Franco told his camera that he turned killing "into art," then tagged his own studio with "CO77X." Jason shot out the glass of Sam's cage and pulled her to safety, and Franco heard an explosion. But Sam's cell didn't blow up. Jason determined the bomb was fake, and told Sam he sent Dominic after Lulu. Jason hugged Sam and lamented that he almost killed Franco. Meanwhile, Lucky and Steve arrived at the scene of the explosion, where Lucky feared that Lulu was inside. Jason and Sam arrived, and Jason explained the dilemma Franco set up. "You let Lulu die?" Lucky snarled, and started pounding on the hit man. Suddenly, he heard Lulu's voice — Dominic was helping her out of the ruins. Lucky rushed to embrace his sister. Maxie and Spinelli monitored the explosion developments online, and Maxie wondered why her roomie didn't call her after surviving. Spinelli called Maxie amazing, and they embraced. Dom called Sonny to report in — just as Olivia poked her head into Sonny's study. Sonny told her that Dominic saved Lulu. Then he lamented that no matter how much he loves his kids, everyone accuses him of destroying his kids' lives! Back at the ruins, Dom explained to Lucky how he got Lulu out through an access door. Lulu called him a hero, and Lucky thanked him. Jason set off to make sure "nothing like this is gonna happen again," but Lucky stopped him.
Earlier, Alexis visited Sonny, worried about Sam and how upset Kristina is over realizing that Sonny is a violence-prone mobster. Meanwhile, Kristina vented to Kiefer about her sister getting kidnapped, and her father treats her like a possession. "You've got me," Kiefer offered, then they kissed. Later, they buttoned up and he told her she can have a new start when she goes to college, where no one will know she's Sonny's daughter. Alexis pointed out that Sonny's children are always in danger, yet called him a "loving and kind" parent. Sam called and reported she is okay — but the drama is not over. Alexis returned to the lake house and told Molly that Sam is okay. Molly called Jason a "useful" boyfriend. Later, Kristina returned and scolded Molly for being starry-eyed over Jason saving Sam. Alexis assured Kristina that Sonny had nothing to do with Sam's kidnapping and, in fact, wanted to bond over cooking. Kristina noted, "Dad kills people who cross him," so there can be no bond with her criminal father.
Alfred tipped off Elizabeth that Nikolas was headed to Europe, so she dumped her kids with Gram and headed for the airport. Nikolas was on his jet, awaiting takeoff, when Ethan climbed aboard, concerned that Nik is chasing Rebecca. Nik maintained he was just going to Europe for kicks — and reminded Ethan that Rebecca split without him. After he left, Elizabeth boarded the jet. "I don't want to lose you," she announced. Nik insisted he cannot watch her marry Lucky. "I'm sorry," she replied. Nik asked why she comes back to him if she loves Lucky. "I love you both — in different ways" she maintained. She credited Lucky with rescuing her after the rape and noted she will be bonded to him forever. Lucky makes her fell "perpetually 15," but with Nikolas, "I'm a woman," she claimed. She doesn't know if she will marry Lucky.
Olivia assured Sonny that, as a father, "you got a lot of redeeming qualities." When Johnny showed and Sonny recapped for him, Johnny headed to the warehouse. Sonny and Olivia were not far behind. Just then a fireman reported finding a woman's body inside. "Claudia," Johnny growled. At the studio, Franco put a DVD in an envelope and left. Outside, Jason stopped Lucky from entering the building, noting Franco expected him to return. Out back, Franco detonated another bomb, destroying his studio.
Tuesday
Sam caught up with Jason and asked where he'd been all night. He said he was looking for Franco. At the Italian restaurant, Sonny informed Michael that the police may have found Claudia's body. After Sam tried to make Jason see that Franco's gone and it's over, Sonny advised Jason not to take the Franco situation personally. Jason wasn't sure he could return to work, noting that for every person he kills, Franco will kill one, too.
Lulu reamed out a desk clerk for a package not making its way to her boss but was interrupted by Carly. Her cousin reminded her that no one died and told her to calm down. Carly shared her own kidnapping experience (referring to the one with Claudia, not the countless other times she's been held captive) and got Lulu to talk about what she went through.
Steven asked Elizabeth why she had to drop the kids off with Audrey in the middle of the night. She explained that she freaked out because Nikolas threatened to leave the country. Elizabeth blamed herself for her turmoil, but Steven reminded her that there are two other people involved here. Elizabeth claimed that she wants to be with Lucky, so Steven advised his sister to be truthful with her fiancée. Steven then shared his own sob story of love gone wrong. Meanwhile, Lucky confronted Nikolas about his "infatuation" with Elizabeth and asked how they're supposed to resolve this. Nikolas said his brother should just move on with his plans to marry Liz and expressed his hope that Lucky someday forgives him. Sam was the unfortunate person to cross Lucky's path next, as Lucky made a comment about Jason choosing to save Sam over Lulu. Sam challenged Lucky to say who he would have saved if it had been Elizabeth and Lulu.
Lisa interrupted a conversation between Patrick and Robin to brag about her latest surgical triumph. When another patient needed a complicated surgery, Robin asked Lisa if she's sure she's up for another operation. Lisa confidently told her she can handle it, but Robin asked Patrick to look over the scans. Patrick accused his wife of overanalyzing. When Steven returned to the hospital and learned that Lisa was performing back-to-back surgeries, he stormed over to the OR. Patrick was miffed that Robin tattled on his pal, then stood up for Lisa when Steven confronted her.
Dominic visited Ronnie in the hospital and revealed that he found Franco's tag in one of the Tribeca crime-scene photos from years ago. He said he knows Ronnie tried to prevent Dominic from finding the real killer and covered for Franco. Ronnie admitted that he knew Franco long before that and Franco had helped him out of a jam once. He explained that before he was in the academy, he robbed a liquor store and Franco took the rap. Satisfied with the confession, Dominic left and met up with Lulu. He revealed how horrible he felt when he learned Lulu had been abducted and how lucky he feels that she's alive. Dominic then headed over to the Italian restaurant and caught Michael arguing with Kristina. He told Michael not to yell at a woman, but Michael claimed he doesn't take orders from one of his dad's employees. Meanwhile, an argument erupted between Sonny, Jason and Carly, and Sonny reminded them that what's important is making sure that Michael doesn't get fingered for Claudia's murder should that corpse found at the warehouse turn out to be hers.
Wednesday
Carly told Jason that he can't beat himself up over Franco escaping. She pointed out that he alerted Dominic who in turn saved Lulu, so everything turned out fine. Jason wasn't hearing any of it.
Dominic chided Michael for losing his temper. Michael didn't take the criticism kindly. Dom counseled him not to become like his father, and pointed out that even Sonny doesn't want Michael to follow in his footsteps. Michael refused to listen.
Still reeling from the belief that Nikolas has been pursing Elizabeth behind his back, an angry Lucky went off on Sam, but felt badly when he mentioned that she had no children. Lucky apologized and told Sam he's grateful that she's okay.
Nikolas went to see Elizabeth to tell her about Lucky's visit. He was furious that Lucky thinks his feelings for Liz are one-sided. He asked Liz to give Lucky up and try and have a future with him. Nik reminded Liz how Emily's lies to Zander destroyed him. Liz replied that she can't imagine her life without Lucky. She admitted she loved both brothers, but she was going to marry Lucky.
Johnny was angry that he couldn't get confirmation on whether the body found in the warehouse was his sister's. Jax entered and offered his condolences to Johnny. After Johnny left, Jax and Olivia discussed the implications of Dominic bringing down Sonny — and that Jax was aware of Dom's true identity. Jax then informed Liv that he planned to spend quality time with his family
and take them on a ski trip. Jax went home and assured Carly that everything was going to be okay. Jax announced the ski trip to the boys. Morgan was thrilled but Michael didn't want to go. Jax said they're a family and if he's not going, nobody was. Michael sheepishly agreed to go.
Maxie offered Lulu her most expensive purse to make amends for Franco kidnapping Lulu instead of her. Lulu refused to accept it. Maxie caught up with Spinelli and said she's sick of talking about Franco and said they needed a change of scenery.
At G.H., Patrick and Lisa made plans to head to Jake's for beers after work when Robin approached. Robin told her husband that he doesn't need to prove to himself that he's not "some boring married guy with a kid." Lisa watched as they started bickering, but the argument ended in a kiss. Later, Robin packed up Emma for a trip to London to visit Anna. Patrick bid his "two best girls" farewell and said he'd see them soon. Lisa watched then entire exchange.
Johnny caught up with Dominic at G.H. and called him "Detective Falconeri." Dom pulled him into the supply closet and asked what Johnny planned to do with that knowledge. Johnny said he doesn't care if Dominic brings down Sonny, he just wants justice for his sister.
At the PCPD, Lucky went off on Jason for his past behavior when it came to deceiving him about Jake's paternity. Jason apologized for the past and told Lucky he's grateful that Jake has a man of integrity like Lucky for a dad. Later, Lucky met with Lulu to make sure she was okay, then asked if Lulu knew that Nikolas was in love with Liz. Lulu was stunned but assured Lucky that Liz would never choose Nik over him.
Sam spray-painted over Franco's signature tag, just as Jason pulled up on his bike. Sam asked Jason to stop apologizing for Franco, then thanked him for choosing to save her life. "It wasn't a choice," he whispered back. They kissed, then went for a ride on his motorcycle.
After Dominic bumped into Johnny, Spinelli arrived with news: he confirmed for Johnny that the body found was Claudia's — and that she died from "blunt force trauma to the head."
Thursday
Michael and Carly were both clearly uncomfortable as the Jacks family arrived at a vacation spot that eerily resembled the cabin where he killed Claudia. Jax and the kids suited up for skiing, but Carly wanted to stay at the cabin and curl up with a book. Michael accused her of fearing the slopes, but Jax managed to get Carly into a pair of skis. After her virgin expedition, Carly was confident. When Michael later walked in with firewood and saw Carly sitting by the fireplace with Josslyn, the scene was all too familiar and he started to flash back to the crime.
Mac informed Sonny that the autopsy on Claudia's corpse came back and confirms that she was murdered. Sonny claimed this discovery gives him "comfort" and "closure." When Mac pointed out that Sonny didn't exactly love Claudia, Sonny said Mac doesn't know what went on in his marriage and even brought Mac's relationship with Felicia into it, hitting a nerve. Mac wondered if Sonny really wants Claudia's killer to be brought to justice.
Dominic confronted his mother about Johnny learning that he's an undercover cop. Shirtless Johnny walked in and said maybe that's because she trusts him. Johnny put a shirt on and continued to defend Dominic's mom. On his way out, Dom let Johnny know that even though he didn't like Claudia, he is committed to finding out who killed her. Dominic headed over to the hospital to discuss the case with Ronnie. Just as Dom was saying they'll get proof that Sonny killed his wife, Sonny began to open the door, then stayed hidden as they continued their conversation.
Steven confronted Nikolas about his involvement with Elizabeth, while Lulu gave Liz a hard time about messing with her brothers. Steven and Liz recovened and she admitted she doesn't know if she'll ever resolve her feelings for Nik. Steven advised her not to pursue a friendship with Nikolas.
Patrick bragged to Lisa about a spinal cord procedure he's going to perform later that day, but she opted not to scrub in because she was having new furniture delivered. When they went to check out her furniture, she ended up tripping and falling into his arms on the couch.
Kristina was looking forward to her movie date with Kiefer and was disappointed when he said his parents are out of town, so they're going to spend time alone at his place. When Kiefer put his hands on her during their argument, Ethan suddenly showed up and put the teen in a headlock. Kiefer told Ethan not to play referee, and Ethan told him to scram. Kristina was flattered when Ethan told her any guy would be lucky to have her. Ethan took her out for a soda at Kelly's and listened as she talked about things going sour between her and Kiefer.
Dominic stopped by Sonny's office and listened to Sonny's theories about Franco derailing the investigation into Claudia's murder. Sonny suggested the possibility that Franco's the one who killed her and urged Dom to have Ronnie tell the cops that Franco confessed to the deed the night he visited Ronnie at the hospital. Meanwhile, Mac found evidence linking Claudia's murder to the torched cabin in the woods.
Friday
Patrick and Lisa hung out at her place. He relaxed on her couch. As they joked around, she fell right into his lap. After, she thanked him for helping her move the couch and gently brushed his arm as she did so. He then asked to stay so they could watch some sports. She agreed and they had a good time drinking beer and watching TV. She invited him to join her on a road trip, but he turned her down. She found it hard to believe that Patrick was really happy with his life as a family man.
At the cabin on the ski trip, Carly sat with baby Josslyn and urged Michael to let her help him. Michael felt guilty that he messed up their vacation and wanted to go home. Carly said that they'd all go home, but Michael didn't want to ruin the trip for Morgan. Jax was surprised when he learned that Michael had left. Carly recalled how everyone used to think it was cute when a younger Michael would imitate Sonny. Jax assured her that Michael still has a chance at a normal life.
Sonny, Claudia and Dominic discussed Claudia's body showing up in a warehouse. Sonny suggested that they give the authorities Franco so they could be out of the picture. After Dom stepped out, Sonny told Jason that they need to do something about Franco. Jason didn't think it was smart to provoke Franco and suggested that they just let him stay gone. Sonny thought that they need to give the cops a killer so they won't find out about Michael. Jason didn't want to provoke Franco and blamed himself for the artist coming to town. He then shared that when he tried to kill Franco, he was completely calm. That said, framing him for a murder would just make Franco see it as a challenge.... Mac told Dominic that they were getting closer to getting an answer about Claudia's murderer and reported that they got a hair from the cabin floor. Dominic believed that they should talk to Michael about what had happened, thinking that the teen knows who the killer is. Dom felt for Michael should Sonny turn out to be the culprit and hated to think of what it would be like to have to betray his father.... Jason made some calls to see if Franco could be found. Meanwhile, he had Spinelli hack into the PCPD computer to see if there was any evidence ion Claudia's body that connected her to Michael. Jason filled him in on how Sonny wants to pin the murder on Franco and how he thinks it's too risky. Spinelli found a report that a human hair had been found in the cabin.... Michael went to see what he could find out about Claudia's autopsy. Sonny assured him that he wouldn't be caught.
Elizabeth and Steven discussed her feelings for Lucky and Nikolas. She admitted that she cares for both men, but her feelings for Nik took her by surprise. She didn't want Lucky or her kids to think that they come second and was determined to honor her commitment to Lucky. Steven warned that you can't control passion. Liz lamented that every time she and Lucky get close to what they want, she does something to sabotage it.... Lulu suggested that Nikolas leave, fearing that he'd just make things worse in Liz and Lucky's situation. He agreed and planned to go to Paris. "I'm a Cassadine; it's in my nature to take what I want," he shrugged. Lulu, believing that he hadn't slept with Liz, assured him that he was doing the honorable thing by heading out of town. Nik asked Lulu not to blame Liz or pass judgments.... Liz feared that if Lucky found out about Nikolas, it would destroy her family. Later, Lucky asked if they could talk about Nikolas. He reported that Nik said that falling in love with Liz was just something that "happened." Lucky lamented trusting his brother. Liz apologized and Lucky wondered why she was doing so. She replied that she doesn't want to cause a rift between the brothers. Lucky was puzzled when she defended Nikolas. She wished she'd handled things differently. Lucky suggested that they just focus on their lives and their dreams. Liz then got a call from Nik, who informed her that he's leaving town and won't be back.... Lulu told Lucky that Nik is going to Paris and feels guilty for what happened. She reminded an angry Lucky that Nikolas is still his brother, but he said that she can't fix things. She urged him to at least say good-bye.... Liz went to see Nikolas. He encouraged her to marry Lucky and have a nice life. Liz didn't think it was fair for him to have to leave, but he thought it was best for everyone. He asked her to come with him, but she turned him down. "I do love you," she said. As she turned to leave, he grabbed her hand ... and they began kissing passionately. Liz and Nikolas undressed each other and began to make love. Lucky, following Lulu's advice, arrived at Nik's and caught them in the act.
