GH Week of January 24, 2011
Monday
At Metro Court, Dante confronted Carly about her vendetta. Carly blurted out that she knew all about him covering up Aleksander's murder and the part he played in it. Carly replied that Dante would get what's coming to him and walked away.
Jason asked Michael if he wanted to talk about his Pentonville experience. Michael admitted that he was still having nightmares from his time in prison, and was thankful that he had Abby to talk to about his feelings. Jason realized that Abby was playing a vital part of Michael's recovery.
Molly met a stranger named Shawn who helped her through her Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Molly explained to Shawn that she believed she was bipolar and told him about the bus accident experience. Shawn admitted that he had mood swings, too. He mentioned he was an ex-Marine and suffered from PTSD. Shawn and Molly compared experiences. Then, Carly stumbled upon Molly and Shawn and was concerned. Shawn introduced himself and told Carly that Molly may want to be checked out for PTSD. Carly thanked him and then took Molly home. Alexis asked Molly if she was really fine, and was happy that Molly didn't think she was bipolar anymore. Molly explained what happened, and Alexis said they'd make an appointment with a therapist and find out what really ails her.
At Jake's, Robin and Terrell found they had a lot in common, while Patrick seethed with Matt over at the bar. Matt distracted Terrell during darts and asked Patrick to join. Matt then dragged Robin away. He pretended he needed advice about Maxie but Robin saw through him. She told Matt that she and Terrell were just friends. Meanwhile, Patrick reminded Terrell that Robin was still his wife. Matt and Terrell ducked out, and Robin pointed out that Patrick was jealous.
Lucky didn't understand why Siobhan protected her attacker and demanded to know what she was hiding. She threatened to "kick him in the clackers" but Lucky sensed Siobhan was still hiding something and pulled her into a kiss. "Tell me I'm wrong," he insisted. Siobhan stormed off. Lucky met up with Lulu, who was furious that he didn't tell her about Dante's past with Brenda.
Kelly told Sam that the womb reconstruction option didn't hold any promises as to whether or not she could have children. Sam then went home to Jason, who was deeply concerned about Michael.
Michael met with Kristina at the loft; she wanted to fix him up with her friend Chelsea. Michael barked at his sis to back off. Kristina gave Michael a hard time about being interested in a stripper. "Where's your common sense?" she asked. When Michael lost his temper, Kristina pointed out he was just like their father and left. Michael took his anger out on the punching bag and flashed back to Carter in prison. Dante entered and Michael grabbed Dante by the throat.
Jason bumped into Abby, who was being harassed by her ex, Brandon. Jason told Brandon to take a hike, then informed Abby that Michael missed her. Jason advised Abby to tell the truth to Michael, then Brandon returned with a gun.
Carly saw Shawn at the Metro Court bar and she thanked him again. Carly comped him for his room and restaurant bill. Shawn ominously warned Carly about trusting strangers.
Tuesday
At Jake's, Ethan joined Lucky and Lulu, and the three Spencer kids compared their romantic tribulations. Lulu sarcastically thanked her brothers for their encouragement and left. Moments later, Maxie arrived
looking for Lulu when she received a call from Luke, which raised
Lucky's suspicions. Maxie told Lucky that Luke was inquiring about
jewelry. The guys were wary of their father's real motives for sending
"costume" jewelry to Maxie. They deduced that Luke was fencing stolen
gems. Siobhan then returned to work and gave Lucky the cold shoulder.
Lucky told Siobhan that he knew she was keeping something from him.
"Try trusting me," he said. Siobhan stated that she was afraid someone
was going to die, and she didn't want it to be him.
Jason got the gun away from Brandon and, at Abby's insistence, spared
his life. After Brandon fled, Jason suggested that she talk to Michael.
Abby replied that Michael was better off without her. Jason advised
Abby to be honest with the teen.
Molly came clean with Alexis about her Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
attack. Molly said she was grateful for Shawn's counsel. Alexis assured
her daughter that she loved and supported her, no matter what.
At Metro Court, Carly chatted with Shawn, who nearly bumped into Theo
on his way out. Theo introduced himself to Carly and said he'd been
looking forward to meeting her. Theo then mentioned Dante and Brenda's
lawsuit and was surprised that Carly didn't defend either one of them.
Abby met with Michael. Before she could say anything, Michael professed
how much he cared for her. Abby came clean about lying to him about
being a prostitute. Michael retaliated by saying it was not her job to
keep him safe. "Let me go!" Abby insisted.
At her apartment, Lulu opened a tub of ice cream when there was a knock
at the door. It was Dante, dressed in a suit, requesting her presence
at the opera. Dante told Lulu that he loved her but she refused to
forgive him for lying to her. Lulu explained to Dante there could be no love
without trust. Dante insisted that Brenda was an infatuation, but
what he had with her was true love. Lulu started to cry and asked Dante
to leave.
At the penthouse, Sam opened up to Jason about her recent thoughts
about babies. Jason was sympathetic and they kissed. Michael arrived as
Sam headed out. Michael brought up the subject of prison, and "what
Carter did to me." Jason called Michael a fighter and told him not to
let Carter take his soul.
Theo met with Shawn and wanted to hire him as an investigator.... Carly met with Spinelli. He threatened to spill to Jason about Brenda's baby.
Wednesday
At the hospital, Olivia got a stubborn Dante to open up about his breakup with Lulu. Olivia advised Dante to give Lulu time. When Dante offered to
take his mother home, he was surprised that Steven had already volunteered. Dante started giving Steven the third degree, and
Olivia told her son that her private life was none of his business. Steven
got Olivia home and made her a grilled cheese sandwich. He also admitted to Olivia that he
liked her.
At their apartment, Maxie tried to push Lulu into going into the office but
Lulu chose to take the day off instead.
Theo hired Shawn, a mercenary, to do his bidding. Alexis and Diane entered,
and Theo introduced Shawn to them as the firm’s new investigator/security
advisor. Alexis recognized him and they discussed the incident with
Molly. Alexis thanked Shawn for his kindness in dealing with the
troubled girl. Diane then began to flirt with Shawn and Alexis dragged her
out of the room. Shawn told Theo it was time he got to work and left.
Jason told Sam about Spinelli’s book; Sam was intrigued. They then talked
about Michael and Abby. Spinelli rushed in and Jason headed out. Sam was
unaware she dropped a brochure about fertility treatments.
Tracy invited Brook Lynn to the Qs for lunch. Brook was naturally
suspicious. Tracy admitted that she wanted Brook to quit working for
Nikolas. Brook went off about how she thinks Elizabeth is using Nik, then
admitted to having feelings for the Cassadine heir. Later that day,
Elizabeth invited Nikolas to have dinner with her and Aidan, just before
Brook showed up and asked him to try a new sushi place. Liz told Nik to go
have dinner with Brook but Nikolas sheepishly replied that he already had
plans.
Elsewhere at G.H., Ethan was angry with Maya for “forgetting” to put the
deposit down on their new apartment. Ethan accused her of doing it
deliberately, as she didn't want to leave Edward. Shortly after, Ethan and
Maya went to see Edward and announced that Ethan would be moving into the
manse. Edward was thrilled.
When Robin discovered her garage door wouldn’t open, Patrick offered to fix
it but Robin said she’d handle it. When Robin couldn’t find a repairman,
Terrell offered to fix it, and Patrick grew cross. Lisa reminded Terrell
that he didn’t have handyman skills but Terrell replied that he had three
days to learn ‹ that is, until Robin asked if he could come over right away.
Shawn saw Johnny on the street and beat him up, warning him to stay away
from Sonny. Johnny coughed up blood and said he got the message. Afterward,
Lulu stumbled on the scene and offered Johnny assistance. When Lulu got him
home, Johnny opened the door to find Lisa inside, searching for the syringe.
Diane complained to Jason that Max was working overtime with Brenda and she
wasn’t getting to spend time with her man. Just then, Theo entered and
offered to join them. Jason replied that he only worked with Diane and Theo
replied, “Do you have a problem with me, Mr. Morgan?” Shawn returned and
Jason was suspicious of the new hire. Afterward, Jason headed home and
found Sam’s fertility pamphlet. Jason asked Sam if she wanted to have a
baby.
Thursday
At GH, Elizabeth told Nikolas she was glad he was coming to dinner but in the parking garage, Brook Lynn let the air out of a tire.... Spinelli caught
a distraught Michael outside and not dressed for the weather. Michael was
evasive and Spinelli grew concerned.
At the penthouse, Jason found Sam's fertility pamphlet; she assured him that
she was not interested in having kids. Jason said it needed to be her
decision. Sam insisted she was happy with the way things were between them.
Spinelli rushed in and told Jason that he was worried about Michael.
Lucky overheard Siobhan on a frantic call in his apartment and wanted to
know what was going on. She claimed she had a change of heart and wanted to
be his date for Brenda and Sonny's wedding. Lucky was skeptical.
Dante heard Theo speaking about his case with Shawn and demanded some
answers. Theo stated he'd hired Shawn to investigate, hence their
discussion. Dante then chastised Theo for divulging his secrets with Brenda
to Lulu. Theo wondered what else Dante was lying about. Theo then grilled
Dante about his cover up regarding Aleksander.
Lulu and an injured Johnny were stunned to find Lisa rooting through his
apartment. Lulu asked Lisa to take a look at Johnny but she claimed she had
to get back to work. Lulu was stunned that a doctor refused someone medical
attention and warned Johnny to watch himself around Lisa. They then
discussed their own break-ups.
Terrell showed up with his tools to fix Robin's garage door opener and tried
to cover his inexperience. As he worked on the electrical panel, Robin
noticed the lights blinking. Terrell returned, claiming the garage door was
Fixed, but when Robin went to use the remote, it turned on the blender and
the television. They both laughed.
At Liz's house, Nik put Aidan to sleep and she opened some wine. Liz shared
with Nik that she was reading the boys Greek mythology and suggested they
all take a trip to Greece together. Just then, Brook barged in, claiming she
had a flat tire. An irritated Liz left to pick up Cameron and Jake. Brook
then poured some wine and asked Nikolas to try that new sushi place she'd
mentioned earlier. Nik was dumfounded.
Lucky went to Spinelli to get the location of Brenda's wedding, which was
the Archer Pavilion. He returned to an emotional Siobhan. She relayed a
story about her sister Megan but said no more. When Siobhan asked Lucky
where the wedding was, he told her St. Timothy's church. Siobhan then said
she was going to run out for groceries to make them dinner and that would be
right back.
At G.H., Lisa told Patrick that he's been brusque ever since Robin met
Terrell. Later, Terrell returned and Patrick interrogated him. Patrick
advised Terrell not to promise what he can't deliver. Robin arrived and told
Terrell that the handyman he called got the problem fixed — for free — and
thanked him.
Jason went to see Michael and told him he needed to respect Abby's wishes.
Jason took Michael back to the loft, then went to the penthouse. Spinelli
informed him of Lucky's visit, then Spinelli found the fertility pamphlet.
He was convinced that Sam was pregnant.... Dante tricked Lulu into meeting
her.... Siobhan reported the wedding location to The Balkan.... Jason asked
Lucky who he was trying to protect.
Friday
Dante told Lulu he would be crazy to give up on her. Lulu replied that Maxie wants them back together. Dante smiled that there was still hope for them.
Brenda overheard Spinelli and Sam talking about babies and thought Sam might be pregnant. Sam insisted that she was not having children — ever. Spinelli assured Sam that she'd be a good mother. The subject matter, however, made Brenda uncomfortable.
The Balkan continued to press Siobhan for information — or else her sister would die. Siobhan reluctantly agreed to continue to be his stoolie.
Molly went to see Michael and told him about her recent ordeal with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. She explained how therapy had helped her, then suggested that Michael see a shrink to talk about what happened to him in prison. Molly offered to be his sounding board, then realized that was why he missed Abby so much. Molly encouraged Michael to pursue Abby, no matter what anybody thought. Michael went to walk Molly to the library and they ran into Abby. Molly told Abby that breaking up with Michael was a mistake. Unbeknownst to them, Abby's ex, Brandon, was watching the exchange. They then went their separate ways.
Jason quizzed Lucky about his interest in Sonny and Brenda's wedding. Lucky didn't give it up that he was suspicious of Siobhan. Jason then went to see Dante and informed him that Siobhan was a traitor who was working for The Balkan but Lucky was "too infatuated" to see it. Dante insisted they tell Lucky about Siobhan's treachery.
Jax returned home from a business trip in London to find Carly playing with Josslyn. Carly was hoping for an intimate reunion once Joss went to bed. When Jax gave his daughter her first music box, Carly kissed him. After they put Josslyn down, Carly told Jax that she had been freaking out about Brenda. She then bragged that she told Michael she'd do her best not to meddle in his life, and also mentioned Molly's troubles. She then encouraged Jax to call Alexis, while she went to run some errands.
Alexis burst into Theo's office looking for a file. Theo tried to quiz her about Dante and Lulu's relationship. Alexis almost uncovered his photo of Aleksander but Theo got it back in time. They briefly discussed the wrongful death suit, then Alexis had to run. Theo then invited Lulu to his office, where he apologized for spilling Dante's cover up. He then covertly tried to turn Lulu against Dante.
Alexis got together with Jax to catch up. Jax revealed that his trip to
London was on Brenda's behalf, to help Interpol catch The Balkan. Meanwhile, Carly went to see Spinelli and found Brenda. Carly gave Brenda a hard time and Brenda revealed that Jax went to London to help her. Carly silently fumed.... Abby went to work and Brandon attacked her and tried to rape her. Michael heard her screams in the distance. Michael saw Brandon hit Abby and flashed back to Carter attacking him at Pentonville.... Lucky confronted Siobhan on her deceit.
