Mia comes back the day of Sydney's christening. EJ and Nicole have just left for the church with Sydney when Mia comes to the DiMera mansion asking for Nicole. Sad thing is, even though Sami felt a bond she didn't understand with Sydney, she has definitely bonded with Grace. When the stuff hits the fan and she gets her own child back, it will be painful for her to lose Grace.
