SO is this when similarities and identical looks come into play and we can finally find out that Summer is Jack's child and not NIcks? Did anyonelse see these two together and thought they were brother and sister? Holy Moly!!! I also want it to be Jack's child cause at the end of the day - Phyllis and Jack deserved to have that bond and the fact that someone like Diane could have that connection to Jack is just awful to me.
if my memory is correct in this, Diane and ash were preggo at the same time, thus making both children the SAME age. Did she stick kyle in a time freeze thing or what? She ( diane) tried to steal the swimmers from vics storage tank at the bank, but Ash was quick to get in and switch them with her own brothers. WHO DOES THIS STUFF......both became impregnated within the same time frame. Just another muck up by the current writing teams. Shows they lack talent and the ability to review history.
I think if memory serves, Diane was preggo first but not by much, Ash stole the swimmers from Diane and switched them for Jacks but I think you are right about one thing Kyle and Abby should be about the same age and that doesn't seem to be the case here. Talk about a screw up on the time line on this one.
It was 2000 within a few weeks to a couple of months at best. Diane was sure she had the stache's swimmers but got Jacks in the switcheroo..Hmmm if memory serves Nikki got wind of Dianes plot/plan and switched (or rather paid someone to do it) them so that Diane couldn't get her mits on them. Ash was claiming to be preggers by some guy she met on vaca on a boat? But reguarless, Kyle and Abby should be WITHIN a year of each other at most. I do remember at the time they could only mention taking TGVN's junk but so many times. And we thought the plots back THEN were crazy, we had no idea what when we were in for in the years to come..........so really Kyle and Abby should both be around 10-12 at most, but it's like with Lil D and Hope on B&B. Lil D is older than Hope, but she's been SORASed to 16, and LIL D when last on Y&R was about 9-10 maybe.
but here's the thing....Kyle KNOWS about this? When did his mom tell him & how? It's a wonder the kid isn't scarred for life..And does Abby know about the fact that she was more or less concieved the same way?

So here's my long term thinking about Summer. She'll get involved with Kyle, start dating (mind you this is about six months when the come back from camp like 16 or something) and start having the big sex itch...when Nick will fly into a steamy make-out scene and announce that they are brother and sister! Not that we haven't had this same story like over and over (Mac/Billy, Victoria/Cole, and even Jill/Brock). You know TPTB can't come up with original story! I'm just sayin'.
