GH Week of October 22, 2007
Monday
Trevor and Ric met with Jason. Ric wanted to press charges against Jason,
but
Trevor said that would be a waste of time. Jason refused to incriminate
Zacchara to Ric.
Sonny was floored to bear witness to Zacchara's dangerous insanity when the
man ranted and raved at him, then calmly steered the conversation to the
subject of gardening. Back in Port Charles, Sonny reported to Jason that
Zacchara is insane. Sonny explained that Trevor is clearly the mastermind of
Zacchara's organization — hence their true enemy.... After Sonny left,
Trevor entered and saw the warm (at least on Zacchara's end) reunion between
Zacchara and Johnny. Trevor warned Johnny that when Zacchara is upset,
people tend to die.... Sonny dispatched his men to bring Trevor to him. Once
Trevor was before him, Sonny called him out on being the brains behind
Zacchara's operation. Sonny made it clear that he wouldn't take Trevor's
threats lightly.... Unbeknownst to Johnny, Zacchara heard mention of Lulu's
name.
Lucky was surprised when Robin approached him about siring her child. He
respectfully declined on the grounds that he could never not be a part of
his baby's life.... Patrick tried to get Liz to help him stop Lucky from
fathering a child with Robin, but Liz noted that she has no say over what
Lucky does anymore. Liz observed that Patrick isn't over Robin.... Robin
told Liz that Lucky wouldn't be fathering her baby.
Logan visited Carly and expressed worry about a missing Lulu. Carly blew up
at Logan for getting rough with her and warned him that she didn't want him
anywhere near Lulu. Logan tried to plead his case with Carly but she was
unsympathetic. Johnny, meanwhile, pushed Lulu away in the hopes of keeping
her safe and she bolted from the cabin. Once back in P.C., Lulu sat down for
a heart-to-heart with Carly, who was disapproving when Lulu detailed her
reasons for giving Logan a second chance. Lulu also filled Carly in on her
encounter with Johnny. Carly told Lulu about Logan having accosted her. Lulu
met up with Logan on the docks and she was stunned when he announced, "I
don't think we're going to work, after all."
Kate and Jax conversed about their respective love lives. Jax opened up
about his desire for a child. Kate recommended that Jax give Carly
time.
Jason came to see Carly and forced her to take it seriously that Trevor is a
threat.
Tuesday
Lulu was puzzled about Logan's sudden decision to break things off and asked
if someone put him up to it. He admitted that he cares for her, but branded
himself "a lousy bet," pointing out that her whole family wants her to steer
clear of him. Despite her protests, Logan stuck to his guns. He gave her
tickets to a concert he'd planned on taking her to and then walked away,
leaving her alone on the docks.
Johnny returned to the compound; an angry Zacchara nosed around about his
son's whereabouts. When Johnny said he'd taken a drive by the river,
Zacchara flipped out at him about leaving the house.
Shortly after she came back home from a location shoot, Sam received a visit
from Lucky, who came bearing a large bouquet. He made himself comfortable
and recounted his divorce/custody drama. Then the duo engaged in some
smooching.... In the meantime, Jason was at Carly's house to warn her about
Zacchara. He was annoyed by her mouthing off about Elizabeth. Carly
acknowledged that she's overprotective of him and could be more tactful. He
was astonished at what sounded like an apology.... Back at Sam's place, a
post-coital conversation was interrupted when Lucky got a message regarding
an explosion at Pier 22. When Sam was alone, Jerry came by to pressure Sam
into seducing Trevor. She ordered him to leave. Jerry asked if Lucky had
left because of the explosion on the pier, which made Sam suspicious. Jerry
issued a not-so-veiled threat about Lucky's safety and left.
At Sonny's house, Trevor warned Sonny not to take Zacchara lightly, but
Corinthos dismissed the mobster as a nut job. Their heated discussion was
interrupted by Kate's arrival. Trevor launched into a diatribe against Sonny
before exiting. Once they were alone, Sonny told Kate that Trevor doesn't
just represent Zacchara, "he's running the whole damn show." Kate wasn't
convinced that he'd risk his position in society to run a mob empire. Talk
turned to Sonny's bipolar disorder, Kate made it clear that she knows about
it and is accepting. Corinthos opened up about his past struggles. She noted
that the condition is a chemical imbalance, which he can't help any more
than "having brown eyes or dimples." Sonny shared his fear hat he could turn
into a mad man like Zacchara.
Lulu dropped by Carly's place and reported that Logan had broken up with
her. Carly warned her cousin that Logan is playing her. After hotly
defending Logan, Lulu stomped out.
Jason received word of the explosion and told Spinelli that it is one of
their enterprise's main warehouses. Carly barged in and Spinelli's ears
pricked up when she mentioned that Logan ditched Lulu. While Carly and
Spinelli hounded Jason about getting Logan out of the picture, Lucky arrived
with fellow officers to talk about the explosion.... At Zacchara's compound,
he got Lulu's name from one of his minions, then ordered him to go find out
everything he can on Ms. Spencer. In the meantime, Lulu invited Logan to go
to the concert with her.
Wednesday
Lucky vented his nervousness to Nikolas about going before a judge
regarding the custody arbitration. Nik advised his brother to stop posturing
and be nice.
At the hospital, Robin went to treat a new patient and saw herself lying on
a gurney (echoing the freaky final moment of GH: NIGHT SHIFT for all those
viewers without SOAPnet.) A moment later, she realized it was another woman.
Epiphany realized Robin was spooked. Robin sought out Kelly and said she was
having flashes of her own death. Kelly suspected it could be a side effect
of the fertility drugs she'd been prescribed.
At Metro Court, Sam met Alexis for lunch. Sam stated that Amelia left
EVERYDAY HEROES halfway through the location shoot. Sam was then thrilled to
hear her mother had custody of Molly again. Alexis hinted that Sam may want
to stay away from Lucky until the custody issue is settled.
Carly ran to Jax with the news that Sonny met with Zacchara, that he's
insane and Trevor is the one pulling the strings. Carly was frantic about
the Zacchara threat and the fact that Jax was so calm. jax said he could
handle Trevor.
At the nurse's station, Epiphany was irked when when she heard an orderly
singing a soulful version of “When the Saints Go Marching In."Later, even
though the orderly completed all his chores with a smile on his face and
complimented Epiphany, she still wasn't having any of it.
Jason told Lulu that he wasn't going to tell her who to date, but she'd
better stay away from Johnny. Irritated, Lulu moved out of the penthouse.
Lulu returned to the Q mansion and refused to give up her whereabouts to her
dad and stepmonster. Luke demanded to know if she was with Johnny. Lulu
conceded and told Luke what happened with her and Johnny and their visit to
Casa Zacchara. Tracy fretted which beau was worse: Logan or Johnny. “At
least I know my way around a mob war," sighed Luke.
At the arbitration, things went smoothly until Alexis stated that Lucky felt
Elizabeth was a danger to their child. When the lawyers volleyed back and
forth about each of their client's bad behavior, Liz and Lucky felt horrible
until Liz finally said, "Enough!" Lucky agreed to end the arbitration. Liz
conceded she wanted primary custody but Lucky could see the boys whenever he
wanted. The attorney's disagreed with the motion but Lucky and Liz
disregarded their opinions. Later that day, Lucky apologized to Liz. She
said she wished they could be friends. Lucky assured her they'll always be
friends.
At Wyndemere, Nikolas was frustrated that his test results have yet to show
why he's having his rage episodes.... Sam stormed into Carly's demanding to
see Jax. When Carly said he wasn't home, she stated she'd wait. The women
traded barbs and Sam left.
Robin showed up at the penthouse — not to see Jason. She had a
question for
Spinelli. Both guys were surprised. Robin said it was okay if Jason stayed.
Robin then asked Spinelli if he'd consider being her sperm donor. Jason's
eyes opened wider than the Grand Canyon while Spinelli was ecstatic about
the possibility.
Skye met with Ric at Metro Court and informed her that he may be able to
release some of Alcazar's assets.... Carly caught up with Jax at Metro Court
and wanted to know what Sam wanted. Just then, Sam showed up but he shooed
her away. She called him henpecked and left. Carly wondered if it had to do
with Jerry.... Back at the Q's, Alan showed up to advise Tracy to avoid Luke
if he gets into a mob war. Luke theorized that if they can get rid of Scott,
they can get rid of Logan. Tracy agreed to help.
Emily and Nikolas hand delivered Lulu's invitation to the Ball. She stated
that Nik was making an endowment to the hospital in Alan's name. Lulu asked
is he could bring a date. Nik said yes. Lulu replied, “Only if you promise
not to kill him."
Spinelli went to G.H. to have Kelly explain the "donation" procedure. He
returned to the penthouse and told Robin that he'd do it. Jason was
speechless.
Thursday
At the penthouse, Lulu was stunned to overhear the news that Spinelli
consented to father Robin's baby. "This is uncomfortable," she noted. "Good
luck." After Lulu left, Jason pointed out to Spinelli how hard it is to
father a child and then stay out of the baby's life. Jason said he wouldn't
wish his dilemma with Jake on anyone. At Metro Court, Carly
confronted Trevor. She informed him it was time to leave town, then split.
Luke arrived and introduced himself to Trevor. He mentioned that if Zacchara
wants to do business in P.C., he'd need the dock property owned by Alcazar.
Luke offered to facilitate a deal for the property, leaving Trevor
intrigued. Luke met with Skye and pitched her about selling off the piers.
Skye acknowledged that owning that property has made her a very popular
girl. Sonny summoned Ric to his office to talk about Trevor. He
informed his brother that Trevor was running the Zacchara organization. Ric,
of course, didn't believe him. Sonny said he'd met with Anthony and the Z
man is insane. Sonny warned Ric that if Trevor loses control of Zacchara,
they're all in for a bloodbath. Ric started to come around and Sonny advised
Ric to bust Trevor. Kate arrived and Ric blurted out Sonny's theory about
Trevor being the real mob boss. Ric remained skeptical. "Maybe he's bipolar,
too," Ric spat to Sonny about Zacchara. Kate was unaware of Sonny's health
issue. "He's trying to scare you away from me,"Sonny noted about Ric. "Is it
working?" Sonny assured her that he's much more mentally healthy than his
warped brother. Kate smiled that she sees Ric for who he truly is —
and the same goes for Sonny. Then, Sonny kissed Kate. Kate asked Sonny to
accompany her to the Ball. Sonny agreed, but had to cancel due to a business
meeting conflict. At the hospital, Patrick overheard Robin and
Kelly discussing her impending insemination procedure. He was stunned that
she found someone to father her baby. Leyla told Patrick he looked,
"shell-shocked." Leyla reminded a nosy Patrick that this was none of his
business. "Spinelli, what was she thinking?" he huffed.
Lulu went to Carly's and informed her of her decision to stay with Logan.
Carly admitted that she thinks Logan is a bad match for her cuz, then wanted
some answers about her involvement with Johnny Zacchara. Lulu vowed there
is nothing between her and Johnny. At Crimson Pointe, Anthony had an episode
but vowed to his son that he'd never let a woman hurt him the way he'd been
hurt in the past. Later, Lulu met Johnny to give him back his mother's
necklace which he'd given her. Johnny warned her to stay away from him,
unaware that Anthony was watching from the shadows. Emily delivered
a Ball invitation to Jason. She said she'd understand if he skipped the gala
and reminded him that Liz is single again.... Nadine showed up at the
hospital for her first day of work and assured Epiphany that she's not like
her murderous sister, Jolene. Sam went to the hospital, where she bumped
into Liz and the two argued about Lucky. Nikolas stepped in between the
women. Sam was upset by her cousin's lack of support. Spinelli put
out a desperate call to Jason asking him to come to G.H. Once, there,
Spinelli confessed he couldn't "live up to" the task and asked Jason to
pinch hit for him.... Trevor put out a hit on Sonny.... At Wyndemere, Sam
told Nik she was upset by their exchange. Suddenly, Nik got enraged and
appeared to push Sam over a balcony.
Friday
Trevor ordered a hit on Sonny for when he attends his meeting in Puerto
Rico. Trevor then went to Sonny's, where Kate suspected that Trevor was
nervous about something. After Trevor left, Sonny promised Kate that he'd be
back from his meeting in time to take her to the Ball. They kissed.
At G.H., Robin arrived as Spinelli asked Jason to replace him in the
insemination process. Jason asked to speak to Robin alone. Robin admitted
that Jason was first on her list, but she knew he'd never be able to have a
child and not be with it. At the nurse's station, Spinelli filled in the
nurses on Robin and Jason's history. Patrick overheard and lashed out at
Spinelli. Epiphany arrived on the scene, put the nurses back to work,
dismissed Spinelli and gave Patrick the file that he "wasn't" looking for.
At Wyndemere, Nikolas snapped out of his rage episode just in time to
prevent himself from hurling Sam off the balcony. Nik confessed that he
doesn't know what's wrong with him. Sam stated that she's very concerned and
questioned why he was going through with the Ball. He said he wanted to make
a special night for Emily. Just then, Em came out and Sam left. Em realized
that Nik had another episode and comforted him.
Carly received a text that said, “See you at the Ball." She sent a text
back, then Jax entered and she hid the phone. Carly mentioned the ball
invitation and was upset when Jax said he had meetings overseas and they
couldn't go. Jax pointed out that with the way Nikolas has been acting, they
wouldn't go even if he didn't have a previous engagement. Carly was not
happy and told Jax that she'd be going without him. Jax forbid her to go and
stormed out.
After Johnny ordered Lulu to leave Crimson Pointe, she threw the necklace at
him and split. An angry Anthony watched from the shadows. Inside, Anthony
demanded to know who the blonde girl was. Johnny lied about her name and
said it was just some girl he dated and broke up with.
At the penthouse, Spinelli apologized for calling Jason to fill in for him.
Jason cut Spinelli off when he started going into detail about why he
couldn't perform. At the hospital, Patrick asked Robin what would have
happened if Jason said yes. She replied that she knew he wouldn't. Patrick
told Robin he's crazy jealous and promised to stay out of her personal life.
Lulu returned to the penthouse and Jason flipped out when she mentioned she
was at Crimson Pointe. He stressed that if anything had happened to her, it
could trigger a mob war.... Jax met with Kate about her new magazine idea
but he was clearly distracted. He mentioned his trouble with Carly.
At Carly's, Sonny told her about his trip. When she didn't question him,
Sonny realized that Carly was up to something and warned her, whatever it
was, drop it. Later, Diane arrived at Carly's. They traded barbs, then Carly
asked the attorney what the difference was between self-defense and murder —
hypothetically speaking. Diane advised Carly to bring Jason into whatever
she's planning. Carly then slipped that something would be going down at the
Ball. Diane strongly advised Carly to reconsider her plans. Jax returned
home and demanded to know what Diane was doing in their home.
Sonny arrived in Puerto Rico. Just as he walked to his car, it exploded....
Anthony Zacchara disappeared from his home.... Trevor got the call:
"Corinthos is dead.""
