"Nice," recent article about Noah discovering Luke and Reid kissing, Mala. This is a major plot point in the story for Noah and all you have are quotes from Eric Sheffer Steves trying to explain Reid's attraction to Luke. That's rather pointless, isn't it? Shouldn't you have gotten quotes from, oh, I don't know....JAKE? After all, the next few episodes will center around Noah finally being out of the dark about all this. Heck, you even have a big quote from Stevens under a picture of Jake! I hope one day you can finally put your obvious bias aside and realize that the world will not come to an end if you go one article without getting Stevens' viewpoint on anything that has to do with this story. There's a tall dark haired actor who has been on this show 3 years longer that should probably get off your ignore list. I'm sure he could add plenty of noteworthy things as well.

I have to agree with Mala today. Luke was a mess. I'm not sure what the whole point of that was. The writing for Luke was highly inconsistent from all the other times Luke told Noah that they couldn't go back to where they were before and that his feelings had changed. It seemed Luke was trying to get back together with Noah and didn't care if he lied about Reid to get there. I like Luke and Reid together, but this episode did not make Luke look very likeable at all. In fact, I found myself agreeing that Luke's decision was based on guilt and because Noah was the safe choice.

And I'm glad Reid stood up for himself. what about Noah finding out about them or did Jake not work that day Well, the writers and especially Mala have drilled it in our heads that it's all about Reid. Who cares about Noah and what he thinks?Who cares that Reid (Mr. I don't get involved in my patients personal lives) will completely throw ethics out the window and go after his own patient's ex? Where is the apology for that? Where's the guilt on Reid's part for doing that to his own patient? Nowhere. Yet he still walks around like he did nothing wrong. But who cares because it's all about Reid? Just like the moments of sweetness between Luke and Noah were ruined after he woke up from his surgery when the camera zoomed away from their joy to Reid staring at them through the window. Poor Reid. Always the center of this story despite the fact he's a newbie.Luckily Noah will finally stand up for himself against Reid next week. But you can be darn sure Mala won't say a word about that. As usual, it will be, "Poor Reid. Always the victim." Hopefully that broken record player will get fixed one day.

Mala,This is in response to your latest opinion piece in SOW and your twitter message for Thursday's show.It is crystal clear that you are a Luke/Reid fan (especially Reid). It is also crystal clear that Noah and Nuke mean nothing to you. I have honestly lost count of how many articles, features, columns you have done over the last few weeks on Reid/ESS. That is fine, that is your opinion, although it would be nice if you acknowledged Noah, Nuke or the Nuke fans once in a blue moon since there would be no Luke, Noah or Reid without the Nuke fans' undying support over the last three years. And I'm sure the vets on this show would like a little coverage as well, since the show is going off the air in a couple of months.I honestly don't think we were watching the same show today. Reid was a complete jerk to Luke, and it wasn't the first time. In the last few weeks, he has belittled and mocked Luke, encouraged him to lie, and has generally speaking been rude, selfish and insensitive not only to Luke and Noah, but to Bob, Kim, Chris and his other patients. My love for Noah and Nuke aside, why anybody would wish this guy on Luke is beyond me. In the end though, It doesn't matter how I may feel about Reid. In your twitter message, you were upset that Reid was hurt by Luke and expect me to feel sorry for him?!?! If you honestly believe that Reid is this poor misunderstood soul who should be rooted for, then as I stated before, you and I are not watching the same show. Here's hoping that someday, your and SOW's coverage of this storyline will be a little more balanced - acknowledging and respecting Noah, Luke and Nuke, not only Reid. But I'm not holding my breath.

Dear Mala:Since I'm not finding my answers anywhere else, was it possible you can interview Sarah Glendening again, and give hints on Lucy's return? Is she only returning to see Johnny and Gabriel or is it more than that? Also can you find out what made Goutman have Lucy return? Was it because of our campaign? Why didn't they simply have Lucy stay on since last year? Why have her leave and bring new folks like Terri on? (Terri: a Peyton List knock-off). That was so silly.

Atwt wrap party last night. Yes of course it was bittersweet, but everyone was really having a great time. Great night.

Great show today with Henry, Kim, Barbara, Bob, Luke, and Reid. I especially loved the Luke and Reid stuff. So much character interaction today between lots of different characters! I just wished they let Luke and Reid kiss. Seriously is ATWT pulling that again?

Mala, regarding your most recent opinion piece in SOW: It's a shame that discrimination only becomes a problem for some people when it affects their personal entertainment. There was no exasperation or impatience, no complaints from you during Nuke's kissing ban or the fact that it took a ridiculous and insulting amount of time for two normal, healthy, madly in love young men to finally have sex (still no love scene, of course), but now that Luke and R are getting the same treatment you suddenly take notice that the gays on ATWT are barely allowed any physical contact, much less sex, and you're all antsy for them to 'get their swerve on' already. Do you remember that you chided Nuke fans for complaining about the very same thing? Maybe some people being silent for the past three years and choosing not to acknowledge that not all couples on the show have been treated equally -whether they were a fan of them or not- wasn't such a smart thing after all. I don't watch the show anymore, but you can bet I'll be tuning in again the day a certain t***n 'get's it's swerve on'.

I've had the exact same thoughts ever since I read that last opinion piece. It's rather convenient how Mala is all of the sudden interested and annoyed with Luke's lack of sex life when she could care less about it from 2007-2009. And after all those months leading into years where she constantly brushed off our fears and complaints over the way Luke and Noah were being treated in this department, it's rather ironic to see the shoes on the other feet.Mala, your hypocrisy is downright pathetic.

Speaking of homophobia re: the shows rumored ending with Reid's death and leaving Luke mourning somebody he's in love with. Do you know when Eric Sheffer Steven's last air date is? I'm hearing 9/1 is the last day. I hope that's wrong. They are telling such a wonderful love story with Luke and Reid, though neither character got as much airtime as they deserved. Poor Luke is going to lose his true soulmate. Hopefully he won't go back to wishy washy Noah.

Hi Mala, I just got my hands on the ATWT special issue that came out, and my concerns: Since I know you are a big Lusty fan, why were there no pics of them? I saw so many pics of Peyton that I figured one would be added. I'm glad that Grayson's comments were added in, and for I guess everyone in that cast to hear of what he personally wanted. Also the alumni page was very weird. There were no references to Matt Morrison, Spencer Grammer, and Zach Roerig who have now alll spent last year in primetime fulltime.
