Bold and Beautiful Recaps

BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL

Monday

At the Sky Lounge, Rick recapped his misdeeds to Steffy, admitting he understands he's not worthy of her and can't be with her. She shrugged off his apologies, but then he claimed he was joining a monastery. "You've had some bonehead ideas, but I think this one takes the cake," Steffy cracked.
After a moment, he dropped the act, laughing, "You're really gullible you know that?" She was helpless to do anything but laugh. He was encouraged by the response! They then changed the subject to Thomas joining Forrester. Steffy implored Rick to give her brother a chance. He noted convincing Brooke would be the tough part. Alone, Steffy left her brother a message and then flashed back on good times with Rick. Later, Rick came back to tell
Steffy the good news: Thomas could join the team. She thanked him and rushed off to tell Taylor the happy tidings.

Taylor blurted out to Brooke that she and Ridge aren't married, just as Ridge walked in. They demanded an explanation of the cryptic remark! Stephanie intruded just as things got interesting, so Brooke raged at them both to back off her marriage and went off to talk to Ridge. Alone,
Stephanie reminded a frustrated Taylor to stick to the plan. Down the hall, Ridge told Brooke that Taylor's claims weren't worth getting worked up over and they had a chance to prove Taylor and Steph wrong. However, Thomas working at Forrester proved to be a bit of a sticking point! Luckily, Rick walked in and told Brooke he was cool with "Tommy" signing on. "I'm doing it for Steffy," he said. "How noble of you," cracked Ridge. "Are you sure about this, Ricky?" Ricky swore it wasn't a ploy to get in good with Steffy,
showing him that she'd even given him back her ring. He, Brooke, and Ridge discussed Eric not knowing Thomas attacked him. Nearby, Taylor, Steph and Pam all kvetched about Rick, Thomas, and Brooke. Later, Ridge told Brooke he didn't like how Rick was "maneuvering." Brooke hated being on opposite sides. Stephanie, meanwhile, told Taylor to keep a lid on her anger so they could be a united front against the Logans. When Steffy burst in with her news, the women couldn't quite buy Rick's sincerity. After Steffy left, Pam assured Taylor she would keep her eyes on Ricky, and Stephanie remained certain Ridge and Brooke's marriage was toast. "All hell is going to break loose because of Rick," promised Stephanie. "Rick is going to push them over the edge." Back in Ridge's office, he and Brooke came to an accord the way they always do: by getting busy!

Tuesday

Bridget flashed back on kissing Nick before entering his office for a meeting. "This is weird," she admitted, as he tried to break tension by showing off his shiny new office. He apologized for "overstepping" last night. Then, Clarke and Stephanie arrived. Stephanie said she was meeting with Karen ASAP about doing Jackie M-centric articles in Eye on Fashion. Nick didn't want to make that decision without Jackie, but Jackie was AWOL! In Jackie's office, she and Owen canoodled illicitly. She warned him not to call her a "cougar," though, since "cougars get shot." A knocking Bridget interrupted their flirtation and called them to join the meeting. Later, Jackie dressed up some models and then chided Nick for his lack of interest. He fired back about her being distracted, wondering what's going on. Meanwhile, Owen caught up with Bridget about the awkward end to their date. She noted she'd seen Nick afterwards and was sorting through it all. Owen urged her to stop picking losers and demand better treatment from men. Then, Owen let himself into Jackie's, where she was luxuriating in a bubble bath.
He wanted to talk about Bridget; she demanded he be undressed and with her for the chat and then gave him a key to a company car. She thanked him for relighting the fire in her. Flummoxed Owen tried to bring up Bridget again,
insisting he wants to be with her and have a future with her. Jackie warned him that he could see Bridget all he wants but if he tried to put an end to them, it would be the end of his career!

Stephanie came by the Spencers' offices only to find Bill (Don Diamont), not Karen, waiting for her. Bill cited how he hadn't known his father well and he'd earned his way to the top of the company. Stephanie told him her proposition for Eye on Fashion, waving a sheaf of papers. He correctly observed she's "looking for payback" and said "you won't find it here." She insisted she was giving him a lucrative opportunity. Bill read over her articles, saying he'd publish them...if she'd accept his proposal. They'd call them "The Logan Chronicles" and use them to "bump" sales, but he really wanted to go online! "A Webcast," he said, on the Eye on Fashion web site. Stephanie mulled the proposal over and signed on! She and Bill shook on it and then he got her all set up to do her first Webcast. She spoke conversationally to the camera, introducing herself and her project...and then started slamming Forrester and praising Jackie M. "I wouldn't buy Forrester Creations, would you?" she murmured.

Wednesday

Stephanie helped Pam load up the Eye on Fashion site to pull up her second Inside Fashion blog: "The Logan Chronicles" Chapter 1. Stephanie kicked off by talking about how Donna won Eric's heart! Donna walked up on the confab, wondering why security had let Steph in the building. Snark ensued and then Donna went into Eric's office to canoodle and abuse a bottle of honey. Unbeknownst to them, some of that canoodling was featured on Steph's web cast! An amused Thorne helpfully loaded it up for Eric and Donna. They were appalled as Steph pulled no punches, even sharing the photo of Eric naked on his love nest ledge. Donna made a beeline to Jackie M to confront Stephanie. As they sniped back and forth, she noted the world owed Stephanie nothing and said she would give her a war if that's what she wants. "Your days are over, Toots. Over!"

Jackie and Owen watched the webcast, too. Jackie noted that Stephanie could've at least talked up Jackie M while talking down Forrester. She then accused Owen of sulking over their encounter the night before. He accused her of "coercion," and then told her he was going to lunch with Bridget. Bridget still had Nick on the brain but then she and
Owen ordered in and chatted. Owen opened up about his questionable choices, telling her about Felicia and how he'd turned whistleblower on her. He was trying to keep Bridget from being shocked by him. Then they playfully plotted their next date, dive bars, the ballet, etc. "You're pretty darned
cute," she laughed, as they moved on to joking about what traffic signs they are (he's "Merge;" she's "Yield") and then kissed. Unfortunately, Jackie interrupted with a booty call! Owen met her in the new Jackie M steam room, looking none too happy about having to be of service. "Why are you still
dressed?" she purred, before accusing him of making their agreement ugly. Owen admitted she was every man's fantasy but noted their relationship wasn't going anywhere, and he wants a relationship. Jackie dismissed his chances with Bridget, cracking that she'd throw them an engagement party if they worked out but they weren't even sleeping together yet! Then, she undressed Owen herself.

Thursday

Stephanie guffawed over Donna's rant and then Taylor gave her mad props for her Webcast. She was especially enthused by what Brooke's reaction might be! Back at Forrester, Brooke was furious about Stephanie, which led to her and Ridge arguing once more. Ridge was kind of amused by the ongoing Stephanie/Brooke rivalry, telling her "the best thing we can do right now is not do anything." He wanted to focus on Rick and not Stephanie, as Rick was a bigger threat. Brooke claimed Stephanie was a threat to them, too, and
begged Ridge to open his eyes. Ridge assured her that Stephanie had no sway over him and "she can't hurt us." But Brooke's son could. Ridge insisted he and Brooke had to fight a Rick/Steffy reunion together.

Steffy dropped by Rick's office for work reasons, and assured him that flirting with her wasn't going to get him anywhere. He still tried, though! He promised he was changing. They ended up getting nostalgic over where their relationship could've gone and as Rick made an impassioned speech and
touched Steffy's cheek, Taylor walked up! Rattled, Taylor made a beeline for Jackie M and vented to Stephanie. Stephanie told her to bide her time and wait for Ridge and Brooke to implode but Taylor was too worried about her
daughter. Back at Forrester, Rick gave Steffy a DVD he'd made: a tribute to Phoebe's memory. They watched it together. Phoebe's song for Ridge played over family photos, video clips, and candids of Steffy's beloved twin. Rick capped it all off with a voiceover saying Phoebe's "star will guide us to a new day." A moved Steffy sobbed and then hugged Rick tightly.

Friday

Steffy pulled back from hugging Rick, thanking him for his thoughtful gift.
He assured her there were no strings attached and went to leave, but she
stopped him, telling him "There's still a lot of good in you." He said he
still wants a future with her and she said there was only one way: "Make
things right with my dad." She laid down the law, on her own terms. Rick
swore he'd earn back "your love, your trust, your respect." Nearby, Brooke
assured Ridge that Rick and Steffy were finito. Of course, a concerned
Taylor burst in to tell Ridge that wasn't the case. Brooke tried to downplay
Rick and Steffy's conversation. "It was all intimate!" said Taylor. And
Ridge noted Brooke was already excusing her son, and their fragile agreement
unraveled. This is what Steffy walked in on. Explaining the tete-a-tete, she
wanted to show them the DVD. Ridge wasn't enthused, but Steffy made them
watch. Ridge wasn't moved; he was furious! He said Rick was using her
sister's memory to lure Steffy back! Brooke called it a "tribute," and Ridge
snapped that she was defending Rick. He reiterated to Steffy that she's never
going to see Rick again. "This is the last straw!" Steffy hurriedly
apologized, swearing, "It's over" and "I get it." She rushed out in tears
and an appalled Brooke left. Alone with Taylor, Ridge noted that all of
Brooke's promises about Rick meant nothing. When he began to regret marrying
Brooke, Taylor blurted out the big news: "You and Brooke are not married!"

Donna stormed into Bill's office to give him a piece of her mind. Sparks
flew as she demanded he "pull the plug" on the ex-Mrs. Forrester's vitriolic
blogs! An amused Bill liked a "passionate woman" and agreed to hear her out.
He also flirted shamelessly but Donna warned him he couldn't distract her
with flattery. She kept trying to appeal to him, saying how detrimental
Steph was to Eric and the company. Bill mused that he could turn
things around ‹ with the right motivation. If he saw more of Donna's feisty
side and less of her clothing, that is. "I'm married," Donna said, tersely.
Bill backed her up to the wall, giving her the sexy eyes.
