It seems to me delving into Noah's past would present a good opportunity for Noah to finally find some long lost family. Apparently from the previews, Hunters dad isn't his dad. I really could care nothing about Hunters dad. It would make so much more sense if Winston were not really Noah's father. I just don't get why they could be connecting Hunter to possibly half of Oakdale and Noah still sits on the sidelines without any family or connections(other than Luke).

Hunter and Noah will both be finding things out about their past that they never knew. So its possible that Hunters dad could very well be Winston and so in turn Hunter and Noah could be brothers. Its way to early to say that Noah won't be getting any family but for all we know he will be since he has said that his dad wasn't who he thought he was.

With Emily suddenly deciding that she wants to have a baby and then going to the hospital and finding out that her "frozen" eggs are missing, do you suppose Hunter is going to turn out being Emily's or is this just a big coincidence?

I think its a coincidence since Hunters mom said that his dad wasn't who he thought he was and it had nothing to do with the fact that she wasn't his mother.

I think they're throwing out a lot of possibe outcomes, in lots of different stories, that someone will be someone's unknown child somehow. Riley could be Adam, either Noah or Hunter could be Emily's from one of those eggs (Emily and James perhaps? He'd not be above stealing eggs), Hunter could be Winston's, Riley could be Winstons'..... so far it's a big mystery and fun to try figuring out what's what, and what isn't.

It is more than obvious that Hunter is Emily's son. I think they missed a huge opportunity when Noah was opening his box of his father's stuff. Noah could have found a mysterious photo, birth certificate, abba mixtape, or something!

How is Hunter Emily's son when he doesn't know who his dad is since his mom broke the knews to him that his dad wasn't who he thought he was? I still think that its quite possible that Hunter is Noah's brother but if the Colonel didn't want Noah to find out then it wouldn't have been in the box that he opened today.

Who knows? It's possible that Hunter is Emily's son because that is kind of what they are hinting at. Even thought there wasn't a secret in Noah's box, the scenes where Noah looks in it should have been a more emotionally written scene. That was just bad writing. I also hear that a Luke and Noah scene at the end was cut out, from some who went to the studio. I guess seeing Carly go for her 900th bottle of vodka or seeing Craig in every segment was more important.

I guess seeing Carly go for her 900th bottle of vodka or seeing Craig in every segment was more important. It was very dissapointing how Noah going through his father's things was rushed and basically used as a plot point to get the gun into Riley's hand. And there should have been a scene between Luke and Noah at the end where they discussed the box. I guess that was the scene that was cut. Figures. For time constraints, it's common for soaps to cut scenes. But ATWT makes it so obvious and in this case, it made the episode feel incomplete. Luke, Noah, and Alison just vanish and aren't featured at all during the last two segments. This is why, as a Nuke fan, you have to hope that on the rare episodes the boys ARE in don't land on the same day as Carly/Craig/Paul/Meg because you know where most of the airtime will go. Maybe once Maura goes on maternity leave we can sneak a whole extra 2 minutes in per episode.

I agree with you. It was disappointing because it was rushed and not about Noah at all. There could have been an emotional scene in there or Luke and Noah could have talked about it later. I hear that Winston's return is mostly about Riley. If we're lucky, we might get to see Luke and Noah react to him being alive. Who knows if Luke and Noah will really ever get their own storyline ever. I really hate to see two talented actors, one a supporting actor emmy nominee, stand around in the background all the time.

Jade has a family full of legacy characters and we still don't see her. TPTB's priorities are seriously asqew.
