At Jason's penthouse, Leyla shared with Spinelli about the kind of men she's attracted to, noting that they must kind, compassionate, generous, sensitive. Spinelli rushed to take notes and wondered but Leyla encouraged him to just follow his heart. As if on cue, Jax showed up to offer the Jackyl a job at Metro Court. "As a bellhop?" Spinelli quipped. Jax laughed, then reminded Spin that the office is right below Crimson, which means he'll be right below Maxie. Spin squirmed at the notion.

At the clinic, Lulu tried to keep Johnny from getting so defensive about Nikolas' recent revelation that Claudia is kind of a bad seed. Johnny assured Nik he's not planning on hurting Lulu, despite his family's poor rep around town. Later, Johnny blasted Lulu for trashing Claudia, his flesh and blood, in front of his face. Later, Dr. Matt confirmed to Nik that the drugs they prescribed to the woman who passed out are fake. Nik told him to test all the drugs in his facility, determined to catch the guy who's making a fortune off of counterfeit drugs.

Continuing their chat from yesterday, Claudia's plea for Carly to help split up Lulu and Johnny turned more serious as Claudia revealed that Johnny's life is in danger, adding that Jerry threatened to kill her little bro due to his previous threat against Alexis and her kids. Claud asked Carly to talk to Jerry. Carly responded that she couldn't help because no one can reach through to Jerry. Claudia was touched by Carly's sympathetic attitude, noting how ironic it was that Carly understood her plight. After, Claudia crossed paths with Jerry, who coldy warned her that before her pop kills him, she should inform Anthony that she and Johnny are accessories in Michael's shooting, adding that if she doesn't then he will. Later, Claudia broke the news to Anthony, who blasted her for being so stupid and called is daughter a whore.

At the Crimson office, Diane was going over the terms of Kate's pre-nup with Sonny (and gushing over a gorgeous gown) when Alexis walked in, shocked by what she overheard. "How could you be so misguided?" she asked Kate and reminded her that Sonny's chronically unfaithful (that's an understatement!). Kate countered that that's precisely why she's having the papers drawn up. Diane said Kate was smart and she’ll make sure the media maven is fully protected when Sonny inevitably goes crawling back to Carly. Alexis shrugged in agreement. After, Diane paid Spinelli a visit and shared the news about his job offer, feeling guilty about considering leaving Jason's side to work for “the industry.” Diane pointed out that working for Jax would be like payback for him (you know, since Carly's obsessed with Jason) and advised Spin to steer clear of Jax altogether.

At home, Jax prepared to jet off for an event with Crimson. Carly surmised that Kate's just using Jax (and stealing his time away from them) to get back at her. Jax apologized and tried to explain that his business ties in the magazine are important, which means he must be around Kate (and going to events with her) whether Carly likes it or not. After Jax left, Darrin showed up for Jax's tickets and Carly lost her cool when he suggested that Kate and Jax were romantically involved and had kissed. After, Carly stormed over to Spinelli's requesting he dig up as much dirt as he could on Ms. Howard, spitting that she's had it with Kate. Meanwhile, Kate told Jax that Carly delights in creating turmoil in everyone’s lives, adding that Carly’s clearly jealous of her.

Back at Crimson, Logan barged in and professed his love for Lulu adding that he hates how she let Maxie ruin their romance. "You could've saved me," he spat and walked out in a huff. Later, Kate and Lulu rushed off. Maxie was alone in Kate's office when Logan returned, called her slut and grabbed her from behind. When Lulu later arrived at Johnny's penthouse, she went to the terrace (conveniently located right across from Kate's office window), she was horrified to see Logan attacking Maxie.... At the docks, Jerry saw Alexis, who admitted she's no to keen on being seen in public with him, despite their amazing sex romp. They flirt/fought and wound up in a steamy lip lock.... Johnny told Nikolas he doesn’t want Lulu to find out he had a hand in Michael’s shooting.
