Monday
Bo and Daniel discussed Roman's mugging. Bo said Arianna was brought in for questioning, but didn't think she did it. The conversation turned to Carly. Daniel noted the tension between her and Chloe. Meanwhile, Carly confronted Chloe about cheating on Daniel. Chloe swore she loved Daniel and went off about Carly keeping his daughter from him for decades. Carly insisted Chloe needed to level with Daniel. Chloe finally agreed. Daniel returned home. Chloe sobbed that she had something to tell him. Daniel wouldn't let her, noting he'd spoken to Father Matt about moving up their wedding date. He asked Chloe to be his wife pronto. "Yes," gushed Chloe. Daniel asked what Chloe wanted to tell him. She assured it could wait.
Carly arrived at Bo's house. Bo asked what was wrong. Carly said nothing, now that she was with him. Soon, they were kissing and then some.
Gabi worried the cops might dig up stuff from Arianna's past. Arianna assured her juvenile records were sealed. Brady saw Nicole drop an envelope with Arianna's name on it. She said it was background information on her. Hope demanded to see it; then, revealed Arianna had multiple priors for assault and robbery before she turned 18. Nicole left and met Baker. She praised him for a job well done. Nicole said Baker's mugging business was over. Arianna wouldn't look guilty if the crimes continued. Baker warned that could be a problem, since his partner called the shots. Hope and Brady confronted Arianna about her past. She explained how her old boyfriend set her up to get his charges reduced. Hope noted once the DNA results came back, all would be fine. Arianna apologized for Brady finding out about her past this way. Hope got a call from Ciara, noting she had a bad dream. Hope told Ciara to have Delia put her in Hope's bed until she got home. Delia tucked Ciara in, but the tyke was soon up and rummaging through Hope's secret box of wallets. Hope received the DNA results. She told Arianna and Brady the hairs found on Roman belonged to Arianna. Hope arrested Arianna, who insisted she was innocent. Arianna realized Brady wasn't quite sure.
Rafe was by Anna's side, when she regained consciousness. He implored her to tell him who was responsible for Sydney's kidnapping. Anna's doctor walked in and told Rafe to stop badgering her. He said the poison Anna ingested might have caused massive brain damage. Rafe knew her poisoning was orchestrated by a DiMera. A cop arrived. Rafe asked if he'd found out who delivered the meal to Anna's room. The cop said they were about to arrest a person of interest in the case: Rafe. Soon, Rafe was getting tossed into jail. He insisted they'd arrested the wrong guy, noting he was with the FBI. Rafe suggested calling the state department to clear things up. The cop said they had no diplomatic ties with the U.S. Hence, no one could save Rafe.
Stefano interrupted Sami and EJ locking lips. After he left, EJ wanted to talk about what almost happened between them. Sami said she would have regretted it. EJ concurred. He didn't want anything jeopardizing their relationship either. Sami headed to bed. Stefano returned, noting EJ had played things well. EJ accused Stefano of interfering in his affairs. Stefano informed EJ that Anna woke up and could be telling Rafe everything she knew. "Do you want me to go to bed, not interfere, leave everything up to you?" he asked. Stefano reminded EJ he was in danger of losing his kids. Stefano finished up a phone call; then, told EJ the Anna situation was taken care of. Sami would never know the truth.
Rafe laid in his prison cell and praying for a miracle. Sami laid in her bed and muttered Rafe's name. EJ thanked Stefano for handling things. Sami interrupted, wanting another glass of wine. Stefano left. EJ told Sami it was best to keep their feelings in check. Sami said it wasn't a problem, since she was in love with Rafe. Rafe tossed and turned in his cell. He dreamt about walking into the DiMera mansion and finding Sami. "Where have you been?" she asked. Rafe noted he'd been searching for the truth, swearing he loved her and always would. Then, they kissed. In her hospital room, Anna dreamt about Rafe questioning her and muttered, "EJ."
Tuesday
Vivian rambled on about her and Victor's upcoming wedding. Victor grumbled, claiming to have indigestion. Vivian suggested calling a doctor. Victor swore he wasn't sick, except for agreeing to marry her. Since they got engaged no one in his family would talk to him. Vivian asked why Victor had agreed to marry her. Victor recounted their deal. After he left, Vivian picked the petals off a rose, saying, "He loves me, he loves me not." She insisted Victor loved her, when she heard a thud and ran off to see what happened.
Hope and Ciara were en route to their house to pick up the gift Bo brought Ciara from California. Ciara said she'd put it in her treasure box, like the one Hope had under her bed. Hope was confused. Ciara explained it had treasures Hope had taken from other people. Carly and Bo chatted over breakfast. Carly recounted her conversation with Hope, where Hope said she had no ill will toward her. Hope and Ciara arrived. Carly left. Bo gave Ciara a Hollywood snow globe. Ciara said she'd put it in her treasure box, like the one her mommy has. Hope sent the tyke upstairs for her books. Alone, Hope shared her concerns about Ciara and asked Bo to talk to her. Later, Bo asked if Ciara had been going through Hope's makeup. Ciara denied it. Bo asked about Hope's treasure box. She started to explain, when Bo got a message that there was something wrong with Victor.
Brady visited Arianna in jail. Arianna was surprised. She saw the doubt on his face when she was arrested. Brady called it shock. Arianna told him to go. He refused, saying he knew she was innocent. Arianna decided to take her chances with the public defender instead of Brady's expensive lawyer. She told Brady he was free, since they took her engagement ring. Brady swore he didn't want to be free. Hope arrived and questioned Arianna about the argument she had with Brady the night of Roman's attack. She suggested Arianna was a woman scorned. Hope asked about the symbol put on Roman, noting it was associated with Arianna's old gang. Arianna knew nothing about it, proclaiming her innocence. Hope noted the last two men targeted were close to Arianna and both hurt her and let her down. Hope thought the attacks might be a cry for help and wanted to help Arianna.
Philip and Melanie discussed Arianna's situation. Nicole stood outside the pub and delivered a news report about Roman's attack. Philip came out and stopped it, demanding she kill the story. Melanie didn't think they should tarnish Arianna's reputation. Nicole pointed out Arianna was already a convicted felon. Melanie accused Nicole of using the situation to get Brady back. Nicole left and called Baker. Baker thought his partner might go after Nicole, if she found out they framed Arianna. Philip caught the end of the conversation and asked if Nicole had a problem. Nicole said they needed to run their story, since all the other newscasts would have it. Philip agreed, and Nicole went back to reporting live. She ended her telecast saying she believed in Arianna's innocence. Philip thanked her. Brady arrived and thanked her, too. He said Arianna was pushing him away. Nicole suggested giving her time and admitted a part of her would always love him. Brady got a text from Henderson about Victor.
Philip and Melanie walked in the park. He explained he and Nicole used to be tight. Melanie realized there lots of things she didn't know about him. Philip remembered romping with Chloe. Later, at home, Philip and Melanie were smooching, when his phone rang. “Something's wrong. It's my dad," he announced.
Chloe thought back to her talk with Daniel. He asked if she was feeling better. Chloe said she was happy they'd moved up their wedding date. Daniel asked if she wanted to talk about what was on her mind. She didn't. Daniel promised that whatever it was wouldn't affect their love. They went back and forth about not deserving each other. Daniel and Chloe arrived at the hospital. Carly asked if Chloe told Daniel about her affair. Chloe said she tried, but couldn't. Chloe accused Carly of wanting to ruin her life. Carly swore that wasn't true. She just couldn't keep this secret and asked if Chloe was going to tell Daniel. "Tell me what?" interrupted Daniel. Suddenly, Daniel got a text message. “It's Victor," he announced, as a teary eyed Vivian stood alone in the Kiriakis mansion.
Wednesday
Kate sat on one of Sydney's toys and scolded Sami for the mess in the living room. They bickered back and forth about Sami and her brood living there until Kate got a phone call. "Oh my God," she gasped. Sami asked what was wrong. Kate said it had nothing to do with her. Sami promised she and her kids would be out of the manse, soon. Kate wondered if that included Will. They argued about how Sami was handling the teenager. Kate reminded Sami that Will was no longer a child. She went off about Sami's habit of jumping from man to man and noted Will needed a role model, like Stefano. Sami pointed out Stefano's kids hated him and his sordid past. Kate swore she loved him, and a part of her still loved Victor. Kate left. Sami took out her phone, returned a call from Caroline, and said she'd be right there.
Sami met Caroline at the hospital. Caroline updated her on Roman's improving condition. Neither of them could believe Arianna was behind the muggings. Caroline sensed something was wrong with Sami. Sami admitted she should never have moved into the DiMera mansion or let Will live there. Sami explained how she freaked out on Will about getting a poor algebra grade. She was out of control, while Will thought Stefano was cool. Caroline urged Sami to move her family out. Sami insisted she couldn't tell Will what to do. Caroline said she'd say a novena asking for Stefano's downfall.
Will met Stefano at the pub. Stefano apologized for not being able to fix his algebra grades. Will said his mom expected him to be perfect, while she ran off doing her thing. He went off about Sami's past and how it affected him and his siblings. Chad arrived and Stefano invited him to join them. Chad mentioned getting into Wake Forest, and Stefano congratulated him with a hand shake. Madeline freaked, "Get your hands off my son!" Will and Chad were surprised the pair knew each other. Chad got a call and he and Will left. Alone, Stefano told Madeline to calm down. Her son was going away to college, so there wasn't time for him to taint him. Madeline noted Chad wasn't going away, but vowed to move heaven and earth to keep Stefano away from her son. She still had the tape and would use it if she had to.
Daniel asked what Chloe had to tell him, when he interrupted Carly pressing her to ‘fess up to her affair. Then, he got a text message about Victor and took off. Chloe followed. Philip got a text about his dad. Maggie came in and Melanie filled her in. Philip tried to call Victor; when no one answered he took off. Brady bolted after receiving a similar message. Nicole followed. Bo arranged for someone to pick up Ciara; then, phoned Carly and told her something was wrong with Victor. Vivian sat in the mansion, noting how she didn't want it to happen this way.
Brady, Daniel, Philip and Bo arrived at the Kiriakis mansion but couldn't find anyone. Melanie and Maggie followed. Vivian emerged and thanked everyone for coming. Then, Victor walked in wondering why everyone was there. Philip explained they received text messages from Henderson. Vivian confessed she sent the texts: She and Victor are getting married today. Victor nearly choked. Nicole arrived; then, Chloe and Carly. Victor told everyone to go home. They didn't have to be subjected to this debacle. Then, he walked off. Maggie found him and told Victor his marrying Vivian was "so wrong." Victor countered that Maggie didn't know the whole story. Maggie lectured that time wasn't infinite and Victor shouldn't waste it. She joked that she'd tell everyone Victor was summoned by the UN to rescue the Greek economy; then, drive him to the airport. "What a ride it could be," responded Victor.
Nicole asked Brady if he was staying for the wedding. He didn't plan on it. Vivian asked Philip to stand up for his father at the ceremony. Philip asked what Vivian had on Victor. Carly figured Bo was forcing Victor to marry Vivian to protect her and asked him to stop it. Bo said if Victor didn't neutralize Vivian, he'd have to kill her. Chloe suggested she and Daniel go home. He agreed, but wanted to talk to Philip first. Kate arrived and Philip filled her in on things. Carly didn't want Bo killing anyone. "I guess dear old dad is going to get married today," retorted Bo. Kate said she wouldn't miss this for the world. Bo summoned everyone together and announced, "There is something you don't know about."

Friday
Maggie tried to get Victor to call off the wedding to Vivian in order to get back at Ms. Alamain for lying to everyone that Victor was sick. Vivian entered and said the justice of the peace had arrived. Maggie excused herself. Victor snapped at Viv and she started to cry. She then trash-talked Maggie, so Victor reprimanded her. He said he would marry Viv, but there wasn't anything romantic about it. "You'll be living on the razor's edge and you really, really don't want to slip," he warned. They headed downstairs.
Kate and Nicole drank martinis outside on the terrace. Nic told Kate that Carly had arrived and cracked that they could do their own reality show as Victor's exes. She asked Kate why Victor was marrying Viv, but Kate didn't have a response. Maggie went downstairs and revealed that she didn't think anyone was going to stop Vic from marrying Viv, so she urged them to show Victor their support by staying for the nups. Bo told Brady, Daniel and Philip that he was going to stay because he felt the wedding was, in a sense, his fault. Daniel wondered how he and Philip would deal with the fact that Vivian tried to kill Melanie. Bo urged them to do whatever they wanted, but he had to be there for his father. After talking to Maggie, Melanie suggested Philip talk to her, too, so he could understand why Mel felt they should stay. Bo thanked Melanie for appealing to Philip. Mel teased him that he was trying to get in good with her mom by saying nice things to her.
Victor opened the living room doors to find everyone gathered for the nups. The ceremony began, with the assembled guests looking pretty miserable. Justin arrived. Victor stopped the proceedings to speak. He thanked everyone for staying and wished for most of them to be happy. "Let's get this over with," he announced and the ceremony resumed. Kate, Nicole and Carly all flashed back to their own weddings to Mr. K. Vivian did, too. They were pronounced husband and wife. Victor immediately got a drink. Kate told him all the scotch in the world wouldn't make him forget what he just did. Bo and Victor faced off after. Bo noted that he didn't need Victor to marry Vivian, just put her in jail. Victor replied that if Vivian should be in jail, so should Carly.... Melanie overheard Daniel say he and Carly planned to wed right away and flipped out.... A tipsy Nicole suggested that all of Victor's exes pose for photo. Viv was not amused, but agreed.... Maggie asked Vic if he was proud of himself, noting he was behaving like a cranky boy.... Daniel announced that he and Chloe would be marrying ASAP. Melanie stormed out; Philip followed. She felt as though the wedding was a big mistake. Back in the living room, Bo noted to Carly that something seemed off about Daniel's announcement.
At the park, Hope congratulated Ciara for getting a gold star in ice skating. Ciara said she would put it in her treasure box and wanted to do it right away. Hope said they would stop at Victor's before Ciara's sleepover. She asked Ciara if she could look in her treasure box. "No, it's private, like the one you have," Ciara replied. Hope insisted she didn't have one. Ciara said it was under her mom's bed. They arrived at the house. Ciara wondered why there were so many cars.
In South America, Rafe got a cell mate: Shane Donovan. A guard brought Shane in, who was unconscious. When he came to, he tried to choke Rafe. Rafe tried to explain that he was from Salem and knew Sami. Shane didn't believe him and made him prove it. Rafe tried to recall as much info from Sami as he could. He recounted what had happened with Sami and EJ and Sydney's kidnapping. Shane didn't know that Sami and EJ had another kid together. Rafe noted he had been out of the loop for awhile. They decided to team up to escape.
