Wait & see if Weekly responds to your email. Otherwise call them & let them know it's coming late. It wouldn't hurt to call your post office. It's happened to me a lot. If it's a chronic problem, SOW will put a postal watch on it & that usually takes care of the problem. Good luck.

The [postal watch will work for a few months Then it goes back to coming late! I am just stopping my mags! I am just tired of mine coming late, and them not doing anything about it! but it is good to call and let them know!

I think you can subscribe online, and get them on Friday mornings... both SOW and SOD. I have been fortunate that though I live in the middle of nowhere my SOD has been coming on Fridays. Letting customer service know of your problem is always a good idea....

Sometimes. I will go two weeks without my script comming for both, then I will get three weeks worth on one day. When my script runs out, I will go back to reading when in line at the supermarket. For free.I don't have a problem with paying for something, but do have a problem paying for something I don't get, or can't use.

Amen. Glad to know I'm not the only one that gets sporadic delivery. Never got any satisfaction or resolution from contacting customer service.

If you're getting your magazines late, please call our subscription line at (800) 829-9095. They will help fix the problem.

I think I will subscribe to the online versions, once my print ones have expired. That way I am no longer dependent on the postal service. I can send things cross country on saturday and not have them arrive by the following saturday. It's not all the publishers fault.

I wanted to let everybody know that today I heared from soap opera weekly and soap opera digest.they wanted to know if they had the right mailing address.I email them back and told them that they did have the right address.they said that they were sorry.but they are going to fix it.thanks to all of you for your help.lets hope this doesn't happen again.oh one more thing one of them is giving me more time on my subscription.

I agree about the post office. I recently sent a letter 200 miles and it took it 10 days to get there. Isn't it funny though that those Netflix movies get there in 24 hrs FLAT. Never late. Maybe we need to put the post office on the payroll and we can all get our mail in a timely fashion!

Glad to know That I'm not the only one. Sometimes I get them on time but for the most part I will get 2 at once, 1 is one week late and everything has already happened and the other is the following weeks. I haven't complained though, they come more regurally than ABC Soaps in Depth which I also get, because I wanted to know before things happened, well I complained and basically they said "sorry nothing we can do" when that expires I"m done with them I even have trouble getting on their web site, anyway because of this I didn't bother to complain. I figured it would be a waste of time. Thanks for you story now I know that it's a pretty wide spread problem.

I am sure that nobody cares about this anymore.but I have just got off the phone with them. I never called earlier because I thought they would come early but they are not.so I finally did it.and it didn't help because all the man said was that they would add more time.

They extended your subscription? What did he say it's the post offices fault?

I give up, actually. It get here when it gets here. I wouldn't have renewed, but it was a gift. (the renewal) Sometimes I get 2 weeks worth at a time.Digest is actually worse. I can go a month, then get them all. All my other weekly publications get here on time. I get 6.
