Okay, so I was completely planning on boycotting the 2008 Daytime Emmy's due to Kirsten Storms' lack of a nomination (amongst others), but those plans were quickly nixed the second I found out she was going to be there and presenting with Jason Cook (EEEE!) and Bradford Anderson.

Not only will I be watching, but I want to be at the Kodak on June 20th to take pictures as they walk the red carpet. Only problem is that I've lived in Los Angeles my entire life, but I've never done anything like this. How do I go about doing this? Can I just show up on the day of and stand on the sidelines/bleachers (are there bleachers???) or do I need to purchase a special ticket to do that?

Your help will be greatly appreciated!

I'm pretty sure you do NOT need tickets to watch the red carpet arrivals from behind the barricades. I think you just show up early and hope to get a good spot.
