I've never really complained about this before, but the Nicholas/Diane affair is making me sick to my stomach and I've just realized that it's a disturbing pattern on Y&R.
Let's review:
Adam and Nicholas (brothers) are both in love/slept with Sharon.
Jack and Billy (brothers) have both slept with Sharon.
Kevin and Ryder (brothers) have both slept with Jana.
Chance and Ronan (brothers) have both slept with Chloe AND Heather.
Neil and Malcolm have both slept with Sofia. And Olivia. And Drucilla. (Uh, new storyline PLEASE!)
Nikki and Victoria (mother, daughter) have both slept with Deacon.
And now, Diane is sleeping with Nicholas and Victor (father, son).
This is BEYOND disgusting. The writers need desperately to let this trend go. It's over. It's done. MOVE ON. Playing Diane and Nicholas as the new "it" couple will NEVER work because it's GROSS!
For Nikki and Victoria you forgot Cole and Brad.
The storylines are completely out of control, and chimps are writing the scripts. lolThe problem is that they are not hiring new actors to inject new bloodlines into the story. The result is what we have now, because the alternative is a Screeching halt regarding "romance."BLECH!
I think we need a lot of new characters for some new love intrests! lets shake up Genoa City a little bit! This is all getting BORING!!

Sharon's name need to pop up at least two more time: Not to far back she had the major hots for Victor and kissed him. and she had an afair with her sister-in laws husband..Brad.
