I read in Soap Opera Digest the reason they brought him back is because they have lost viewers and thought it would be good to bring back familiar faces but from reading the posts I don't think that is what is happening. I think people are mad and do not like the way things were handle. Has nothing to do with JJ just that Lucky has changed and is no longer the boy he once was. I guess since they had recast Nicolas and than brought back the real one or am I imagining that. Maybe Nicolas just left town for a few years. But anyway, GH needs to fix this. Bring back Greg is some form and maybe just maybe everyone will accept JJ.

That is absolute bull. All you have to do is read the posts since the announcement was made to know that brining back the old Lucky is not going to boost ratings, if anything it will drive viewers away. What purpose do these posts serve if TPTB aren't going to use them as a way to find out what the fans want?I've also noticed lately, that SOD seems to publish "fan" letters that support the changes being made and not those from the fans in the post. Check the letters at the end of SOD.

For the first time ever this show is turning me off in more than one way.All the 30+ years of watching, at one time or another there has been something I didn't care for on this show. Now there are so many I just don't have the interest to watch anymore.It really makes me sad. Its like loosing a wonderful old friend.

When will TPTB realize it's not the actors but the storylines and the quality of the dialogue that matter? It doesn't matter if they have JJ, JY or GV in the part of Lucky, if the character is written poorly, no actor however great they may be can sell it to the viewers.
