Monday

In L.A., just as Tracy was about to get into a cab, Scott pulled up and Luke and Laura locked eyes. Scott drove off, prompting Luke to commandeer the cab and take off after them in hot pursuit. In the hotel lobby, the cabbie threatened to sue. Nikolas, Lucky and Lulu entered and were shocked to see Tracy there. The gullible cabbie wouldn't believe that Luke wasn't C.I.A. In the car, Scott told Laura there was no way he'd let Luke steal her away again. Laura asked Scott to pull over but he refused. Laura said she
wondered if this was really about him loving her or his need to beat Luke. Luke called Baldwin's cell but Scott refused to let Laura speak to him. Scott was furious that he couldn't shake off Luke, while the kids were mad at Tracy for not calling them. Later, Scott's effort to shake Luke resulted in a car crash.

At G.H., Robin was screaming as she went into labor, knowing the baby's umbilical cord was wrapped around its neck. Robin ordered them to do whatever was best for the baby. In the hall, Anna sat with Mac and regretted the mistakes she made with Robin. Mac was comforting to her. "That's my baby in there too, she tearfully acknowledged. Spinelli showed up with coffee, which no one drank. Kelly arrived to say that the baby was in distress. Anna
rushed in to be by Robin's side. "Mom, I'm scared," uttered Robin. Anna gave her daughter words of strength, which gave her comfort. Robin made Patrick promise that he'll save the baby first, no matter what happens to her. Anna filled in Mac and Maxie and admitted that she was scared. Leyla then brought Anna Robin's things. Anna went through Robin's something old, something
blue. Meanwhile, Maxie chewed out Matt for hanging around and not doing anything. Matt peeked in on Robin. As Kelly agreed to perform an emergency C-section, Matt returned and tried to keep Maxie calm. Kelly delivered the baby but Robin was petrified when the baby didn't cry.

In an alley, Sam nearly attacked Jason, mistaking him for Jerry, Just then, a dumpster exploded. Jason carried Sam to safety, then located a piece of the detonator. The duo escaped before the police arrived. Back at the penthouse, Sam explained everything about her Karpov investigation while she cleaned up her cuts. Jason warned her to be careful. Just then, Jerry showed up to talk about Sam.

At the bottom of the harbor, Sonny's life flashed before his eyes. Just then, Carly jumped into the water and wrestled his leg out of the chains. She then pulled him to the surface. On land, Carly gave Sonny CPR and saved him. "Thank God," she uttered when he called her name. Carly took him home to her house to recuperate in private. Sonny begged her to let him stay so Karpov would think he was dead. As Carly patched up Sonny's wound, he was angry to learn that she'd also been snooping around Karpov. Sonny thanked
her and asked her to go. Carly refused.

At the hotel, Lucky tried using his badge to get into Scott's room but was stopped by a hotel detective.... Scott's car was perched precariously on the edge of a cliff. As Luke tried to rescue Laura, the car rocked back and forth. Laura screamed.

Tuesday

In the OR, Robin was thrilled when she heard her baby girl cry after getting the emergency C-section. Kelly happily announced to the family the arrival of the baby. They immediately rushed in to see mother and child. Patrick was overjoyed to hold his daughter but noticed a small knick on her ear and worried about the possibility of HIV. Back in the waiting area, Mac and Anna
rationalized that the baby was going to be fine. Spinelli kept Maxie calm as she discussed all her plans for her “niece.” Patrick reassured Robin their daughter would be fine and he couldn't be happier. Epiphany brought the baby in and raved she'd won over the entire hospital. Robin was fearful of passing on HIV but Patrick told Emma how strong her mommy was. Anna stopped
in to hold the baby and offered her daughter some sage advice about motherhood. Mac and Maxie came in next and got acquainted with Emma. In the lobby, Spinelli offered an emotional Anna solace. Afterward, Spinelli got to meet the baby was honored when Robin named him an honorary uncle. Kelly entered and announced Emma showed no signs of HIV. A moment of relief ensued, and then Robin passed out.

At the penthouse, Sam eavesdropped on Jerry's conversation with Jason. Jerry warned Jason not to get involved with Sam's capers but Jason replied that he believed Jerry was working with Karpov and he wouldn't trust a thing Mr. Craig said. Jerry nodded and left. Sam emerged and told Jason she thinks Karpov arranged the ambush but believed Jerry was in way too deep. Sam told Jason that even though Lucky's out of town, she plans on continuing her
investigation. Sam returned home to find her apartment ransacked. Just as Jason called, Jerry grabbed her from behind.

Upon hearing a dog bark, Carly hid Sonny and was surprised to find Jax at her door. He admitted he was thinking of her; she was touched. Sonny was uncomfortable listening to Carly telling Jax how much she loved him. Carly said she didn't want the divorce but Jax pointed out there's one thing standing between them: Sonny. Carly said there was no choice to make, that Sonny's a part of her life but Jax is her life. Jax asked her to return to Metro Court but Carly said she needed time alone. Jax said okay and they made plans for the following evening. After he left, Carly was angry that
she was stuck at home playing nursemaid to Sonny. Sonny thanked her and said she should go off and find Jax but Carly refused to leave him alone in his weakened condition.

In L.A., on the edge of a bluff, Luke scrambled to pull Laura from Scott's teetering car. Laura asked Luke to pull Scott out, then come for her, as her seat belt was stuck. Luke complied but when he went back into the car for Laura, it toppled over the cliff.

In the L.A. hotel, Nikolas asked a maid to let him into Scott's room. The maid wasn't buying but Lulu showed up in disguise with a key card and got them in. Nik found a copy of Luke and Tracy's marriage certificate in Scott's bag. Lulu feared what Laura's reaction would be once she learned of the bombshell. Just then, Lucky arrived with a hotel detective, who was not pleased to see Nik and Lulu in someone else's room. The cops were called but they cut Lulu a break because Lucky was a cop. However, they weren't so kind to Nikolas and threatened him with deportation.

At the bottom of the ravine, Luke woke up and shook Laura. She didn't respond immediately but eventually came to. Both emerged uninjured but Luke's leg was pinned. Laura used a tree branch to get Luke free. Once out of the car, he told Laura she looked beautiful; Laura slapped him and asked how he could marry her in 2006 if he was already married to Tracy.

Wednesday

In her living room, Carly reminded Sonny that he has her to thank for saving him from a watery grave. She also managed to get in a few slams against Kate. However, Carly couldn't figure out how she always ends up getting stuck with Sonny. "How do you always manage to ruin my life?" she asked. Carly called a mob doctor who gave Sonny some antibiotics. Carly made Sonny some soup and insisted he eat it. She then gave Sonny a sponge bath. "It's cold!" he huffed. Sonny then mentioned, "This is a hell of a way to spend
your birthday." The pair reminisced about Michael. They locked hands, just as Jax spotted them through the window.

At Sam's apartment, Jerry said he'd give Jason 10 minutes to show up and if Sam gave him up, Jason was a dead man. Jason arrived and wanted to know what was wrong. With Jerry threatening to shoot Jason from behind the door, Sam lied and pretended she didn't want anything to do with him. Jason believed her and left. Jerry congratulated Sam on a wonderful performance. Jerry grabbed Sam and stuck her with a hypodermic needle. As the drug kicked in, Sam dropped something on the floor to leave behind as a clue. Jerry then picked up Sam and carried her out. At the penthouse, Jason saw a spot of blood and realized Sam was bleeding. He returned to find her place empty, but spotted what she'd dropped, the piece of the detonator. Later, Jerry took Sam to a freighter and told her that this voyage would be her last.

In L.A., Lulu's attempts to make Nikolas's situation better only made things worse. The cops wouldn't budge. They said they reported Nik to the INS and he'd be jailed and eventually deported. In the hotel lobby, Tracy demanded to know where her car was so she could leave when Scott entered with the police. They informed Tracy that Luke and Laura were in a car that went over a cliff. A furious Tracy blamed Scott, saying "You did this!" The cops let
Nikolas go (although he needs to report to the INS in PC) and the kids learned the fate of their parents. Lulu created a scene but Nikolas managed to calm her down. Nik said he'd hire a search party once it was light.

Patrick performed chest compressions on Robin after she passed out. Matt and Kelly were able to revive her heart but Robin didn't regain consciousness. Matt informed the family that Robin was bleeding internally and if they can't get her blood to clot, she'll die. The family took turns sitting with her. Maxie was first and begged Robin to get better, for Emma's sake. In maternity, Patrick told Emma how special she was, expressed his fears about being a dad and wondered aloud that he didn't think he could pull off
parenthood with Robin. Matt listened in on the conversation. Patrick saw him and confessed that he's scared about losing Robin. Matt was there for his brother and told him that since he's always the best at whatever he does, he'll find a way to be the best father he can be. Anna then sat with her daughter while Spinelli was a sounding board for Mac. Patrick went to Robin's side and insisted she get better.

Thursday

Luke begged Laura to let him in. She reminded him that she was no longer his wife, that that "dubious honor" now belonged to Tracy. He tried to explain himself through the window, and then had a coughing spasm. Laura came outside to aid him and was distraught to hear of his three previous heart attacks. Luke, who'd been faking, ran inside, infuriating Laura. When things calmed down, Luke and Laura had a frank discussion of the circumstances that led to his marriage to Tracy. She said that she understood but was upset that he hadn't been honest with her. Luke told Laura that he understood, and that as lame an excuse as it was, he'd lied because he hadn't wanted to hurt her. Laura told Luke that they had a tough choice to make: Since he was married, and she was awake for an unpredictable length of time, should they be spending time together?

Carly flashed back to previous passion with Sonny. When he woke up, she congratulated him on making it through the night and he thanked her for her help (with some prodding from her). As she played nurse, he requested his pants. She made a strong case against him trying to go anywhere. Before long, Sonny, too, began thinking back to his limo sex with Carly. Sonny questioned Carly about the status of her relationship with Jax; she wasn't in the mood to discuss it. Sonny noted to Carly that perhaps Karpov was
telling the truth and hadn't shot Kate. Sonny refused to hear Carly when she worried about his health.

Sam woke up to find Jerry standing over her. He intimated that he was going to kill her that day. Once left alone, Sam, who was chained to a metal bed frame, tried to figure out a way to escape, but Jerry quickly returned. Sam tried to make the case that instead of killing her, he should make her his ally. She also tried to play on his feelings for Alexis as a reason for him to spare her life. Jerry left again, then returned and caught Sam trying to escape. He handcuffed her to a chair. Jerry showed Sam the plastic explosives and promised her that she would go out with a bang.

Maxie was moved by the book Spinelli made and she was relieved for his companionship. Jason arrived and was happy to hear that the baby was healthy. Maxie broke the bad news about Robin's blood disorder.... Patrick sat vigil by an unconscious Robin. He left so that Jason could visit with Robin. Jason delivered a heartfelt speech to Robin expressing his grief over her condition. Anna showed up and assured Jason that Robin would survive. Anna fussed over an unconscious Robin, telling her what a smart choice she'd made in Patrick. Patrick wheeled in Emma and asked Anna to help with her granddaughter. Anna had every confidence in Patrick's caretaking abilities. As he fed a bottle to his little girl, Robin opened her eyes. A thrilled Patrick told Emma that her mom was awake.

Jason consulted with Spinelli about Sam's disappearing act. Jason and Spinelli interviewed Sam's landlady, who confirmed that she had left with Jerry.

Nikolas, Lucky and Lulu got word that Luke and Laura were missing from the site of their car accident. Tracy said that she would kill Luke were he not already dead. She was sure the car accident was a set-up by Luke and Laura. Lucky and Nikolas went off with the rescue team to try to track down the missing Spencers; Lulu stayed behind with Tracy. Tracy admitted to Lulu that she didn't know what she was going to do now that Laura was back.

Friday

At her house, Carly changed Sonny's bandages and they argued about how they always seem to end up with each other during a crisis. Sonny decided that he had enough and got dressed. They talked about Michael; Carly refused to believe that his life was over. Sonny advised her to go back to Jax and he was going to take care of Karpov. Carly told Sonny that he was too weak to leave just yet. Sonny argued that he's gotta do what he's gotta do. He
admitted he doesn't think Karpov shot Kate but after the attack on his life, Karpov's got to pay. Carly knew she couldn't stop him and Sonny hobbled out.

At Metro Court, Jax made a call and said he wanted his divorce finalized as soon as possible. Jason arrived to question Jax about Jerry. Jax told Jason that whatever was going on, leave him out of it. "I don't think your hearing me," Jason huffed. Jax insisted he wants no part of any of Jason's, Jerry's or Carly's messes. "Clean it up yourself," he snapped.

On the freighter, Jerry prepared his explosives. "Put on your party face," he smiled to Sam. "You're going to have a blast." Sam appeared frightened that Jerry was planning to kill them both. When he said he'd do it then and there, Sam screamed, "No!" Jerry laughed and said he was only making it appear that he'd be dead, as he wanted to get out from Karpov's thumb. She was not going to be as lucky.

Having found nearby shelter, Laura demanded an answer as to why he married someone else. Luke said that he wasn't trying to replace her and he never could. Laura said if enough time had passed between them and they should move on, she could do that. "You mean it?" Luke asked. Laura understood Luke's dilemma of loving someone who wasn't there. At the cabin, Luke found a blanket and alluded to "The Walls of Jericho" from back in the day. Luke
then brought up the trauma of Rick's death and took the blame. Laura said it wasn't his fault but he asked, if not his, then whose was it? Laura said that she needs some answers and asked Luke if he loved Tracy. Luke explained how he and Tracy grew close and how much he needed her during his heart trouble last year. Laura was glad Luke was happy and admitted that now that she's awake, she wants her life back. Laura then pointed out that Scotty was the one who told her the truth, and that he's not the villain. She then went back into the cabin. Luke came inside and called her his angel. Laura said she was never an angel but he argued that to him, she was. They looked into each other's eyes and kissed.

At G.H., Olivia visited Kate with an edible gift. Kate was thrilled she'd be released soon, then admitted she used to peek at her cousin's diary and Olivia countered that she only wrote things in there to get Kate's goat. Claudia showed up and told Kate that while she doesn't expect Sonny to be faithful during their marriage, she won't have him sleeping with Kate. Kate refused to believe that Sonny would stoop so low as to marry Claudia for power. Olivia told Claudia to get out or she'd get a fist through her teeth. Claudia smiled, then left. Olivia said they deserved each other. Afterward,
Olivia found Claudia's cell phone and decided to make a call.

During the search, Tracy and Lulu bantered back and forth about who would end up being with Luke. Tracy assured Lulu that Luke would return to her, even if she wasn't so sure herself. Tracy then needed a martini and headed back to civilization. Lulu filled Lucky and Nikolas in on their conversation and Lulu wondered if Tracy might be right. Back at the hotel, Scott offered Tracy a drink. Tracy was furious at the way Scott handled the whole matter.
Scott suggested they sit back and let destiny take its course.

Spinelli arrived at the coffeehouse to help Jason find Sam. Jason was at a loss as to why Sam was so useful to Jerry.... As Carly set out to search for Sonny, Jax served Carly with their divorce papers.... At the docks. Olivia met with Karpov and asked why he shot Kate. Karpov denied it and Olivia begged him to leave town before someone ended up dead. Just then, Sonny appeared. He ordered Olivia to leave and pulled a gun on Karpov. As Olivia watched from down the alley, Sonny shot and killed Karpov.
