GH Week of March 7, 2011
Monday
At Carly's home, Shawn arrived and said he had a lead on Theo. Carly asked why he came to her. "You're the only one I can trust," Shawn replied.
Michael told Jason he thought he'd be proud of helping out with the
shipment. Jason countered that Michael needs to consider what he wants in
the future, not just the present. Jason then revealed that he is Jake's
father and he can never have a family because of his dangerous lifestyle.
Jason urged Michael to choose his path wisely.
Dante and Sonny harassed The Balkan's henchman at the PCPD to get info out
of him regarding Brenda. Sonny vowed to make the henchman suffer if he
didn't speak up. Dante went to get some coffee. Mac showed up and
demanded to know what was going on. When Mac realized what was happening, he
agreed to look the other way. The henchman confessed the part he played in
getting Brenda out of the limo and into Theo's clutches, but didn't know
where she was taken.
Theo went to Suzanne and accused her of spiriting away Brenda. Suzanne
denied the accusation. In the woods, Brenda was captured by a minion and
dragged back to Theo's lair.
Abby brought coffee to Sam at the hospital. Abby wanted to know why Sam
looked sad. Sam admitted that she was down because she and Jason will never
have a child together.
Upon his return from Ireland, Lucky caught up with Luke and quizzed his dad
about the limo bombing. "I'm going on nothing," Lucky sighed. Lucky then
confided in Luke about Siobhan's visa problems. Luke warned his son not to
try and hoodwink the feds. Lucky brought up the topic of a green card
marriage. When Luke expressed concern, Lucky asked about Luke's first
wedding to Tracy. "Point taken," Luke shot back. Just then, Siobhan arrived.
Luke excused himself and Siobhan revealed that she needs to be out of the
states by the end of March.
Michael met with Abby at Kelly's and admitted he was frustrated with Jason's
attitude. Abby countered by saying she didn't get the latest job she applied
for. Michael offered to help Abby land a job but she refused. Michael said
he understood her need to be independent and they kissed. Abby invited
Michael back to her apartment.
Jason visited Sam at G.H. Sam said she wouldn't change a thing about her
life with him. Just then, Carly called and asked Jason to come to the house,
stating Shawn had some information to share. When Jason arrived, Shawn said
he checked out The Balkan's records and had some potential leads on Theo's
location. Jason headed out and Carly replaced Shawn's bandage.
In his lair, Theo continued to quiz Brenda. "Your life depends on you being
truthful," he hissed. Theo demanded to know the location of his grandson....
At the PCPD, Lulu surprised Dante with some chili from Kelly's. Dante
admitted that Michael located Brenda's kidnapper and he was in police
custody. Dante added that he's concerned about Michael. Dante then realized
that Theo thinks his grandson is alive, and that's why he kidnapped
Brenda.... Sonny and Jason compared notes. Sonny vowed to tear Port Charles
apart until he found Brenda. "He wants a war, I'll give him one," Sonny
spat.
Tuesday
Sonny told Jason that The Balkan grabbed Brenda, in part, to get under his skin.
Dante and Lulu wondered if Brenda’s baby could still be alive. Dante called Suzanne in to question her. Dante shared his theory that the baby could still be alive with Suzanne. She recounted her version of what happened in Africa and Dante noted that it sounded like it was a cover story, as Brenda had repeated the exact same details. Dante asked Suzanne if she could be covering something up.
At The Balkan’s lair, Brenda insisted to Theo that her baby had died, and
noted that Aleksander was truly a chip off the old block from his arrogant
and controlling papa. Brenda then warned Theo that Sonny would save her, and
he’d be a dead man. Theo vowed to drive Sonny insane. After Theo left,
Brenda tried to convince the butler to help her. Theo eavesdropped on the
exchange, then interrupted and asked the butler if he had anything to
confess.
Michael graciously declined Abby’s invitation back to her place. Abby
acknowledged that she was inappropriate for Michael. “The problem isn't you,
it’s me,” he insisted. Michael told Abby that he wanted to be with her but
he was still “a mess inside” after what happened at Pentonville. “I’m not
afraid of you, Michael,” Abby replied. “My soul feels free with you.” Just
Then, Carly entered Kelly’s and asked what the couple was up to that night.
Abby excused herself and Carly stated she was just trying to be supportive.
Michael worried if that was more detrimental then when Carly despised Abby.
After, Michael confessed his part in landing Brenda’s kidnapper. She was
infuriated that he’d risked his parole.
At G.H., Elizabeth told Nikolas that Brook Lynn had been making her and
Aiden feel unwelcome at Wyndemere. Liz told Nik that Brook was taking
advantage of him; he did not take her two cents very well. Nikolas returned
home to find Brook rehearsing a speech to him. Nik wanted to know what was
going on. Brook admitted she wanted to jump his bones. Nik walked over and
planted a passionate kiss on Brook. They quickly got hot and heavy on the
floor in front of the fire.
Lucky left messages for Alexis and Agent Bates to commence with his plan to
help Siobhan stay in the U.S. He was certain she could get some kind of
protective status. He then went to tell Liz about Siobhan’s precarious
status. He also mentioned the possibility of a green card marriage. Liz
warned Lucky to try and stop saving damsels in distress. “You could lose
your badge over someone you barely know,” she stressed. Lucky said he’d do
what he needed to do to keep Siobhan in the country.
Carly went to Sonny to talk about Michael. Sonny lamented that he had no
control regarding the loved ones in his life. Carly assured Sonny that he
would find Brenda, and that he deserved to be happy.... Jason visited Sam,
who shared that she was being released from G.H. He climbed into her
hospital bed and they watched a romantic movie and kissed.... Lucky went
home and asked Siobhan to marry him, while Liz mailed off the samples for
Aiden’s DNA test.
Wednesday
Dante went to Sonny with his theory that The Balkan grabbed Brenda because he believed her baby was still alive.
Theo suspected Jules the butler was keeping something from him. Brenda entered and Theo interrogated her about her relationship with Suzanne. When Theo left, Jules agreed to help Brenda.
Jason was perturbed to hear Spinelli reading Sam an excerpt from his book, which featured him in it. After Jason calmed down, he was pleased to hear Sam was being released from the hospital. Jason took Sam back to the penthouse and asked if she needed anything. Sam told Jason she needed a kiss.
Jax returned home with Josslyn and was shocked to find Shawn in his living room with Carly. Jax had Joss sent back to Metro Court and said that from now on, their daughter would be staying with him. They argued and Jax left. Carly lamented to Shawn that her marriage was over.
Siobhan told Lucky a green card marriage was not the solution to their problems. Just then, Alexis arrived and said she had news about Siobhan's situation — and the news was not good. Lucky mentioned the green card marriage scenario to Alexis. Alexis tried to dissuade them, but agreed it could work. Luke entered, claiming to have a solution to Siobhan's woes. Luke had fake documents drawn up. Alexis warned Siobhan that if she was caught using those docs, she'd be deported for sure. Siobhan weighed her options and agreed to marry Lucky.
Olivia and Johnny literally bumped into each other at the hospital. It was awkward between the ex-lovers. Steven interrupted the exchange and Johnny took off. Johnny watched Steven and Olivia head out to lunch. Johnny grabbed Lisa and took her out, as well. Maxie watched Johnny leave so she called upon Matt to help her search Johnny's penthouse. Matt reluctantly went along with Maxie's scheme — and surprised her with his ability to pick a lock. At Metro Court, Johnny took Lisa to lunch, where she saw Olivia and Steven — and she refused to be part of his plan to make Liv jealous. After Olivia spotted them, Johnny took Lisa back to his place. A snooping Maxie and Matt were able to hide, but had to listen as Johnny and Lisa had sex nearby on the couch.
At Metro Court, Jax met with Diane to have his custody agreement
changed. Just then, Sonny showed up and warned Jax to stay out of his way regarding Brenda.... Dante went to Jason and said he thought Suzanne knew more about Brenda's baby than she was saying. Jason advised Dante to look into it, and Spinelli returned saying he had news.... Theo summoned Suzanne to the lair, and she still insisted there was no child. Theo quizzed Suzanne on her itinerary with Brenda to see if the answers matched.... Jules went to Metro Court and informed Sonny that he could take him to Brenda.... Spinelli showed Jason Theo and Suzanne's wedding picture. Just then, Suzanne arrived. Jason demanded to know where Brenda was being held.
Thursday
At the penthouse, Jason confronted Suzanne about her true identity. “You
really are thorough,” she noted.... At Metro Court, Jules the butler
spilled to Sonny about Brenda’s whereabouts.... At the PCPD, Dante and
Lulu also discussed Suzanne’s involvement with Brenda.... Back at the
penthouse, Spinelli discovered that nothing existed on Suzanne prior to
1985, and that she actually wed Theo in 1976. Suzanne admitted that she
manipulated her way into getting close to Brenda once Aleksander
disappeared. Jason demanded to know where Brenda was. Just then, Sonny
busted in and Spinelli introduced Mr. Sir to Mrs. Balkan. Sonny was
furious but Suzanne insisted that she didn’t want any harm to come to
Brenda and offered to take them to the lair.... Dante then hightailed
it to Jason’s and insisted on accompanying his father in rescuing
Brenda.... At the cave, Theo told Brenda he believed his grandson was
alive; Brenda countered that she was not lying about her baby’s fate.
Having his fill of what he deemed her lies, Theo had Brenda injected
with a neurotoxin.
At Johnny’s penthouse, Lisa and Johnny discussed the incriminating
syringe, and then headed upstairs for shower after their couch tryst.
Maxie led Matt out and upon acknowledging the syringe news, she gave
Matt a passionate kiss. Maxie and Matt ran to Patrick and Robin and
reported they heard Lisa and Johnny discuss the syringe during sex.
“You think they’re still there?” Robin wondered. Back at the penthouse,
Lisa reminisced about her life prior to coming to Port Charles. He
tried to dissuade her interest in Patrick, to no avail. They left
to check out the stars, and Robin and Patrick were waiting in the hall
to break into the penthouse. Robin — using her Scorpio spy skills — picked the lock and they entered.
During their search, Patrick apologized again for his infidelity.
Johnny and Lisa returned, and Johnny pulled a gun on the intruders. He
chuckled that for the first time, the law was on their side now.
Back at G.H., Maxie told Matt she was grateful to have him in her life;
Matt declared that he was wrong when he originally assumed she was
lying about the syringe to protect Robin. She was stunned that he apologized.
At Kelly’s, Kristina recalled her conversation with Ethan about
annulling his marriage. Ethan entered Kelly’s and the two friends
chatted about Brenda and the wedding. Just then, Maya entered and
smiled, “Should I be jealous?” They made a couple of jokes, then Ethan
told Maya he was feeling neglected due to her work, and confessed that
Edward was driving him crazy. “Can we find our own place?” he
whimpered. Maya expressed concern for Edward. Then, Krissy interrupted
and said her neighbor had a guest house for rent. Ethan and Maya were
thrilled.
Suzanne arrived at the lair and told Theo they needed to evacuate.
She was crushed to see Theo had poisoned Brenda. Theo glared at his
wife and muttered, “I deserve more.” Outside the cave, Sonny told Jason
and Dante he was tired of waiting and was going in. Back inside, Theo
grabbed Suzanne to use her as a shield. As Jason and Dante pulled their
guns on Theo, Sonny reached Brenda.
Friday
Patrick and Robin confronted Johnny and Lisa and asked why Johnny was protecting Lisa. Johnny defended Lisa and kicked them out of his apartment. "Self righteous bastard," Johnny muttered to himself after they left. Lisa was impressed and asked if he's trying to save her to make up for not being able to save Claudia. Johnny denied being her savior.
Maxie complained to Matt about Lisa, noting, "That nut makes me look normal." Ha! Matt acknowledged that Patrick isn't the first man who's cheated. Maxie was wary about being in love after seeing what Robin was going through, but Matt still thought that being in love was worth the risk. Maxie replied that she still knows a good thing when she sees one and kissed him. Aww. Later, they went back to her place and talked about their past loves. Matt then told Maxie how sexy she is and they kissed.
Dante and Jason held Theo and Suzanne at gunpoint, but Theo wasn't fazed. Meanwhile, Sonny carried an ill Brenda out of The Balkan's lair and ordered the others to shoot Theo. Theo announced that Brenda had been injected with a toxin. Sonny threatened to take him down. "You will not go easy," Sonny warned. "Neither will Brenda," Theo retorted. Sonny ordered Jason and Dante to let Theo go so they could get Brenda help. He promised her that she'd be okay.
At Kelly's, Michael asked if he could still come to Abby's place. She was thrilled and offered to cook pasta for him. He accepted. Kristina glared at them as they made their plans. She then apologized for fighting with her brother. Michael suggested that she give Abby a chance, but Krissy wasn't ready to; she explained that she was being protective. "What do you see in this woman?" Krissy asked. Michael replied that he cares about her and nothing is going to change it. Kristina wouldn't accept this and reminded him that Abby might be a prostitute. Michael stormed out.
Carly met up with Jax at Metro Court. Jax reported that Josslyn had a fever and Carly demanded to take her home. Jax refused, noting that he didn't want their daughter to be in danger. Carly warned him not to take her daughter from her. Jax replied that she could see Josslyn as much as she wants, as long as its on his turf. However, he threatened to take Carly to court, if necessary. After, she joined Luke at the bar and filled her uncle in on her problems with Jax. Luke offered to help — for a price — and listed Carly's past misdeeds. She was not amused. Luke became serious and advised her to nip the problem in the bud before it goes to court and suggested she use "leverage." Carly didn't want to blackmail Jax or hurt him in any way. Luke promised to come up with a suitable idea. After, Carly told Luke about Shawn being at her place and insisted it was innocent.
Krissy informed Carly that Michael is with Abby, but Carly replied that Abby's been good for him. Kristina shared that they're more than just friends — and that Michael was planning to sleep with Abby.... Michael went to Abby's place and she told him that he's amazing. "I saw your light," she stated. "I saw yours, too," he replied. "You're my safe place," she added and they kissed passionately.
Back at the hospital, Robin and Patrick began to have an honest talk about their marriage falling apart, but were interrupted by Brenda's arrival.... Jason and Dante argued over what to do next, with Jason wanting to kill him and Dante wanting to arrest him.... Brenda was wheeled into the trauma unit where Robin and Patrick tended to her. Sonny explained how she'd be injected with a neurotoxin and encouraged Brenda to hang on. Patrick took Sonny aside and admitted that they couldn't find the cure. Sonny returned to Brenda and spoke to her, trying to keep her alive.... Patrick and Robin struggled to get the cure.... A shootout ensued by The Balkan's lair.
