At Crimson, Kate walked in just after Spinelli threw Maxie down on her desk and began kissing her. Kate ordered them both out. In the lobby, Maxie called Spinelli a genius and kissed him. Maxie assumed that he was creating a diversion so Kate wouldn't catch Maxie sneaking a look at the secret designs from yesterday's episode. Kate returned and demanded an explanation. Spinelli took full responsibility and Kate banned him from the office. After he skulked out, Maxie stood up for Spinelli with Kate, and made the fashionista see that she was too hard on the guy.

Sonny found Mike beaten up on the docks. "Who did this to you?" he demanded to know. Sonny then whisked Mike off to G.H.... At the coffeehouse, Jason warned Lulu to stay out of mob life, but she wouldn't listen. She barked back at Jason that he could have a family if he really wanted it.

At Wyndemere, Claudia told Johnny to back off from Nikolas, insisting that her life is her own business. She explained that Nikolas is a good friend who took care of her when she needed him. Johnny thanked Nik, but told him to stay away from her. Claudia told Johnny that they didn't sleep together, that Lulu jumped to the wrong conclusion and that, "My honor is still intact." She then asked Johnny to leave. Claudia informed Nikolas that Lulu was to blame for Johnny's outburst. Just then, Lulu burst in. Claudia advised Nik to keep Lulu in line and left. Afterward, Nik assured his buttinski sister that he's not in love with Claudia so she's got nothing to worry about.

After Jax gave Carly the charm bracelet, he said they could add one for every baby they have. Carly didn't think now was a good time to try getting pregnant again. "I'm just not ready," she sighed. She admitted that having a baby now would be like trying to replace Michael. Jax, of course, was sympathetic. They went to bed, where Jax managed to make Carly smile again. Then, they made love.

At G.H., Leyla complained to Nadine that her overbearing mother was trying to set her up, explaining that her mother thinks her daughter needs to be married off. Just then, Sonny arrived with Mike. Leyla took charge, then called Kate under Sonny's instructions. Meanwhile, Sonny went to see the loan shark responsible for Mike's beating. Sonny ordered the guy to leave town but the loan shark scoffed, saying that since he "retired," Sonny no longer has any power in P.C. The loan shark called in his goons and wanted payment for Mike's debt. He said he'd let Mike go for a day but, "Tomorrow, the interest goes up."

Sam went to G.H. and apologized to Elizabeth for her past actions. She contritely asked Liz to allow her to at least be in the same room with her kids when Lucky was visiting with them. Sam explained that she really cares for the boys. She suggested supervised visits or even wearing an ankle monitor. Liz apologized for being judgmental towards Sam but said she wasn't quite ready to do that yet, fearing it would confuse Cameron. The ladies hashed out their past and Sam admitted that she started seeing Lucky to irritate Liz but she has since fallen for him and hopes they have a future together. Liz said she'll always love Lucky and wants to see him happy. Then, Liz said, maybe they can work out a visit with the kids later in the summer. Sam was thrilled.

At G.H., Mike warned Kate that Sonny is now powerless and he feared that his son would eventually want to take that power back.

At the nurses' station, Nadine was thrilled when she received a message from Nikolas asking her to come to Wyndemere. Meanwhile, Leyla was upset that her date for the family wedding canceled, because that meant her mother would be shopping her out to any available bachelor in sight.

Claudia found Johnny in the Zacchara tool shed, which we learned was where they used to play together as kids. Claudia defended Nikolas to her brother, and then Lulu walked in just as Claudia told Johnny to dump her.

Spinelli went to Jason at the coffeehouse to "beg an audience." He then unloaded about the latest Maxie maneuver. Jason advised him not to attack women. An annoyed Sonny arrived, chewed out Spinelli and booted him from the office. Jason told Sonny that he was out of line. Jason also said he can't be doing that in his office. "Your office?" Sonny questioned. Sonny went ahead and told Jason he wanted the loan shark run out of town. "That's not your call anymore," Jason replied.

A gussied-up Nadine arrived at Wyndemere, where Alfred welcomed her back.... On her way to the wedding, Leyla saw a distraught Spinelli and asked if there was anything she could do to help.
