Not for me. I like David - well I did until Pratt took him to the cartoon villain level. But Greenlee is a total waste of time in my book. This entire storyline is based on the idea that Greenlee is upset that Ryan moved on...in spite of the fact she made a video that we just saw recently where she told him to move on. I mean I am the last person to defend Ryan but he believed that she was dead, along with everyone else. Its not like he cheated on her or anything.So for me, this does not make Greenlee worth watching. It makes her look ridiculous.. to be acting like a two year old and not looking at anyone else's point of view except her own.

Great post. Greenlee is a waste of airtime. She hasn't grown or matured one iota since coming on the show. The only time she was tolerable was when she was with Leo and that is largely because of the irrepressible Josh Duhamel.The storyline is illogical and stupid. Because Greenlee hasn't grown there really isn't anything other than vindictive [censored] for her. She's tiresome. She wants revenge on people for going on with their lives and feels they must pay.When does she pay for kidnapping Spike and causing his deafness? Kidnapping and maiming a child and causing an early birth that endangered a child's life far outweighs what Ryan and Erica are doing. She and Annie are one and the same, vindicative, mean and unlikable self entilted characters that need to pay for their crimes. The writing still does not reflect what AMC used to be about. HD and the move to LA hasn't improved the stupid!

I'm loving this storyline so far, I think it's brilliant. Both actor's look like they are having so much fun, the chemistry is so there between them..I like it. This wedding next week should be good TV.I also loved the David\Erica scenes on Friday's show. DiMitri and Edmund were mentioned....that stabbing was mentioned. Perfect! David and Erica were actually acting like adults, and I saw a shimmer of the real AMC in their scenes yesterday. AMC is really improving, IMO.

Kathy, Cararn, ITA....GL is just not a likable character... Nor is she interesting...Add Ryass to that mix...I love & love to hate David...VI is above this crap and it's sad to see VI & SL wasted on propping Frons pets...GL moaning & whining about people moving on, taking pot shots at Kendall & Zach isn't endearing her to anyone...We fans remember that GL terrorized a pregnant Kendall, kidnapped her son, almsot killed both her kids, stalked her, & got the worlds biggest free pass....We fans remember GL salivating all over Zach even before she knew about the 5MS......Pole dancing anyone...So to have GL say anything about the woman whose children she almost murdered, whose husband she was trying desperately to seduce for attention makes me want the character gone...IMHO, niether GL, Ryass, Annie or Fake Liza do anything for the show..Save David....... Save Erica..... Save VI & SL and get them out of this mess....They shouldn't have to prop/pimp Frons pets....because Frons pets are one of the biggest problems with AMC...

I have a different problem with this storyline. Putting aside Greenlee's unlikabilitly and the lack of logic with the story, I have a problem with the lack of sexual chemistry or heat coming from David and Greenlee. I've now watched a few episodes where Zach and Kendall were still on AMC in Dec./Jan., and some (not all) scenes from two recent episodes where David and Greenlee plotted together (and I confess that the only reason I watched them was because of Zach and Kendall references), and I don't see any romantic or passionate chemistry from VI and RB, and I have seen VI have chemistry with alot of actresses, but RB isn't one of them.AMC has given them a very intimate relationship to start off with: there's friendship, trust and concern on both sides. Then they gave them situations where he watches her sleep, or physically grabs her, and I don't feel anything other than a protective guy (not even a brother) helping a woman. It's kinda blah to me. And these are classic set-ups when the man or woman should feel something for the other--when he/she sees the vulnerability in the other or is thisclose to grabbing the other for a kiss. But with VI and RB, they don't even come close to generating heat, let alone making me think they'll kiss.Then I realized what the issue is, at least in part for me: there already is friendship and trust, so there's no tension to start off with. It's not like Zach and Kendall (who didn't really like each other or trust each other when they first married) or Adam and Liza (the only Liza I recognize, as played by Marcy Walker) when they first got engaged with the hope that Tad and/or Brooke would stop the wedding, all done at a time when A&L didn't even like each other, let alone trust each other (which was proven to be true when Liza said I Do when she was supposed to bail out on the ceremony). IOW, I don't see sexual tension with David and Greenlee because the underlying relationship between David and Greenlee has no tension, sexual or otherwise. And sadly, VI and RB have been in loads of scenes together since December, and I've had time to look, and it just isn't there.It also doesn't help that I see David as the bad guy in every story he's in, and I can't completely blame Pratt for that. He's a McTavish creation and she made him pretty evil from the start. As for Greenlee, I guess this is what RB meant when she said that AMC would be more character-driven (this story is character-driven, I admit) and that Greenlee would get back to her roots (scheming, I suppose), but how long will this last? Everyone and their grandma knows that Greenlee can't be the resident villainess/schemer in PV for long. Her twu wuv is Ryan and he's a hero. This is a short-term diversion and nothing more.Last thing I'll mention is that Greenlee told David on Friday that if they married, she'd help him re-establish his relationship with Marissa. Apart from the fact that Marissa has gone downhill fast for a long time as an extremely boring character, I had a deja vu feeling that Greenlee would be to Marissa as a step-mom as Annie was to JR as a step-mom. I've seen this story before, and recently, with the outsider woman marrying a man who's a father and trying to fit in with his family. Initially, on paper, I thought the idea of David and Greenlee marrying was original and had potential, but from what little I've seen with the actors together in recent episodes, I think it's alot of hype for the initial ceremony, but the marriage itself isn't lighting my world on fire. JMO

The thing about David and Greenlee is that they are really good friends. I think that AMC is not trying to approach this storyline with any intention of David and Greenlee being romantic with each other. This is all about revenge. I have been on Youtube watching a lot of old clips from the past, and I will say this, they are doing a good job of re-establishing the true character of Greenlee. Seriously, everyone take a moment to go over the history of Greenlee and her interaction with a lot of the characters and you will see that she really is being herself.

I watched as she and Kendall had countless amounts of catfights....and they were hilarious! So, I can't wait for Alicia to come back from her maternity leave.

As far as Greenlee and David they were super close, because of her relationship with Leo....someone whom I believe AMC should really consider bringing back to the canvas. He and Vanessa's bodies were never recovered when they went over the falls. I say Vanessa has been holding Leo hostage for years, keeping him away from HIS ONLY TRUE LOVE. Remember Vanessa hated Greenlee and it would make perfect sense. I know they would never be able to get Josh Duhmel back, but I'm sure they could sweet talk Marj Dusay (Vanessa) She was always excellent.

AMC needs to give up on the Ryan/Greenlee romance. In my opinion, Ryan is a huge JERK!! He doesn't have a good track record with relationships. Lest we forget, he was always afraid of turning into an abusive, neglectful father...like his father was to him, his brother and sister. He's already got the neglectful part down....being that he never spends any true quality time with Emma. Why not explore the abusive side of Ryan, being that none of the fans like him anyway. Give him a problem with alcohol or drugs...something. We don't care for Ryan, but if they take him down a few notches and make him hit rock bottom...then maybe we will root for him to come back from adversity. Right now, he's just an arrogant jerk.

David's always been the bad guy. The problem that AMC has created with David is that they have turned him into a weak villain. He mopes around town acting all defeated, while the whole town chases after him with pitchforks and torches. The old David was crafty and deliciously evil. No one ever saw what was coming, until it was too late. All of his dirty deeds are too predictable and not crafty at all.

Let's all say a prayer that the new writers of AMC will pull out the history books and return all of the characters to the way they were.

The Kenlee relationship has always been explosive, and it can be explosive whether there's a Rylee or a David/Greenlee. Personally, I enjoyed the last fight where Kendall gave Greenlee a black eye by intentionally hitting her in the face with a tennis ball when Greenlee had the nerve to imply that she'd had sex with Zach. Even Zach felt that Greenlee had gone too far. My hope is that Kendall, as a wife and mother, will be too mature to have catfights in fountains with Greenlee, and no one needs to rip off the other's dress in public, but I've got no problem with the rivalry continuing. And if Zach is back with Kendall, it can only add to the rivalry, since Greenlee should be fuming mad at both of them for Zach kissing Reese, Kendall causing the accident, and Zach covering up for Kendall. I wouldn't mind seeing that at all.

Kenlee relationship is/was as one-sided as RenDull....Kendall giving, GL taking, GL spitting in Kendall's face afterwards...Kendall is never allowed to win against Ryass or the gnat....which makes me hate it..When/If AM/Kendall comes back, hopefully with TK/Zach, I do hope there is an end to Kendall having any kind of BS friendship with either Ryass or GL.....Move on...GL has no business being ticked at Kendall for anything...IMHO, until GL pays for her vile crimes against Kendall & her kids, she's can stuff a sock in it & choke...I would love to see Zendall return....and Jangie/Zendall have s/l together...... TK/AM/DW/DM are much better suited for each other in terms of acting against each other...No offense to RB, but her GL has no softness, no vulnerability.... She's just hard, cold, & forever a spoiled 12-year old..... GL has shown no growth since her first day....Ryass is the same... One note character he's always been...I've seen Kendall grow & mature over the years & also keep her spunk... when the writers allow....I have no desire to see Kendall return and play Rylee's whipping dog...I don't want Kendall constantly apologizing to GL for an accident when GL has yet to pay for what she did to Kendall's kids....and I don't want Zach suck in any scenes with the vile Ryass....Allow Zendall to return with a s/l that kicks Rylee out of their lives and Jangie moves into the role as Slaters friends/confident...Kenlee can be reluctant business partners......and Ryass can just be the loser who lied about being Spike's bi0-dad...because I want that fixed....Daivd needs to be freed of this because he deserves more than the forever 12 year old...JMHO

You know, I don't think Kendall has really transformed that much over the years. She is still the hot tempered, vulnerable chick that she was when she first arrived in Pine Valley. She spends a lot of time running back and forth between Ryan and Zach. Anybody that can't see that is just lying to themselves. She is always frustrating Zach by continually being close with Ryan. And yes, I know they share a child, but there have been times when she acts as if she has to clear every move she makes with Ryan, before she does it. And as far as Greenlee being ticked off at Kendall, that's nothing really new. Although, her body wasn't even cold, before Ryan and Kendall jumped in the sack together. Another example of Kendall letting Zach down.I like the snide remarks that Kendall and Greenlee throw at each other. I mean, I don't think they should refer back to the days where they are catfighting in wedding gowns or beating each other with roses....but nothing's wrong with a little heated conversation every now and again.I've seen a couple of advertisements about what's coming, and I'm going to try to keep an open mind. It feels as if they are going to try to bring AMC back, we may have to be just a little bit more patient. And being that I've watched the show for 20 +years, I guess I'll give them another chance before I stop tuning in to watch.

And one more thing that I want to add. If the writers of AMC don't give Jake something else to do besides obsess over David, I am going to scream!!! His uncontrallable need to stick it to David or catch him in a lie, is getting a little bit annoying. No one wants to watch Jake running around town chasing after David, trying to nail him against the wall. It's just not good television!!!

They have all done things that they seldom pay for. I'm gonna have to disagree with you on the whole Erica/Adam thing. I've watched this show for an eternity and Adam has not paid for everything he's done. He shot and killed his brother and walked away from it. And let's not say that he was insane when he did it, because that seemed to fade away as soon as his not guilty plea was read. And let's not forget that Kendall is the one that ran Greenlee off the road, leading to her supposed death....We can call that an even square for Greenlee and Kendall, especially since she slept with Ryan shortly after Greenlee was pronounced dead. Kendall is no saint. She's done all kinds of things in the past. (I know all you Kendall fans are just going to go crazy, but it's true...she's not perfect.)

And the whole Annie story was just crap. They turned her into a psycho overnight. I remember a brief time when she and Ryan were actually in love with each other. Of course as soon as that replacement Greenlee showed up, they figured they had to push Ryan and Greenlee back together, so they turned Annie into a complete total nut job. And Ryan forgot ever loving her. That was totally bogus.

Besides, I think we are blaming the wrong people for this mess of a story between Greenlee and Kendall. The full and total blame should be thrown at that hack of a writer....Charles Pratt Jr. He wrote things for these characters that they would have never done under any other circumstance.

No Kendall fan has ever called her a saint....Kendall has made mistakes, but she's paid in spades......GL not at all...Yes, Kendall ran the vile gnat off the road.... It was an accident and she paid dearly for it...GL kidnapped Kendall son, almost killed both her kids, stalked her, and was painted the poor victim.... Never Ever paid and never showed any remorse..Kendall on the other hand not only shows remorse, but the guilt eats her alive.....Kendall & GL will never be even.... Almost killing someones children is unforgivable.....Kendall could do a million things to GL and it still wont be even...Pratt isn't responsible for the Kenlee debacle.... that falls on B&E.... Actually, it falls on Frons & RB....RB wanted to return as GL, minus the baby-napping, baby-maiming, stalker part...Frons obliged and a rewrite took place...Suddenly, what happened was an accident..... Suddenly, GL didn't cause Spike to be death... Suddenly, 5MS and the baby-napping, baby-maiming stalker trash is the victim..Sorry, but no way in hell will they ever be even...Kendall has done bad things.... She's made mistakes.....Bad choices, but she owns them, pays dearly for them, and tries desperately to make amends...GL never does.... She's just a vile, useless waste of a character....whose had no growth since the day she arrived...No way in Hell you can compare Kendall's mistakes to GL outright injustices upon Kendall & her family... No way..

Yeah, you're right...running someone off the road and killing them...then jumping into bed with their grieving fiance isn't bad at all. Running from the law, every chance she gets, locking Greenlee up so that she can't marry Ryan, and going behind someone's back and using her own eggs to have Greenlee's baby...that's not bad at all.And if Kendall running Greenlee of the road can be considered an "accident," so can Greenlee's car accident with Spike. I don't believe that she was trying to run them both off the road, but that's your opinion. And Greenlee had her moment when she apologized over and over for what happened with Spike...at that time it wasn't played by RB. But I say be thankful that we have Greenlee on AMC, right now. Because if we didn't the whole hour would be dedicated to that horrible so-called Liza replacement, goofy Tad, obsessed with David -Jake, the disgusting Erica/Ryan romance, and the idiot cop Jessie. At least David and Greenlee add something to the show.

I don't think you can really compare Kendall driving off the road and "killing" Greenlee in the same league as what Greenlee did to Spike. Kendall was driving and accidently hit Greenlee. Greenlee's accident with Spike ...yes.. was an accident but it was done when Greenlee was KIDNAPPING Spike. That's a DOUBLE whammy in my book. Well actually, it was a TRIPLE whammy as not only was Greenlee stealing Spike, she took him away from her BEST FRIEND who was in obvious distress and being taken to the hospital. Kendall and Greenlee often had issues but they had just made peace the night before and then Greenlee basically threw that peace in her face.

Of course, both Kendall and Greenlee were both sorry for what happened and both said so...but the situations were different. Kendall and Greenlee were both upset and they were speeding and they collided and Greenlee's motorcycle went over a cliff. Two adults made choices and an accident occurred.

Greenlee was all by herself as she was stealing a child at the time of Spike's accident..who was an innocent child strapped in a car seat with no decision at all about being there..

Of course, we all have our own opinions about what is valuable to the show and we are entitled to them. But for me, what I see is Greenlee running around in a frenzy because she is upset that Ryan moved on - when in fact she made a video and told him to. Her scheming is boring and predictable...to me...and to me she is a big waste of time. I do think David can bring something of value to the show and here's hoping that the new writers do better by him than the cartoon version of David that Pratt drew.

And now we have Ryan again leaving his latest love for "something better"...AGAIN...and justifying it. The whole thing wants to make me hurl.

That's because Ryan is a complete JERK!! He did the same thing to Annie, when Greenlee came back the last time. He kicks the current lady-love to the curb, to run back to Greenlee. In my opinion, Greenlee and Ryan are over. They need to find a way to bring back the character of Leo. THE ONLY MAN THAT WAS RIGHT FOR GREENLEE!! Ryan needs to be alone for a while and focus on his daughter. Since the only woman that was ever right for him was Gillian, but AMC killed her off. However, I don't see anything wrong with pulling a GH move and bringing back a family member that looks like Gillian. I think it would make the viewing audience happy, because everyone would be with the person they were meant to be with. Ryan has run Greenlee, Kendall and Annie through the ringer, and if he can't be with a Gillian look-alike, he needs to leave the other ladies alone.

I saw the new AMC commercial where the actors are talking about how great AMC is now and some new clips are included which are scoopy, so I won't mention them, but I had the distinct impression that AMC does not believe that Rylee is over, but rather that they're the couple to root for. I have to confess, I'm very meh about Rylee. In the past, they served a purpose by keeping Ryan away from Kendall, and Greenlee away from Zach, and they were the subject of so many conversations between Zendall when Zen were first falling for each other. If Kendall hadn't loved Greenlee as much as she did by wanting to give her a child, HER child, Zach probably wouldn't have fallen for Kendall and her big heart as hard and as fast as he did. But the flip side is that Rylee is overrated and dull, and I've never really enjoyed them as a couple. I see chemistry between CM and RB, but I just don't care about their characters together, mainly because I don't care about their characters as individuals.I confess that I'm more than a little surprised by the latest scoops in SOD which seem to veer away from David and Greenlee: Revenge Leading to Love? and move closer to Rylee: Greatest Couple in the World! I'm not sure what AMC is doing here, but they're picking a horse in this race, based on scoops and the current AMC promo, and it doesn't look like David and Greenlee are it. But maybe audience reaction will change AMC's mind. Right now, they seem to love Rylee and are putting a heck of alot of eggs in that basket. It seemed to be audience reaction that got Zendall the green light from TPTB. Maybe TPTB will realize that they're backing the wrong horse with Rylee.I still don't intend to watch full episodes of AMC until and unless TK and AM are back on the show, so it's not of much interest to me until Zendall are back on AMC together.

Here's a great idea for the show.....Get Marissa and Colby in a car and let them drive off a cliff. So sick of both of them.And if I've said it once, I've said it a million times.....Ryan and Greenlee are not the supercouple that AMC keeps trying to make them out to be. This wedding on AMC sucked!! Why in the hell didn't Greenlee use this opportunity to tell Erica and Ryan off? She should have been screaming to everyone in that chapel as to why she was going through with this wedding. She wanted revenge for Ryan moving on with his life so quickly. I mean, wasn't that the reasoning behind this whole story? They had this huge build up for this wedding event and for me it just fizzled out. Nothing really exciting happened at all. What was the freaking point? She should have been calling Ryan and Erica out for rolling around on the floor and going at it, just a few days ago. Instead she tells everyone to leave if they don't understand why she's marrying the man who took care of her and brought her back to Pine Valley. So, they all walk out with the exception of Ryan.Here's a question: What's the point of having the wedding in the first place? If there's not going to be any true conflict or explosive arguements, don't bother.

I am so glad to see that I am not the only one who wants Greenlee and David together! I want them to get revenge and put fun back in the show! I want them to get all bad and do SOMETHING! Atleast that would be fun to watch! Question: what is the appeal of Ryan? I don't see him as anything to fight over. Guess it's just me, but he is soooooo boring. I really think it would be the most boring storyline ever to have Greenlee back with Ryan! And can we please have Jake do something else besides obsess over David! It's like he has LOVE feelings for David that are so overwhelming he can't think or do anything else! He has his son and he doesn't seem to care much at all! I thought David was leaving, I am upset that Angie is so tormented. I do like the pairing of Greenlee and David. I was a big Greenlee /Ryan fan and when I found out she was coming back I was so exicited. Now that the reunion has happed I could care less. Yes Jake is too over the top, he has his son and his wife back, leave David alone.

I agree with the both of you. I don't get why Jake is so obsessed with David. They built up this story of Jake and Amanda finding out that Trevor was his son, but the excitement and joy of him finding this out was short-lived. He has a new bride and a new son, and I don't think he's spent more than five minutes with the both of them. My wish is that Amanda will get fed up and divorce, then go back to David. That would be hilarious to watch. I'm just so sick of the "Scooby Doo Detective Agency" that Tad, Jake and Ryan are constantly running. It's so sad to sit and watch all of these actors be subjected to these horrible storylines. I'm sure everyday that they came in and looked at their scripts, they were steaming mad. It makes no snes for things to have gotten this bad. Although, I will say, it was funny to watch Erica and Greenlee arguing with each other today. I loved it when Erica said she was filled with too much spite to ever die. That was freaking hilarious.

Okay, I get David being bad. But, what makes the others think they are above the law and can do whatever they want?! They kidnap David and Greenlee and hold them hostage! But, this is "okay" because the "good" guys & gals are doing it. What?!?! I am soooo disappointed and angry over this-please end it NOW!!! I cannot see any of these individuals as anything but selfish twits! I cannot wait for David and Greenlee to get back together and PLEASE have them get revenge! That will be deliciously fun!!!
