Brooke called Forrester and learned Stephanie and Pam were at Big Bear. "Let's go," said Bill.
Aggie overheard Owen refer to Bridget's baby as "our baby" at the shower and ran right to Nick. They excused themselves. Bridget fretted to Jackie and Owen that Aggie and Nick were off alone having a private conversation. You have nothing to worry about, pooh-poohed Jackie. On the contrary — Aggie told Nick she had seen Bridget and Owen making love. "That's a lie!" responded Nick. Aggie said she was only telling Nick now because she just overheard Bridget and Owen talking about how Owen is the baby's father – and if he didn't believe her, he should ask Bridget! Nick returned to the shower as Taylor made a heartfelt speech about the beautiful new life Nick and Bridget have created. Nick's eyes narrowed as everyone toasted "the beautiful symbol of their love." Aggie confided to Oliver that she just told Nick the baby isn't his. Nick asked Bridget to go back to the office with him. When they arrived, he told her Aggie was insane — she thinks Bridget had an affair with Owen, and that Bridget's baby is Owen's! Nick wants Aggie out of the company immediately. Bridget got a stricken look on her face. "It isn't true, is it?" asked a scared Nick.
At Big Bear, Stephen pulled a gun on Stephanie and Pam. Stephanie dared him to pull the trigger, calling him a weak user of women. Pam tried to defuse the situation by offering to make lemon bars. Stephen gave a speech about how Stephanie has put Pam second and used Pam her whole life. Only Stephen truly loves Pam. Pam started to unravel. Stephen handed Pam the gun and told her to make it right. "You know what you have to do. Take back your life. Shoot her now!" he ordered. Stephanie and Stephen's voices rang in Pam's head as she stared at the gun. Pam collapsed. Stephanie grabbed the gun and shot Stephen in the shoulder. He fell back. "No!" screamed Pam. "Damn that felt good," smiled Stephanie as she moved closer and took aim again. "Say hello to Beth for me," sneered Stephanie as she raised the gun.
