I think we're suppsed to root for a new team of writers that can truly turn this show around and save it from cancellation. All of the stories that they have going, just suck....there's no one to root for on this show, and no interesting storylines to keep the fans glued to their seats.

I root for Annie and Scott to be together since they have had the pull from the time she was with Adam. I just wanted to see them together since then. They messed it all up with Scott Marissa hook up , but it did put JR and Marissa on equal ground to rebuild thier marriage which is what i think they should try to do and leave Annie and Scott alone for now.

I'm with you on that. I don't even watch Jesse and Angie anymore. Bummer. You know who I am going to root for? The new head of ABC to fire Brian Frons' azz. Then maybe he will put someone in charge who cares about their daytime lineup and will want to save it by putting EP's in charge who will in turn hire writers who know how to write and will want to listen to the fans and right the ships. Not one show on ABC is giving the fans what they want (if you read the posts) so it may time to do something about it!!!

I understand keeping the carrot just enough in the distance so the viewers almost get what they want, but AMC would have to be interesting for that. They are in a really bad dry spell...nothing is interesting...

So if they were to recast Marissa who could you see in the role? I just hope they add some spice to the mix. Currently she is not like David nor Krystal who are both very fiery.

I know I want David's and Krystal's offspring to be conivining or something. I dont have any suggestions just want someone with spunk and not such a goody goody being david's daughter and all. If she thinks stupid Ryan killed her dad then let her go after him snap or something. Be the B of AMC. I was hoping that they would hire Lindsey Hartley to be the new Marissa, but no such luck. I also felt that David and Krystle's daughter should be a hellion.Maybe they should just hire Crystal Hunt. I think she would rock in that role. Or is she too young. Maybe the writers are making a run for Daniel Cosgrove. They shouldn't really write Scott out, they need Chandlers on board. And I would like for Krystle to have some other blood family in town besides AJ and Jenny, although those kids connect her to two major families.

The actress who played Lucy is the new Marissa and she was a pretty good Lucy. She has a little bite to her. Hopefully, she will make an impression in this role also.
