One Life To Live Recaps

Monday

Blair reminded Marty that John is with her and told Marty to back off. While Marty was pushing Blair aside, Blair lost her footing and fell into the Llantano River. She managed to get back to the edge, then pulled Marty in with her.

At Rodi's, Vanessa phoned Lola and was concerned that she hadn't been able to reach her stepdaughter all day. Meanwhile, Cristian was afraid that ICE agents were watching them from a nearby table. Wes saw John's laptop sitting out, and on the screen was some information about him. John caught Wes looking at it and noted that he was surprised by what he found. Their conversation was cut short when Marty and Blair both walked in, soaking wet.
Marty stormed off after bickering some more with Blair, who told John that she overheard him advising Marty not to worry about Blair after the hearing. Vanessa and Cristian shared a dance nearby and kissed for the benefit of the immigration spies.

At the courthouse, Ta admitted to Lola that she'd been working for Ray all along and was only trying to protect Lola. Ta explained that she and Ray believe Vanessa murdered Lola's mother, and they need Lola to prove it. Lola accidentally slipped that Vanessa found the knife used to kill her mother, when she had previously told Ta that Lola found it. Ta assured Lola that they'd get to the bottom of what happened and soon, and then Lola would no longer have to live with a murderer.

Dorian and David arrived at a Buddhist temple for their wedding ceremony, while Gigi and Rex made their way to a casino chapel. Rex threw the door open and called out, "Stop the wedding!" only to find Moe and Noelle in the midst of being wed by a James Brown impersonator. Moe and Noelle blamed their Swedish butler on the mix-up, and Rex realized that they'd lost David and Dorian's trail.

Before their ceremony began, a clueless David expressed his sincere gratitude to Dorian for wanting to join him in his penniless lifestyle. Dorian wandered over to the Buddha statue and admitted that she craves money and power but that she wants David, too. As she was acknowledging out loud that David might leave her if he finds out the truth, David walked in and asked if she had cold feet. David assumed she was speaking about her fear that he might leave her at the altar again. He assured her that he wants nothing but her, so they proceeded with the ceremony.

After missing her number at the strip joint, "Gigi" told her boss, Stan, that she's got "bigger fish to fry." Nearly missing Gigi and Rex on their way out, the stripper quit The Pussycat Parlor and announced that Llanview is calling. "And by the way, my name's not Gigi," she noted to Stan.

Moe and Noelle pleaded with Gigi and Rex to stay and celebrate with them. An enthusiastic James Brown got down to the unusual vows, while Lama Bill chanted with Dorian and David. Despite the Lama's reasoning against public displays of affection, David pulled his bride close and kissed her. After Moe and Noelle's ceremony, Rex and Gigi lamented not having the money to buy a house or have a lavish wedding, but Gigi said she's happy with him no
matter what. David, meanwhile, wanted to honeymoon right away in Tibet, but Dorian announced that she had pressing matters awaiting her in Llanview. She couldn't wait to get back and announce her place as Mrs. David Vickeroshi.

Tuesday

Langston lamented to Markko that Starr seems to no longer want to confide in her, just as Starr's new confidante, Mr. J, glanced at a newspaper article about Todd's trial. Matthew ran into Cole on his way to school, and asked if Cole had smoked his joint. After class, Mr. J called Starr up to his desk under the guise of discussing an assignment, then said he'd heard about the charges being dropped against her dad. He asked if Todd had mentioned his mother at all during the trial. Starr noted that the only person who could have ratted out his mom was Lee Halpern and she died. Schuyler hoped that the recent twist of events would allow them to start healing. Starr admitted that ever since she held Chloe for the first time, she hasn't been able to get her own baby out of her head.

Gigi returned home from Las Vegas to find Roxy passed out on the couch and Shane sporting a funky new haircut. The blond stranger from Vegas, meanwhile, spied on them from the window. Gigi began to soften when Roxy explained that Shane requested "the Rex" and Shane argued, "It's cool, kinda like Dad," of his new 'do.

Viki stopped by La Boulaie and was flabbergasted to hear that it's now "La Maison de Stubbs." Moe and Noelle had even more surprising news — they're married! Viki was delighted. A bejeweled Noelle explained that she was so spooked by the psychic's warning about money that she thought they should get hitched right away. Viki suggested that they may not be the only newlyweds in town, just as the Vickeroshis arrived at the Angel Square Hotel. David wanted to sleep on mats at the Llanview Clouds-in-River Zen Center, but Dorian lied that they can't go there because the paparazzi might disturb the monks' peace. Nevertheless, David insisted that they at least get the smallest room. When Dorian pleaded with him to keep quiet about their marriage until the ball, David sensed Dorian was up another scheme involving the Buchanans. She asked him to please trust her on this one.

Clint pointed out to Bo and Nora that if Dorian has married David, they'll lose everything to Dorian as well. Just as Clint had feared, Rex informed them that he failed to find Dorian and David in Vegas. Bo asked Rex to attend the ball that night and keep an eye out for Vickers. Clint vowed not to let Dorian rip their family apart. Rex headed home and was thrilled with his son's new hairdo, while "Gigi" continued to spy on the real Gigi. Rex presented his elated girlfriend with a red dress, which the stranger saw from the window.

At a group therapy session at St. Ann's, a fellow patient blamed Brody's depressed mood on Jessica's absence. As Brody shared his feelings with the group, Jessica stood by the door and overheard Brody say how much he misses her. She finally revealed herself and caught up with Brody after the session. Jessica confessed that Bree is scared of her and the baby doesn't even know her mom, while Natalie is being very hard on her sister. Jessica began to cry as she admitted to not feeling like Chloe's mother.

Outside the mansion, Bo pointed out the smell of weed to Nora. At school, Cole was putting eye drops in his eyes and popping more pills. Bo and Nora headed straight to Llanview High to confront Matthew, who swore that he wasn't smoking pot at home. Matthew blamed Cole, who happened to be eavesdropping.

At the hotel, David explained to a confused Roxy that Dorian had given up the evils of materialism. When David was out of earshot, Dorian slipped Roxy a stack of cash to stay quiet about their whereabouts. Beaver Calhoun soon arrived and flashed a photo of David at Roxy. When Beaver asked if she'd seen him, Roxy wanted to know what was in it for her. Dorian ran into Viki at La Boulaie. While Dorian headed upstairs with Noelle to borrow something red, Moe and Viki acknowledged that Dorian is up to no good.

Wednesday

Bo and Nora approached Cole about Matthew's claim that Cole was the one smoking pot. When the kids Matthew's been trying to impress showed up, Matthew 'fessed up to the crime (even though he hadn't actually smoked). Bo shared a drastic idea with Nora regarding how to handle Matthew: military school.

The mystery blonde from Las Vegas snooped around Gigi's mailbox until she found an emergency key. She unlocked the door and crept in, while Gigi and Rex happily discussed plans for the ball at Rodi's. Just as Gigi was gloating to Michael and Marcie about her new red dress, the mystery girl pulled it out of the garment bag. Over lunch, Marcie and Michael discussed the state of their marriage, and Michael sweetly asked his wife out on a date. Gigi returned home and was shocked to find her ticket and dress missing. The blonde managed to sneak out unseen.

Roxy's eyes lit up when Beaver mentioned a reward for finding David. Just as she was about to give into temptation, Dorian interrupted to say hello to her "pal" Beaver. Dorian pulled him aside and promised that Beaver could reveal all to David that evening at the ball, while Roxy consulted her stuffed beaver.

Viki voiced her frustrations to Charlie about Dorian, who'd done hardly anything to finalize plans for The Go Red Ball. Jared and Natalie wanted to stay home with the baby, but Viki advised her daughter to get out of the house for a night and have fun at the ball. She gave Natalie an impassioned speech about forgiveness and assured her that Jessica would never hurt her children. Nevertheless, Viki would make sure that Jess was not alone with the children and pleaded with Natalie to join her at the ball. A contractor from the vineyard arrived to return Jessica's wallet. Inside, Natalie found a short-term parking pass from the hospital - dated the day Chloe was born. Natalie and Jared were confused, but Jared told Natalie to stop worrying about Jessica and Chloe, at least for one night.

Jessica explained to Brody that she witnessed Starr make a connection with Chloe that Jessica just doesn't have. Brody warned her against trying to just jump right back into her old life. Jess admitted that she'd started to remember certain things but really felt the only people she can talk to are Dr. Levin and Brody. Meanwhile, Starr was confiding in Schuyler that she can't stop thinking about what kind of little girl her baby would have become, and she fears she can't go back to being a kid ever again. Even her relationships with her best friend and her boyfriend had changed as a result of what happened, Starr lamented. Schuyler came up with an idea that delighted Starr: She can be his research assistant for a graduate school paper he's working on. Starr skipped out of the classroom, and her good mood came to a halt when she spotted Cole in the middle of a drug deal.

Rex went to the hotel to talk to Roxy about failing Clint's assignment, but she had good news: She knows where David is. Meanwhile, Natalie was still clutching the parking ticket as Jared advised her to get ready for the ball.

Thursday

Todd just wanted to stay home and watch game shows, but Téa begged him to take her to the ball. He even asked for his key back, telling her to get lost. Téa challenged him to a game of Monopoly to determine whether he accompany her to the ball, and she won.

Dorian asked David if her dcolletage offended him, but she was
thrilled when he commented on how beautiful she looks. When she tried to hide him in a makeshift meditation room, he started to catch on that she's up to something. She insisted that "the surprise" will be perfect and pleaded with him to wait and meditate until she summons him.

After learning that David was staying at the Angel Square Hotel, Rex nearly tore the place apart looking for the Buchanan heir. John came downstairs sporting a sexy new 'do to go with his snappy tux. After Roxy fussed with his tie, he ran into Marty, who made a few snide remarks about Blair. When Marty said she didn't peg him for the $500-a-plate type, he assured her that he's not. Rex ran out and left his phone on the counter, while Gigi left a message asking where her ticket and dress are. Later, Wes found Marty hanging out in the lobby bored out of her mind, so they decided to crash the ball.

Moe and Noelle asked Blair why she wasn't going to the ball, and she explained that things weren't all that perfect with John right now. Just as she was insisting that she's over him, John showed up at the door with a bouquet. Once again assuring her that he's not interested in Marty, John managed to persuade her to put on a red dress and Go Red. Of course, Blair happened to have the perfect dress at the ready.

The blonde stranger arrived at the gala wearing Gigi's dress and gave the name "Morasco" to the woman checking the guest list. She headed straight for the a single guy hiding behind a column, who just happened to be Layla's date, Oliver. Meanwhile, Nora suggested to Clint and the rest of the Buchanan gang that perhaps they needn't worry about David because his new lifestyle will make him more generous. The ticket taker at the ball nearly kicked Rex out for not wearing a tie or having his ticket, but when he said Gigi would have it, the woman let him in since she loved "Gigi's" dress. Meanwhile, the real Gigi put on a blue dress and headed out, asking herself, "What's the worst that could happen?" When she arrived, the ticket taker refused to let her in, explaining that Gigi's already inside. Meanwhile, "Gigi" downed some champagne and flirted with Oliver, who was anxious to find Layla. She giggled to herself as Oliver nervously ran away. Dorian updated Beaver with a text that David will be at the ball, as promised.

Viki kicked off the fesitivities with a thank-you to Campbell’s, making sure to mention the Prego Heart Smart Pasta Sauce and its heart-saving benefits. She welcomed her co-chair to the podium, and Dorian was quick to correct Viki that she's no longer "Dr. Dorian Lord," asking her new husband to join her. "Ladies and gentlemen, I'm proud to introduce my new husband, David Vickeroshi." The Buchanans were devastated. Dorian gloated that she just couldn't imagine the evening getting any better as she gleefully watched Beaver Calhoun enter room. David suggested they go into a 40-minute chant, but Viki interrupted and got the music started up again.

Gigi barged her way into the ball, while the girl wearing her dress
offered to buy Rex a drink. Rex immediately recognized the gown.
Oliver wanted to spend time with Layla, but she was busy handing out gift bags. Gigi rushed in and spotted the girl wearing her red dress. The blonde turned around and smiled,"Hi, Gigi." Gigi was stunned, clearly recognizing the woman. "You?" she asked incredulously. Todd and Téa ran into John and Blair, who remarked that things were about to get awkward. They were about to become even more uncomfortable when Wes and Marty arrived, too.

Dorian approached the Buchanans and Viki and asked if they planned to congratulate her. Beaver walked over and told David he has an important message to deliver. After beating around the bush for a minute, Beaver announced, "You are not David Vickeroshi. You are David Buchanan."

Friday

Rex couldn't believe that "the Stacy" was standing before them. Stacy embraced her sister with a hug, but Gigi appeared confused. Rex explained to security (with a little cash) that there was a misunderstanding. Acknowledging that 10 years had passed since they'd seen each other, Gigi and Stacy sat down to catch up. Stacy revealed that she's been working as an exotic dancer. Gigi recalled being kicked out by their parents when they found out she was pregnant. Stacy dropped the bombshell that their parents are dead. Gigi was speechless, and stormed off. Rex caught up with her and
held her as she cried.

A casually dressed Marty and Wes ran past the ticket table and headed straight for the bar. Téa shot Marty a smug look as she entered on Todd's arm, then approached newlyweds Vanessa and Cristian. Vanessa faked a smile when Téa commented on how "linda" she looks. Vanessa and Cristian excused themselves to share a dance, so Téa surprised John by proposing they dance, as well. Téa watched Vanessa as she asked John if he thinks it's fair that Ray is rotting in jail for Vanessa's misdeeds. From the bar, where Todd was pouring himself shots, Blair stared daggers at Téa. John questioned the lawyer about murdering Lee Halpern in "self defense," while Marty and Wes drunkenly cavorted next to them.

Dorian feigned shock upon hearing that David is Asa's son. David, however, embraced his "brothers" Clint and Bo. Beaver explained that Asa's former lover Emma must have had a fling with him at separate times (thus producing David years after Spencer, who was once presumed to be Asa's son, was born). Viki instantly caught on that Clint already knew and couldn't believe that he would keep something like this from her, considering David and her late husband, Ben, were half brothers.

Michael and Marcie got excited over the contents of the gift bag, then discussed the improving state of their relationship. Michael introduced Marcie to a colleague and his wife, whose name ironically was Hope. Marcie couldn't stop staring at the woman who shared a name with her dead baby. They left the ball early and Michael eased her worries with a kiss ‹ and a beautiful necklace.

Beaver pulled David and the Buchanans aside and explained that Asa left everything to David. Nora and Viki questioned Dorian's motives for marrying David, who announced that he's come to a decision. He thanked everyone in the room for their support and requested a moment alone with Dorian. When they were alone, he asked her if she married him for love (yes), if she really gave her home to Moe and Noelle (sort of) and if she really wants to follow the path of the Buddha (not so much). Then he asked if she knew that he was Asa's son when she married him. Dorian came clean, but argued that he needs her now more than ever. Back in the ballroom, the Buchanans toasted to Asa and took a break from worrying about David. A scuffle suddenly broke out, starting with Todd and Wes. Marty taunted Téa, who countered with a loud slap that sent Marty flying.
