Monday
Brooke and Taylor continued to battle in the Koi pond by FC.
Aggie and Bridget argued on the stairs. Bridget walked off and a fainting Aggie tumbled down the stairs. Aggie woke up in the hospital and explained that she had gotten dizzy. As the doctor examined Aggie, Bridget prayed that the baby would be alright. The doctor told them there was no heart beat. Aggie and Bridget wept, and Nick was speechless. Aggie begged the universe for forgiveness. Nick promised a devastated Bridget that they would get through this."I knew something bad would happen," she sobbed, blaming her husband for the loss. If Agnes had told the truth from the beginning this "never would have happened,” cried a livid Bridget. "Maybe we just weren't meant to have a child," Nick said. Bridget thought it was a sign. "Maybe we weren't meant to be together," she wept as she ran off.
Pam informed a surprised Donna that she was back at FC, and offered her lemon bars...noting Donna’s weight gain!
The Forrester toasted getting their company back. "And to Bill Spencer being out of our lives," Steffy added with a smile. A sopping wet Taylor entered the room. "Your wife is psycho," Taylor told Ridge, explaining what Brooke had done.
Hope said she'd donate all the Spencer stationary and stuff to charity. Eric defaced a photo of Bill Spencer that had been on the wall. Everyone laughed; Thorne called Steffy a hero.
A drenched Brooke showed up in Donna's office. She explained that she had asked Taylor to sell her her percentage of Forrester Creations. "What happened to us, Donna?" Brooke asked her sister, and suggested that it was time that Ridge know the truth about his daughter. She asked to talk to him for a moment privately. Steffy wondered what they were talking about. "Steffy has some deep-seated issues," Brooke began. Ridge thought his daughter was very bright. Steffy hoped Brooke wasn't telling Ridge the details of how she had gotten the company back.
Tuesday
At Forrester, Brooke informed Ridge that Steffy had seduced Bill to get the company back. Ridge was shocked as Brooke explained what she knew and urged him to put an end to Steffy's "dangerous games." Steffy walked up on the talk and Ridge asked her, point-blank, to "please tell me you didn't sleep with that jerk." Steffy explained her plot to use Bill, assuring Ridge that she'd done everything for him...but hadn't slept with Bill. "I took him on and I took him down!" she bragged. Ridge made her promise that nothing like this would ever happen again. Father and daughter shared an emotional hug. Brooke was appalled, realizing Ridge just wanted to sweep Steffy's actions under the rug.
Jackie and Owen cuddled and Jackie praised Owen as "one hot stepgrandaddy." Meanwhile, Nick came home looking for Bridget but she was nowhere to be found. He called Jackie to come see him, saying he needed her help. Alone, Owen flipped through a catalog for baby things...and then looked up to find a despondent Bridget in the doorway. She hung up when Nick tried her phone. Owen realized something must've happened with the baby. A blank Bridget told him they'd lost the baby and he hugged her. As for Nick, he studied a sonogram photo and then handed it to Jackie, who realized instantly what had happened. As they commiserated, Bridget wept to Owen about the little girl she'd planned for. She didn't want to go home, so Owen took her to his place, promising to take care of her. Nick kept trying Bridget's phone as Jackie brought in some tea. He talked about how Bridget had told him they're not meant to be. "It was just the pain talking," assured Jackie. Owen wrapped Bridget in a blanket as she continued to vent about how she hadn't kept her daughter safe. "I just want her here with me," she cried.
Wednesday
Taylor signed the Forrester ownership papers giddily, and was looking over the papers when Whip entered. He grabbed the papers and swept Taylor into an enthusiastic embrace.
Brooke looked on angrily while Steffy and her dad embraced in his office. "The only thing that really matters here is that you stay the HELL away from Spencer, understand?" Ridge demanded of Steffy. Ridge went on to ask that Steffy be a little bit more sensitive to Brooke. "She doesn't own this company, but she sure owns YOU!" Steffy snarked. Ridge asked Brooke to give them some time alone, and turned the conversation back to Steffy’s actions. He informed her that although he loved her, he believed she was competing for his attention. "I'm sorry, but Brooke and her family just don't fit into the equation!" Steffy stated flatly. She shared that she wanted Forrester to be a place where she could spend special time with Ridge as father and daughter. Taylor burst in and announced that she had signed ownership papers. Steffy was elated at the news, and said that her mother was just in time to join her and Ridge in a discussion about dropping the Hope For the Future line. Before Taylor could respond, Brooke and Hope entered. Steffy wasted no time in informing the blonde duo that Hope's line was being cancelled. Brooke pleaded to Ridge for help.
At Nick's house, Jackie comforted her son. He explained that because he had invited Aggie to dinner and she fell at their house, he felt responsible for the loss of the baby. Jackie suggested that Nick give Bridget some space, and insisted that she would forgive him. He continued to blame himself for keeping secrets in his marriage. "How would you like it if Owen was keeping secrets from you?" he questioned.
Meanwhile, a devastated Bridget took refuge in Owen's arms at his beach house. She lamented that her marriage was over and there were no more babies in her future. Owen held her as she raged that Aggie had been after her husband. "She can have him!" she sobbed. "I'm leaving him, Owen!" she announced. Owen tried to convince Bridget to give her marriage a second chance. She felt bad for laying all her troubles on him, but was grateful for his support. "I never got to hold my baby, but she is in Heaven, right?" she asked, searching for answers. Bridget became overwhelmed with anger and confusion. She began lighting candles all over the house, while Owen looked on helplessly. After she had created a makeshift shrine, she begged Owen to join her in prayer. They kneeled and clasped hands while Bridget pleaded with God to take care of her baby. Bridget grabbed Owen and pulled him close. After grasping him in a desperate hug, she began kissing him through her tears. He didn't pull away, and their kiss deepened.
Thursday
Surrounded by candles, Owen comforted a grief-stricken Bridget...with his
lips. Across town, Nick was worried about his wife, hoping she wasn't alone.
Things quickly spiraled out of control as clothes came off and Owen and Bridget made love. Jackie continued to lend her support to a devastated Nick, assuring him that the foundation of his marriage was intact. Nick was still worried about Bridget mourning yet another lost child alone. After their romp, Bridget and Owen were wracked with guilt and regrets. "We're married!" Bridget cried, horrified. "We got carried away," Owen rationalized, noting he knew what it was like to want a child so desperately. He assured Bridget she and Nick would work through things. She dressed, still freaking out. She then called Nick
to apologize for bolting, as Owen looked on. Nick was very relieved, and
Jackie left him to await his wife.
Back at the beach house, Bridget told Owen she had to tell Nick the truth. She didn't want to be a hypocrite, since she values honesty so highly. Owen noted they'd both lose their marriages and begged her to keep the sex their secret. She left, haunted and unsure of what to do. Owen returned home to Jackie, who wept in his arms about their lost grandchild. As for Bridget, she was poised to come clean with Nick, but then he opened up to her, saying he loved her and took complete responsibility for what happened with Aggie. He swore he'd never betray her or disappoint her again. Torn, Bridget started to spill her secret...
At Forrester, Steffy demanded Ridge tell Brooke and the others that they
were dropping the Hope For the Future campaign. She wanted to return to the
"classic Forrester image." Brooke noted it wasn't about image but rather
Steffy wanting Ridge's attention. Taylor urged Steffy to give Ridge time to
think. "I know exactly what needs to be done," assured Ridge. He stressed
the need for family unity and refused to get rid of Hope...whom he hugged
before speaking to Steffy alone. Steffy whined about how Ridge had turned
his back on her and abandoned her. Ridge assured her he loves her and feels
her pain but reiterated that he wouldn't kick Hope out. They hugged.
Friday
Bridget seemed poised to spill the truth to Nick about her adulterous sex
romp. Meanwhile, Jackie and Owen talked about how devastated Nick and
Bridget were and Owen was clearly nursing some guilt. Bridget explained to
Nick that she'd wanted to feel "nothing." Nick again took responsibility for
his part in what happened and stressed that he didn't want to live and love
without her. His moving speech kept Bridget from saying anything further.
She hugged him close, deciding to look toward their future. As for Owen, he
joined Jackie in a bubble bath ... desperate to be clean.
Ridge and Brooke came home and undressed for the evening. Ridge suggested they go on a family vacation...with all the kids. "We're not really one big happy
family," she pointed out, adding that Hope needed a longer leash and Steffy
needed more of her father. Ridge and Brooke marveled at what's driving
Steffy and then climbed into bed. Ridge praised Brooke's wisdom, noting
that's why he married her. "I thought it was the sex?" Brooke joked. Then
they had some!
Steffy and Marcus went to Insomnia. When Marcus wondered what they were
doing there, Steffy said she wanted to "get rowdy and cause a scene." Across
the room, Hope met up with Oliver, and they flirted. Marcus caught Steffy
staring. At Hope's table, Oliver demonstrated a pocket projector and showed
her some footage he'd shot on his cell phone. He revealed that he's staying
at Owen's beach house but that someone had been there when he went home
tonight and he hadn't wanted to interrupt. Steffy and Marcus talked about
Bill and her Logan issues and Steffy mused that the right guy for her had
finally come along. Hope opened up to Oliver about her life and Steffy's
problems with the Logan side of the family. Then, she and Oliver ended up
sharing their first kiss. Steffy spied the smooch. Later, Oliver decided to
check his cell phone camera to find out what had gone down at the beach
House — and realized he'd captured Owen and Bridget getting busy!
