At the PCPD, Kate was fearful when Sonny received a text message from
Leticia's killer. Then, Trevor entered and informed Sonny that Jason has met
with Johnny Zacchara and he ordered Morgan to lay off the troubled youth.
Sonny denied having any involvement between Jason and Johnny.
At Wyndemere, Nikolas's argument with Alexis about Jerry Jax quickly
escalated and he ended up throwing a glass at the wall. Alfred entered and
attempted to diffuse the situation. Nikolas then proceeded to act like it
was just business as usual, leaving Alexis stunned and perplexed. Nik then
denied he was ever even angry. Emily arrived, and Alexis asked her to find
out what's wrong with Nikolas. He then apologized "if" he lost his temper.
Alexis left in a huff. As Em questioned Nik, he started to lose his cool.
In the barn, Elizabeth was hurt that Jason was just getting around to
telling her that both Sam and Amelia are aware of Jake's paternity. It got
worse when she learned that Sonny, Diane, Lulu and Spinelli know as well.
He also informed her that Sam was the one who hired the two goons who
menaced her in the park.
Jerry showed up on the island and caught Jax and Carly by surprise. He
offered them his protection against Zacchara. Jax punched him out instead.
Carly allowed Jerry to stay on the island but both she and Jax refused his
offer of protection. After Jerry left, Carly told Jax she wants to return to
Port Charles and she trusts him to take care of her and the boys.
Lucky was relieved to meet up with Lulu at Jason's penthouse and find out
she's all right. He offered to have her move in with him but she said that
was okay, she'll stay with Jason. He said no way but she insisted that it's
the safest place for her. Lucky was disappointed but couldn't argue when she
said she didn't want to get caught in the middle between him and Elizabeth.
At the hospital, Epiphany was furious with Robin's anti-social behavior
because she broke up with Patrick. Later, Robin confessed to Liz that she's
not handling the breakup very well. Liz confided in Robin that she still
harbors feelings for Jason. Robin said she understood, but the danger
hovering abound his life is not going away.
Trevor made a call about Jason and Johnny's earlier encounter, while Ric
eavesdropped. When Ric said he knew all about his father's connection to
Zacchara, Trevor told his son that asking the wrong questions could get him
killed.
Edward and Tracy arrived at the penthouse and demanded that Lulu move back
into the mansion but she refused. Tracy barked that she'd never let Lulu
become, "Another mob moll." Edward decided that he should give Lulu a taste
of her own medicine and let her live the "gansta" life. Spinelli was then
summoned to the police station by Sonny. There, he told Spinelli and Diane
about the text message from the killer and ordered "The Jackal" to find the
source of the text.
At home, Lucky told Liz that that their marriage was over and he took off
his wedding ring.... Lulu got a text message from Johnny Zacchara.
Tuesday
At the penthouse, Lulu responded to Johnny's text message. She didn't give
away her location but did ask if he was all right.
Logan phoned Lulu and asked for the chance to explain his actions to her in
person; she hung up on him. After Maxie told Logan he got what he deserved,
Coop stood up for his ex-girlfriend. As Coop and Logan exchanged words, Lulu
walked in, realized how seedy the whole scenario was and took off. Logan
chased after her and apologized. She still wasn't interested in what he had
to say.
At Wyndemere, Nik started losing his temper with Emily, but managed to
convince her that his anger was more frustration with Lulu's current
situation. She knew his concern was genuine but saw through his story and
wanted to know what was eating at him.
At the Spencer house, Lucky asked Elizabeth for a divorce. The two began a
dialog and they apologized for hurting each other but realized it was better
to stop trying than to continue to inflict pain on each other.
Jax vowed he'd protect his family once they arrived back in Port Charles.
Carly, the boys and two new guards returned home, only to find Jason waiting
for them. Carly told the guards that it was okay, but Jason shot back that
if they're going to stay in town, they need to stay at Sonny's for their own
protection. Carly refused.
Liz was surprised when Diane showed up at her doorstep offering her aid in
Liz's upcoming divorce. Diane stated that since she's on a "comfortable"
retainer from Sonny and Jason, consider her at Liz's disposal.
Lucky went to Wyndemere and broke the divorce news to his brother and Emily.
Em left and after Lucky gave a heartfelt speech, Nik returned it with a hug.
Diane visited Carly and suggested she acknowledge Sonny's wishes to move
under his roof. Carly asked Diane to explain her side of the situation to
Sonny. Diane then slipped about Liz and Lucky's divorce.
Trevor threatened Ric to stay out of his business but then got a phone call
and had to leave. Skye showed up at Ric's asking for help in retrieving
Alcazar's frozen assets. He commented that she must be pretty desperate. He
said he'd help but she should have been more cooperative during Jason's
murder trial.
At the penthouse, Jason advised Spinelli that just because Lulu is living at
the penthouse, it doesn't mean she's interested in "The Jackal." Spinelli
took off and caught up with Lulu and Logan. After she dismissed Logan,
Spinelli made himself available to comfort his beloved "Blonde One."
Jax called Trevor to the house and told him to tell Zacchara to back off
from his family. Trevor said Jax was in no position to be making threats.
Jax countered by saying he'd sick the IRS onto Zacchara and the mob boss
would end up being indicted for tax evasion.
Emily returned to Nikolas, where they expressed remorse for Lucky and Liz
but counted their blessings that they were able to salvage their own love.
Lucky returned home, where he was surprised to hear that Diane was taking
Liz's case.
Wednesday
At the penthouse, Jason mistook the breakfast Spinelli prepared for Lulu as
his. Morgan then asked his sidekick how the text tracing was going but
Spinelli only had eyes for "The Blonde One." Then, Lulu overheard Spinelli
mention that Sonny was getting text messages from the killer. Jason said
she's welcome to stay but Lulu can never ask questions about his business.
Jason then chastised Spinelli for putting her in danger like that.
Spinelli's investigation determined that the text messages came from Mike's
cell phone. (He said somebody was piggybacking by hacking into Mike's cell
phone.) Jason took off to tell Sonny the news and Lulu got another text from
Johnny. Spinelli was horrified that she was conversing with "The Demented
Denizen of Darkness." Lulu swore Spinelli to secrecy by threatening to
leave.
He reluctantly complied but Lulu realized that she was putting Spinelli in a
bad position and came clean. Jason called Lulu on manipulating Spinelli and
ordered "The Jackal" to run a trace on Johnny's phone.
Elizabeth returned to the Spencer house to collect some of the boys'
belongings. Lucky noted he was moving awfully fast on their divorce
proceedings. Liz said she'd only take what she brought into the marriage and
Lucky could see the boys whenever he wanted. Lucky was surprised when Liz
stated she didn't want child support. Then, they both sat Cameron down and
tactfully told them about the divorce. "Just because mommy and daddy don't
live together doesn't mean they don't want to take care of each other," said
Lucky.
At Wyndemere, Emily caught Nikolas being short-tempered again. Nik was
hoping they'd go sailing but Em informed him she volunteered to help Liz
move. Em showered Nik with kisses and promised they'd spend time together
later. After she left, Nikolas asked Alfred if she suspected anything. Jerry
interrupted and Nikolas gave him a vicious beating. Alexis interrupted the
fracas and told Jerry to go. Alfred stuck up for Nik but Alexis saw through
the charade. Alexis asked Nik why he's become so abusive but Nik claimed
he's just protecting his family. He said he was insulted by her defending a
psycho like Jerry and accused her of being more Cassadine than she realizes.
Alexis said the same thing about Nik. Later, Nikolas ordered Alfred to tell
him the truth about his outbursts.
Carly was worried about her decision to bring the boys home but was thrilled
when she heard of Jax's plan to nab Zacchara on tax evasion should he make a
move. The duo returned to Metro Court, where Carly wanted Trevor booted from
the hotel. Jax advised her against it, though.
With Kate's court case coming up, Diane forbid Sonny to attend the
proceedings. In court, Sonny showed up anyway but promised not to stick
around. He said he just needed a moment with Kate and told her that she was
not alone. Sonny then called Ric a lap dog to his father for prosecuting an
innocent woman. Sonny split and Kate told off Trevor for holding a grudge.
The judge entered and Kate's hearing began. Kate complied with Diane's
instruction to be humble and plead for mercy. The judge called it "too
little and too late" and stated just because she was a public figure, she'd
get no preferential treatment.
Jerry was furious to learn that Jax and Carly returned with the boys.
Likewise was Sonny, who pulled them out of school and had them sent to his
home for their protection. Carly was irked at that, and that Diane was
defending Kate at Sonny's request.
At the Spencer house, Liz and Emily confided in each other about their men
problems. Em offered Liz money from her trust fund but Liz graciously
declined. Later, as Liz finished packing, Lucky returned and asked her not
to go.
Thursday
When Carly argued with Sonny over keeping the boys at his place for their
protection, she chided him for disrupting her family life. Sonny suggested she and Jax move in, too, but Carly rightly pointed out how emasculating that would be for Jax.
At Kate's hearing, the judge was tired of the preferential treatment
accorded to celebrities. Kate feared the worst, but the judge sentenced her
to six months of community at General Hospital and ordered her to wear an ankle monitor. Ric was shocked; Diane objected. Diane offered a decidedly amusing argument against the ankle monitor and how detrimental it would be to a fashion maven like Kate, but the judge wouldn’t budge. When offered a
choice of the monitor or six months' incarceration, Kate choose the former.
Afterward, Trevor wondered aloud how Kate got such a lenient sentence
(despite Diane’s objections and her plans to appeal the monitor). Trevor
then belittled Ric for his inability to win a case.
A worried Nikolas sought out Robin at the hospital. He asked her to see if
there was still any of the poison in his system that Jerry injected him with months ago. Perhaps that was the reason for his unexplained rage, he
wondered to himself.
At the penthouse, Jason told Spinelli that perhaps Lulu shouldn’t be staying
with them. Spinelli wouldn’t hear of it. Sonny arrived, kicked Spinelli out
and asked Jason to convince Carly to accept his protection.
Lucky offered the Spencer house to Elizabeth and the kids but she refused
it. "This will be the loneliest place in the world," Lucky lamented. Emily entered and asked if Liz was ready to go. Liz and Lucky had a tearful good-bye but vowed to make life work for their boys. A saddened Lucky watched her leave from the porch. Nikolas stopped by to console his brother. Lucky relayed that while he was sad his marriage was over, he felt strangely free.
Georgie met Spinelli at the coffeehouse. She was dismayed to find out that Lulu had moved in with him and Jason. While he was happy to help her research destinations for her European excursion, she quickly tired of all the Lulu talk and was frustrated that the doofus couldn’t pick up on her interest in him.
Jerry went to Carly's, where he said that while Jax's plan to sick the IRS
on Zacchara was clever, it was only temporary. Carly was visibly concerned. After he left Jason showed up, but Carly was more interested in knowing whether or not Liz was “staking out her claim.” Jason was furious and ordered her to never talk disparagingly about Elizabeth in his presence.
A joyous Kate returned to Sonny’s and announced that she wasn’t going to
prison. She showed off her new "fashion accessory" and was ready to get her life back on track. When she left, Jerry arrived, and viewers discovered that Sonny and Jerry worked together to get Kate her light sentence. Apparently they learned that the judge had covered up his own niece's drunk driving action and brought that fact to his attention. Afterward, Trevor showed up and told Sonny that he’ll pay for his actions.
Kate arrived at GH to start her community service and asked Epiphany for something “acceptable.” Epiphany laughed and laughed.... Lucky showed up at Sam’s door asking if the hot tub was available. Suddenly, a towel was tossed into Lucky’s face.
Friday
Diane handed Lucky his divorce papers at the police station. When he ran
into Alexis, Lucky informed her that his marriage is over and asked her to
look over the documents. She told him the visitation rights he's been
offered weren't good enough and said she was taking over as his attorney.
At Metro Court, Nikolas attacked Logan until Scott broke up the fight. The
bloody guy told Scott he's not giving up on Lulu just because her family
members hate him. He said he didn't realize how much he cared for Lulu until
after he made the bet with Maxie.
Eizabeth and Emily checked out a great new place for Liz and her kids to
move into. Liz was excited to "start over" in the house.
Sonny lovingly teased Kate about wearing flat shoes. She had a positive
attitude about the restrictions the judge put on her because it's better
than
being locked up. Sonny informed her that Trevor showed up yesterday and
warned that he's not going to stop until Kate loses everything. Kate arrived
at the hospital for her community service and scoffed when Epiphany told her
she had to clean. Epiphany barked that Kate was "dismissive and rude" while
there as a patient — and that she was being nice.
Sonny ordered Diane to get rid of Trevor. When she said she wouldn't commit
murder, he said he just meant for her to take him down through the courts.
She pointed out that she's an attorney, not a short order cook who can whip
up and dish Sonny desired.
Alexis bumped into Trevor and said she and her daughters are hiding out from
his client.
Spinelli made Lulu breakfast and Carly stormed in. "We have to have a talk
about bad boys and how you stay away from them," she said to Lulu. Carly
ordered Spinelli to leave, then she listened to Lulu talk about her
relationship with Logan and how she's upset that she trusted him. She
informed Carly about her hitchhiking incident with Johnny. Carly faked a
cough so her cousin would leave the room to fetch her water and she could
get ahold of the girl's cell phone. Carly then arrived at the Metro Court
and yelled at Logan. "You will never hurt my cousin again," she said. Scott
stepped in and Carly pointed out that when Luke finds out Scott's son caused
his daughter so much pain, the Spencer/Baldwin feud will be in full-force.
Georgie stopped by to see Lulu and apologized for Maxie and Logan's bet.
"Now you can see Logan as the miserable pig he is," noted Georgie. Spinelli
arrived and an embarrassed Georgie split. He asked if Carly set Lulu
straight on bad boys but it was clear she still cared for Logan.
Alexis interrupted Sonny's meeting with Diane, where she relayed the news
that Trevor commented that no matter what happens, Kristina is safe. "Why
the hell would you trust Trevor Lansing?" Sonny wondered aloud. Then, the
attorneys started arguing about Liz and Lucky's divorce, until Sonny had to
pull the lawyers off each other.
At Wyndemere, Alfred informed Nikolas that the hotel called and he relayed
the story of the fight. Nikolas informed Alfred that he had no recollection
of the incident. Meanwhile, Emily was wondering why Nik was late for their
date.
At the hospital, Lucky informed Liz that Alexis was now handling the
divorce. "What if that doesn't work for me?"she asked.... Lulu quizzed
Spinelli on whose phone he was trying to hack into but he clammed up. Logan
showed up and asked Lulu if they could figure out how to get past all this,
because he's not over her and she's not over him.... Carly sent Johnny a
text message pretending to be Lulu.... Trevor told Kate that she violated
the morals clause in her contract with Couture. "You're fired," he smiled to
her dismay.
