What a contradiction! Kendall is told her son is going to die and, overcome by grief, she takes a gun to kill the man responsible for what she believes is Ian's death. Fast forward . . . Marian is told that Stuart has been killed. Overcome by grief, she takes a gun to court (how'd THAT happen??) to kill the woman allegedly responsible for his death. Kendall is sentenced to life in prison - no extenuating circumstances. Marian is sent to the hospital for a psychological evaluation with the blessing of the now very solicitous DA. WTH???? I guess a wife's grief trumps a mother's grief in Pratt's eyes.
Exactly right. Stuart is believed to have been accidentally shot by Kendall when the intended target was Adam. Marian accidentally shot Marissa when Kendall was the intended target. Marian will be sent to the loony bin and Kendall gets a life sentence (even more outrageous since she didn't actually do it!). I also love how Zach and Kendall are getting their closeness back. But, good Lord, this jail switch storyline is ridiculously stupid.
"The last few days have been wonderful, as long as you ignore the stupidity of the storyline".That probably is the best more accurate summation of everything we have been seeing the last two days.
It's boring me.

I never understood why Kendall was charged with 1st degree murder. She went there with the intention of killing Adam, but took no weapon. I would think her emotional state and lack of taking bringing a weapon would negate a 1st degree murder charge. Alicia and Thorsten have been doing a fantastic job. The last few days have been wonderful, as long as you ignore the stupidity of the storyline. I love how Zach and Kendall have been toward each other.
