I'm not fond of him either, but I don't necessarily want the old John back. I actually think it would be much more interesting if John's memory never returned. BUT, that said I need for John to soften and get over his obsession with power. This entire shipping sl is stupid. The writers need to ease off the battle for power and put more focus on J&M finding their way to each others heart once again.

I do NOT agree, I'm LOVING this John and Drake is doing a kick arse job with this character, It is nice to see him FINALLY getting to take part in an exciting storyline, MORE PLEASE DAYS!

I'm with you on this one. I am really loving the new John and his zingers. I couldn't stand him before he left. I hope he never gets his memory back, or at least doesn't completely revert back. He was boring before, IMO.

It was heartbreaking to see him on the back-burner just because the writers didn't know what to do with John and Marlena. This is why I'm couple phobic, LOL! Right now, he only sees things in a materialistic way, but you can see he is in conflict. I want Marlena to see that side of him and recognize it. Doesn't mean they wouldn't have a long way to go, but just that she knows it is there. I would like to see her try and see some good in the person he is right now, some part of the John she loves that is still apart of this person in front of her. And as I said before....I wouldn't be too disappointed if there was a little flirting on both sides

I thought I read somewhere that Nico is going to rough John up and it will accidentally bring back his memory. I hope it's not too soon. I like John in revenge mode and making Rolf change the accent. What he needs to do now, is pay EJ back for the kidney that was stolen. If it's revenge he really wants, he could give Tony and Lexie some Stefano money. If and when John's memory comes back they should let him continue with what he's doing, undercover.

I liked John before but grew bored with him.New and Improved John rocks much harder than he did before.

Still love Nu and Improved Jawn. I love how he's smack dab in the middle of the Kiriakies/DiMera storylines. This guy rocks, other John was snoozeworthy.
