I love these two together. I agree. If only Carly could get along with Alexis then what fun would it be to have Carly, Olivia, Alexis and Dinae hang out together. But I even liked it when Olivai said something to Carly about her going to work and Carly said , "see that is why I don't have girlfriends". Cracked me up. Maybe Carly can give a good shake to Olivia and bring her back to the way she was? I can dream can't I?

Can't we all? They always do this. Sonny gets interested in a feisty, take no sh*t woman because she's strong. He flashes his dimples a bit, they get weak & stupid & he gets bored & moves on to the next one. Just once, I'd like to see a woman he's interested in make him work for it & once he has her, I want to see her keep him on his toes, instead of the other way around. It's actually better for the character of Sonny as well as the woman of the moment because he's more entertaining to watch when he's trying to win the woman over. Except this time around. This time, he isn't even trying to cover up the smug arrogance. I guess he feels he doesn't have to because she knows him deep down. But, it doesn't play well if they intend to keep him as a romantic lead.As for Carly & Olivia's friendship hitting the skids because of Dante, I don't see why it should. Carly has said countless times since Michael was shot that if she could do it over, she would've never hooked up with Sonny in the first place. I think she might be hurt that Olivia didn't trust her with that secret, but I can't see the friendship tanking over that. As a matter of fact, I have a feeling Carly will figure out Dominic is Dante as fast as Jax or faster. She already likes him. But, as far as him busting Sonny, I think Kate's right this time (that hurts to say!). I think that if something happens or goes wrong, it'll be on Olivia. She'll have to live with the death of one or the other on her conscience. Suppose Dante kills or mortally wounds Sonny & then, finds out Sonny's his father. Does she know for sure he won't hurt himself over it or that he won't lose focus & get himself or Ronnie killed? No. She could lose both of them because she kept this a secret.

Totally agree on the Carly and Olivia friendship not ending once the Dante thing is revealed. Carly will totally understand that Olivia was protecting her child which is something Carly can definitely identify with.

I hope you both are right because I really enjoy their scenes together.

The whole idea of her trying to hide it at this point is idiotic. Jax even pointed that out in a friendly way. It's not fair to either man. From what we've seen of Dante thus far, he's very much like Sonny in temperament. Can you imagine either man killing or seriously wounding the other only to find out they're father & son? Chances are, Dante could very well flip out & do something stupid that endangers him or someone close to him, as Sonny usually does. I don't think Olivia can live with that. With any luck, Carly will convince her in time to tell the men the truth, but knowing the writers, it'll be too late & one or the other of those men is going to be sitting at the other's bedside in the hospital & she's going to be the outcast for causing all of this. It may seem like good drama to some to have most of the town figure out they're father & son before they do, but to me, it's just stupid. Even Sonny isn't that stupid.

I think she ought to sit Dante down and tell him. Leave it up to him weather or not to tell Sonny. Then also he can choose how to proceed with his undercover work, in an informed way. They shouldn't tell Sonny unless they have no choice. This may help head off some of the foreseeable problems before they start.

Yeah. But that would make too much sense. I guess they think this way makes good drama. I think it insults the audience & makes their favorite character look like more of an idiot than he usually does. The whole thing about Sonny's rise to power is that he got it more from his intelligence than his muscle. Seeing the oppurtunities & seizing them. A man that gets to that level of power on mostly brain power is not this stupid. Just watching the interaction between Liv & Dante, you know they're mother & son & Sonny already sees so much of himself in Dante. Regardless of whether Liv was a [censored] or not, Sonny would still figure out he's his father once he knew Dominic was her Dante. I think Johnny already figured it out. Especially after Dante punched him.

That took me totally by suprise

I think Dominic's been studying Mo's old tapes because that surprise shot was classic Sonny. That calm smile & then, wham! I loved it. I just wish they'd speed this up & get to the father/son dynamic. It might give Mo his zip back. It might also do wonders to improving Sonny's personality.

I don't think Olivia was a [censored]. She was a teenage girl that thought she was in love and got pregnant. She let everyone think that she slept around so that nobody would realize that Dante was Sonny's.

I didn't say Olivia was a [censored]. What I said was regardless of whether she was or wasn't, the minute Sonny finds out Dominic is her Dante, he will figure out he's his father. Unless Sonny is no longer their favorite character. Because this is one time where not having him figure it out will make him look stupid, even by Stupid Soap Men standards. We, the audience know Olivia wasn't a [censored], but it's unclear what Sonny realizes about her. It's hard to tell if he agrees with his wife or just sees no point in arguing with her about whether or not Olivia is a [censored]. I just meant that even if Sonny believed she slept with a bunch of guys, he'd still be able to figure out Dante's his because they're exactly alike except Dante still has the youthful, positive outlook about the world. Of course, Dante didn't live the hell Sonny's lived, either. But, I'm still hoping the two men finding out they're father & son will bring back that fun side of Sonny that's been gone for too long.

I loved the way Olivia handled Anthony Zacara today. Now that was the Bensonhurst Olivia we all know and love.

I am enjoying watching Carly spend and spend Sonny's money. I believe Olivia will also be joing Carly in the spending spree. The foursome of Carly ( who is beginning to grow on me), Diane, Olivia and Alexis, would make for some really good gossipy type scenes.I am such a fan of Olivia's and really hope that, when the Claudia storyline is over, Olivia comes out smelling like a rose (keep dreaming, I know). I'm guessing Johnny knows too. He keeps telling Olivia to "trust him" and that, "she can tell him anything". He knows something. I am so looking forward to the fallout from Claudia.

Of course this is true; however, I don't think anyone can deny that Johnny is on to something. JMO

I really loved their catfight, although I wish Olivia had given Carlaudia a big shiner or a bloody scratch for the birthday party.

I especially loved the part where they fell through a glass table & neither one of them had a single cut & no glass in their hair. Broke a couple of lamps & still no cuts. Only one slight bruise on Claudia's chin. Those women have thick skin!
