Bold and Beautiful Recaps

B&B Week of May 31, 2010

Monday

Pam daydreamed about her kiss with Stephen during a Forrester meeting. Turns out the meeting was about Hope's graduation. She needs their help for an awesome graduation party — can she use the Forrester mansion? I don't think so, snarked Stephanie, annoyed to be attending a meeting about a high school graduation. (Pam called it a "sock hop.") Ridge suggested Ma and Pa head off to Big Bear and let Ridge and Brooke handle the party. Stephanie agreed. Hope squealed her thanks and ran off to tell Oliver.

Steffy horned in on Oliver's workout and commented on his new necklace. It's the Chinese symbol for hope, he explained. "She branded you?" sneered Steffy. No, Oliver bought the necklaces and he is in love with Hope. Hope arrived and traded barbs with Steffy. Hope filled Oliver in on the party plans as Steffy eavesdropped. Steffy excused herself to deal with "more important things."

Stephen stared at a magazine cover of Eric and Stephanie with the headline "Together Again" and flashed back to all the horrible things Stephanie has done to Brooke. He called Pam and asked her to meet him at Insomnia. Pam showed up in a disguise. Stephen took her hand and told her that their kiss meant a lot to him. Pam said it can't happen again — her sister would flip. "Promise me you won't say anything," implored a scheming Stephen, adding that Pam is a ray of sunshine in his life, and she can help him be happy again. Pam agreed to keep mum. Stephen asked if Pam knows of a room or apt. he can rent, laying it on very thick that he needs it ASAP. "Stay with me!" replied Pam, falling for his trap. "It wouldn't be imposing?" he queried. Oh, no, enthused Pam. Stephanie has moved out and she has lots of room now.

Pam went back to Forrester all jazzed about the new man in her life. Stephanie asked if she knows him. Pam hedged.

Stephen let himself into Pam's home. He sat down and talked to a picture of Beth, vowing again to keep their daughters safe from Stephanie. A man arrived. Stephen gave him money and the man handed Stephen a package. The man left, but not before noting a photo of Stephanie and Pam in a frame. Stephen opened the package: it was a gun!

Tuesday

Brooke kissed Ridge to thank him for all he's doing for Hope's graduation. Brooke doesn't want anyone to ruin this night for Hope. Steffy lurked, saying Hope's party will be a night to remember.

Hope and Oliver sealed their graduation date with a kiss. She exited, and Oliver got a call: Reggae recording star Daddy Yankee was in the building! Turns out DY's pal Dempsey goes way back with Oliver. Daddy Yankee was scouting for a mansion to film his next music video — any ideas? Oliver offered up Hope's party at the Forrester estate. "It's going to be mad crazy for those kids, man," pronounced an impressed Marcus.

At work, Pam dialed Stephen, who didn't answer. Jarret asked her what's up. She confided that there is a "gorgeous hunk of man" staying in her place.

The man who sold Stephen the gun returned to Pam's home and asked Stephen for the gun back. Turns out he is Mike, Sheila's former henchman. He told Stephen he couldn't place the photo earlier, but now he realizes it was Stephanie Forrester. He has a history with the Forresters and doesn't want any more trouble. Mike reviewed Sheila's troubles with Stephanie, and realized Stephen is the father of the poor, tortured Logan girls. They commiserated about their hatred for Stephanie. Pam came home: "Who's this?" Stephen lied that Mike is his accountant, and that he came by for one of Pam's lemon bars. Mike exited, saying he'll be back. "I thought he'd never leave," said Stephen, kissing Pam.

Hope, Steffy, Ridge and Brooke ran into Oliver with Daddy Yankee and Dempsey. Oh my God! They all flipped that Oliver knows Daddy Yankee, and were thrilled to hear he was going to play at Hope's party AND make a video with Hope and her classmates. Brooke enthused to Ridge that Oliver nabbing Daddy Yankee proves how much he loves Hope. Brooke cooed that their love reminds her of someone else's love. "Remind me," said Ridge. They smooched.

Hope thanked Oliver for making all her dreams come true. "There is nothing I won't do for you," responded Oliver. They kissed.

Pam arranged flowers and yammered on about all the handsome men in her home. Stephen came out in his boxers. "Jeepers!" exclaimed Pam. Stephen repeated how Stephanie gets everything and Pam got the short end of the stick. She served him a beer and talked to herself, saying, "Holy Moly, there is a man in his underwear on my couch!" Pam pulled out a camera to capture the moment but Stephen said he is camera shy and turned the lens back on her.

Marcus gushed about meeting Daddy Yankee. Steffy snarked that Hope gets everything she wants, including a music star playing at her party. Brooke entered, asking to speak to Steffy alone. Brooke asserted that she knows Steffy plans to show up at the party, come on to Oliver, embarrass Hope in front of all her classmates, and try to nab Oliver for herself. Brooke warned her stepdaughter that she will be at the party and will stop her. "Nothing is going to destroy this evening for my daughter," warned Brooke. "And that includes you."

Wednesday

Brooke danced around the Forrester Mansion as workmen set up for Hope's graduation dance. Stephanie told Brooke she should have knocked before coming in. Eric, Oliver and Hope entered with lots of oohs and ahs over the place. Dempsey and Daddy Yankee came in too: "Wow!" they exclaimed. Hope pulled Oliver aside and thanked him for giving her the best night of her life. Dempsey said he has masks for all the kids in the music video. Brooke will send over a rack of dresses for the girls.

Agnes and Nick flew back from New York on the Jackie M private jet. He praised her performance with their contacts. "Miss your wife?" fished Aggie. Nick understands that Bridget is worried about her pregnancy, but he has a feeling they "have a little fighter" in their baby. A voice in Aggie's head said she hopes the baby is his.

Bridget overheard Owen and Jackie discussing that they have to tell her something. Bridget approached: You know, don't you? Bridget apologized to Jackie for not keeping the secret. Jackie said it was the right thing to do, and she and Owen are fine. They talked about the beautiful gift of this baby, and how loved it will be. Bridget repeated her guilt about not telling Nick. Jackie reminded them all that they will tell Nicky after the baby is born. Nick entered: "My family!" He embraced Bridget's belly and talked to it. "It's your old man!" They all stared at him. "Tell me everything I've missed!" said Nick, reminding Jackie and Owen that they are a part of this pregnancy. The other three exchanged furtive looks.

Stephanie surveyed the work as Brooke approached. Steph asked Brooke not to tell her sister Donna that Eric and Steph are going to Big Bear: "I don't want any process servers showing up." They traded barbs about what the Logan girls are "entitled to." Brooke reiterated that she will not let Steffy ruin the party.

Hope and Oliver kissed and discussed that this party is going to be historic. "You're going to be a legend," smiled Oliver. "The girl with the most awesome boyfriend in the world!" she beamed. She can't wait till she's ready to have sex — Oliver will sweep her off her feet like in a romance novel.

Ridge and Brooke kissed on a chaise lounge outside. Brooke put Daddy Yankee's music on and danced for Ridge. Ridge remarked that they should not tell Hope that Daddy Yankee's music gets her parents "all revved up." "You always get me going, Logan," lusted Ridge. They both admitted that they are excited for Hope's party. "You're never going to grow old, Logan," said Ridge. "I feel so at peace in your arms," smiled Brooke, adding that she has a strong feeling that something "unexpected" will happen at the party.

Thursday

At Forrester, Brooke perused the clothes for the party and the new Forrester Mens' Line. Steffy and Taylor entered. Brooke reminded Steffy that she is not welcome at Hope's graduation party. Steffy doesn't even want to come, snarked Taylor. Brooke relayed that they are filming a music video at the party and Steffy doesn't belong there. "Don't let Steffy ruin this evening for Hope," Brooke implored Taylor.

Hope praised Oliver to Ridge, saying he saw what she needed and made it happen. She also showed her dad the necklace Oliver gave her. Ridge found Oliver and questioned him about Hope and Steffy both liking him. Oliver said Hope is his girlfriend. Both agreed Steffy is a force to be reckoned with when she wants something.

Oliver showed Agnes his necklace. Agnes praised his involvement in Hope's party, saying it shows his feelings for her. Oliver showed Agnes a snippet of Daddy Yankee on video. Hope popped in and they discussed clothing for tonight. Hope gave Oliver a jacket from the Mens' Line and asked him to wear it. She also reminded him they'd have masks on tonight. I hope we recognize each other! they joked.

Brooke danced around the sauna in a towel to Daddy Yankee‘s music. Ridge entered. "You got my note!" squealed Brooke. They talked about all the unusual places they have made love and how hard it's going to be to chaperone the party and not sneak off to be together. Major kissing ensued. Brooke asked Ridge to wear a jacket from the new Mens' Line to the party. Should I wear anything else? he whispered.

Hope tried on one of the sparkly dresses for the party as Brooke entered. Mom gave daughter a lecture about becoming a woman and respecting her body. Brooke is proud of Hope and her confidence. Hope said she got her confidence from her parents. They went to the Forrester Mansion and were amazed by the decorations. Hope asked Brooke to wear one of the sparkly dresses the kids are wearing for the video. Hope clutched her neck and realized she left her necklace at Forrester. Daddy Yankee and company came in. Hope thanked them for making her party so special. Hope called Oliver and told him to text her when he gets there because there is a line outside. Brooke hugged Hope and promised Steffy will not ruin her party. This will be the best night of her life.

Steffy asked Marcus if he needs a date to the party. Marcus urged Steffy to let Hope have her party. Steffy retorted that Oliver understands her, and she wants him. "One way or another, I'm going to have him." Steffy noticed Hope's necklace from Oliver sitting on the desk and picked it up. "Give me the necklace," ordered Marcus. Steffy stared at the necklace, clearly getting an idea.

Friday

Hope's graduation party was in full swing. Hope and Brooke danced with each other in matching sequined outfits and masks, blonde hair swinging. Brooke can't believe Oliver pulled this all together — it's so romantic!

Ridge checked in with Steffy at work before leaving for the party. He warned her not to mess with Hope and Oliver. If Oliver really loves Hope, then what could Steffy do to them? she snarked. Ridge reminded Steffy not to go to the party as he left. If everyone is going to be in masks, Steffy mused, who will know?

Oliver stopped by Agnes's office in his Forrester jacket and party mask to say goodbye. "My little brother is in love," gushed Aggie. "Good for you!" Hope called Oliver, saying she has a present for him. They exchanged "I love you's," prompting Aggie to tell him to be patient with his young girlfriend. Oliver explained that Hope will say "I'm ready" when she is ready to have sex.

Rick and Thomas danced with girls to Daddy Yankee. Hope fretted Steffy might show up, but Thomas said no. Brooke called Ridge, urging him to hurry because the party was rocking. Brooke was nervous Steffy might show up. Ridge said no. Oliver arrived — where's Hope? Marcus pointed to a woman in a blue sequined dress and mask, dancing alone.

"What's Bridget doing?" Aggie asked Nick. "She has a quiet night of gestation planned," quipped Nick. They discussed Oliver and Hope's romance. Aggie said Oliver told her that Nick saved Hope's life once. What is it with Nick saving women? Nick said he didn't save Aggie's life - she did. It took guts for her to strand up to the man who raped her. Aggie asked if Nick was once in love with Brooke. Yes, he admitted. But Brooke was always destined to be with Ridge. Hope and Oliver's love is so pure and unspoiled, they agreed. Much like Bridget's loyalty and faithfulness, commented Nick. Aggie's eyebrow went up.

Oliver donned his mask and approached the girl dancing alone. She was sporting his necklace, so he assumed she was Hope. They danced. The girl took his hand and led him out to the terrace. Suspicious, Marcus lifted his mask and watched them leave. Daddy Yankee's music blared as the two masked people grabbed each other and got physical on the terrace.

Oliver came back into the party and found Hope standing there smiling at him. What the…? "Where's your necklace?" he asked. Hope said she left it at the office. Oliver got a stricken look on his face and started looking around the party. Daddy Yankee told everyone it was time to remove their masks. Oliver scanned the room and found the girl wearing his necklace coming in from the terrace. She removed her mask: It was BROOKE!
