OK, first off, I hope it's not sad that I'm still posting to a show that has been gone almost a year now... 
There's a commercial for Chase Sapphire credit cards and I swear that it's Beth Chamberlain in them! The hair color is darker (although the commercial is black and white), but the voice sounds exactly like Beth! Anyone else seen them???
Also, I love Liz Keifer in the Snapple commercial! Even though she's featured only a few secs, she is funny!

I just was perusing around and saw your post. I just happened to be FF'ing thru commercials when I looked up and could not believe it, but there was KelleyMenighan-Hensley from ATWT in a gogurt commercial! I admit, I was surprised, but I guess, why not? She looked great.
