Monday
Jessica and Natalie walked in on Viki and David kissing, and Langston interrupted a buss between Dorian and Charlie. The daughters were shocked! "It's a long story," a frazzled Viki explained. David insisted the kiss was innocent; he and Viki were rehearsing for a part he was going to play, Vickers lied.
When Jessica and Natalie claimed that David had poisoned the muffins they consumed before taking ill, David revealed that Noelle baked them. And he'd eaten two of them and was fine, David added, popping a muffin in his mouth as proof. After the girls left, and Viki wanted to kiss David again, but David resisted. Meanwhile, Dorian pushed Charlie away. She didn't want Viki to be hurt by Charlie, and charged over to Viki's to spill the beans about Charlie making a pass at her. Before she arrived, Charlie called Viki to report that he hadn't been able to get Dorian to admit she still cares about David. Pretending to be upset, Viki fell into David's arms and said Charlie had decided to pursue Dorian. "He's leaving me," she sobbed. David was furious at Charlie. "No one wants me, David. No even you," she cried. David led Viki upstairs. "I am double locking the door," she said. As David began to seduce Viki, Dorian showed up.
Langston told Dorian that she and Markko don't fit together anymore. Dorian was glad that Langston and Markko had talked. "Markko is moving to California," Langston said through her tears. Langston suggested Dorian focus on her own love life.
Starr assured Cole that she wouldn't be seeing James anymore. She had just been worried about James because she'd shot him, Starr explained. Markko told them he couldn't move back in with them because he was leaving town. He and Langston can't get past Ford, Marko said ruefully, adding that he'd never again have friends like Starr, Cole and Langston. Langston wept as she overheard the conversation.
Layla's mother claimed Evangeline had not left a living will, and insisted on making the decisions about her daughter's care. Cris thought maybe a frustrated Layla would have better luck talking to her mother at home. Cris sat by Evangeline's bedside and said he wished he could believe that Evangeline would get better. Layla caught her mother about to burn Evangeline's living will.
Tuesday
Dorian was outside of Viki's bedroom, where Viki was in bed with David. David started kissing Viki in front of Dorian. Dorian began throwing things at them and yelled the word "depravity." Then Charlie showed up in Viki's bedroom. "Viki how could you?" he asked. Dorian said that she had told Charlie she would never interfere in Viki's marriage. Charlie and Viki continued to play the charade but then Viki broke down and told the truth. "I made it all up," she confessed as she explained that they had put on this play so that Dorian and David could admit they were madly in love with each other. Viki wanted them to kiss and make up. Dorian and David were not interested. Viki apologized for having toyed with David. Viki wanted to make sure they both took their blinders off. "That is absolutely untrue," Dorian insisted when Viki claimed they still wanted each other. They both agreed they loathed each other. David and Dorian explained that if they wanted to be together they would be together. Dorian said that Viki had lowered herself to the level of her brother Todd. Dorian fired Charlie.
Dorian apologized to David that he was drawn into "this childish game. You really deserve better friends." David agreed and stormed off to his "room in the south wing."
Ford interrupted Starr and Langston's chat and reminded Starr that she had been trigger happy. Langston told Ford that Markko was leaving. "Markko is a lucky guy," Ford said. Ford told Langston that Starr had shot his brother. Ford left. Langston was surprised to learn that Ford had a brother. Starr insisted to Langston that there was nothing going on between her and James. Langston and Starr agreed they had some stuff to work through. Starr insisted that Langston was still her best friend. The two hugged as Ford lurked in the bushes.
Rex showed up at Dorian's with information for Kelly. Eli was in the living room eavesdropping. Kelly and Rex congratulated Eli on his engagement to Blair. Kelly told him that Bennett Thompson had killed her mother. She explained that she had hired Rex to investigate her mother's death. Eli wondered how Bennett T. fell into the mix. She explained that she had found a slip of paper in her mother's vase. Eli nervously kept asking Rex questions. Kelly wanted Eli's legal advice. He suggested she let it all go. "Drop the whole thing," he added. Kelly wanted a moment alone with Eli. Kelly insisted that her mother was murdered. Eli's advice was to throw in the towel. Kelly wanted Eli's help in finding Bennett Thompson and making him pay.
Kelly and Rex went over the various "Bennett Thompsons" Rex had located as Eli grew more nervous. Rex had learned that Rodney was from Boston and that there were three Bennett Thompsons in the Boston area.
Layla demanded that her mother give her an explanation as to why she lied about Evangeline not having a living will. Layla insisted that Evangeline would want them to let her go. Layla started to cry as she told her mother that Evangeline is slipping away. Mrs. Williamson said she sees Evangeline as strong as ever. She wanted to destroy the living will. "Your sister's blood will be on your hands," Mrs. W. said. Mrs. W. went through Evangeline's mementos of her school days. She found a business card among her things.
Cris had a one-way conversation with Evangeline and got a little teary when he told her about loving Layla. He begged her to come back to them but had to face the fact she wouldn't. He wept in her hand. Layla returned to Evangeline's room. Layla said that the document was not valid (per her mother) because no one had witnessed it. Cris said they had to call a lawyer.
A queasy Jessica and Natalie did what they could to keep from throwing up in the emergency room. Greg said he'd help Jessica and a colleague would take Natalie. They would figure out what was wrong after both women were interrogated. Both doctors returned with news of their respective conditions — the girls learned they were pregnant.
Lisa Williamson called Eli and asked for Bennett Thompson.
Wednesday
Natalie and Jessica digested the news that they were both pregnant. Both were uncertain how to handle it. They both learned that they were two months along, which would make Brody, Ford and John prospective fathers. Greg urged Jessica to see an OB/GYN ASAP.
The sisters ran into each other in the hall. "So what did the doctor tell you?" Jessica asked Natalie. "Nothing," Natalie said immediately. Jessica lied and said nothing was wrong with her, either. They continued to blame David's muffins. Jessica ran into Ford in the hospital and looked as if she'd seen a ghost. Ford told Jessica again that nothing had happened when she landed in his bed two months ago. Jessica called Kelly and said she was heading over to La Boulaie "to talk." Once she arrived, Jessica shared her big news with a thrilled Kelly. "What did Brody say?" Kelly asked. "I'm not sure he's the father," was Jessica's sober reply.
Eli headed outside to take a call from Lisa Williamson; instead he ran right into John. John told him that he was looking for Bennett Thompson. John left Rex with a copy of the case file. Rex promised to keep John in the loop. Rex said he was going to check out the Boston area for Bennett.
John told Kelly that Eli was representing three suspects in three open cases. John thought there was something not quite right with Eli. Kelly told John that Blair was going to marry Eli, so if there was anything they needed to know about Eli, he better spill now. "I don't want to see her hurt or unhappy," Kelly said.
Todd and Ta told Dani that they were getting married. Todd wanted Dani's approval. Ta asked Dani to be her maid of honor. Dani said yes, but quickly asked if Nate could come to the wedding. Dani left to meet Nate and all of a sudden, Ta looked very down. She said she was sad that she wouldn't be able to comfort her daughter when she was gone. Todd said that they needed to celebrate their engagement and the two made love.
Viki and Charlie were disappointed that Dorian didn't take their bait and reunite with David. Viki was sorry that Charlie lost his job. Charlie and Viki kissed, then Viki assured her husband that her being in bed with David meant nothing. "There's only you and me," Viki said. She then suggested they go somewhere tropical. Charlie thought it was a great idea and the two kissed again. "How fast can you pack?" he asked.
Natalie ran into Brody at Rodi's. Brody asked her if she was okay and Natalie got defensive. Brody thought Natalie was acting weird because of their hookup. Natalie looked stricken. "We meant no harm," Brody said. John joined them and had a kiss for Natalie, who then left. John talked to Brody about Eli, who was at the bar. John then grabbed Eli and congratulated him on his engagement. Moments later, John told Brody that Eli hadn't said anything. Brody predicted that Eli would soon make a mistake. "They always do," he said.
Gigi got a reply from Llanview University. Rex met her at Rodi's to tell her he was going to Boston. She waited for him to open the letter. She had been accepted. "Way to go," he said with a smile and a hug. Eli kept his eye on Rex. Gigi was worried about paying for college. Rex said he'd pay for Shane's education. "I owe this to you," Rex said.
Danielle tracked down Greg and had ideas about her mother's treatment. Dani grew angry at Greg's "negativity" and thought he didn't want to think there was someone out there who knew more than he did. Greg told her that he had checked and that there was no cure. Danielle told him to go to hell and stormed out.
Natalie went back to the bar and when she said she couldn't have a drink, Gigi immediately guessed she was pregnant. "I'm not sure he's [John] the father," she said, eyeing John and Brody.
Thursday
Natalie admitted to Gigi that she wasn't sure John was the father. "So you slept with someone else besides John?" Gigi asked softly. Natalie began to cry. Natalie told Gigi that she had had sex with Brody and they hadn't used any protection. "It was total impulse," she admitted. Natalie didn't know if John wanted a baby and worried that John would feel trapped. "What am I going to do?" Natalie lamented.
Over a game of pool, Brody asked John if he thought Eli might have coached Hannah. Brody recalled having had sex with Natalie. "John there is something I have to say," Brody announced. He wound up thanking John for helping him become a cop.
Kelly had a big hug for Jessica. Jessica admitted she wasn't sure if Brody was the father of her baby. Kelly picked up Langston's phone and heard a message from Ford, saying he missed Langston. Kelly wished that Ford would leave town. "Do you think Ford is the father of this baby?" Kelly asked. Jessica told her the night she was with Ford was a blur. "He had every reason to lie and I had every reason to forget," Jessica explained. Kelly grabbed her phone and said she'd find out if she had slept with Ford before the night was over. Kelly texted Ford from Langston's phone.
Ford visited James in the hospital, whose health stats were perfect. The nurse told James that his bill was paid via an anonymous donation. They wondered who had paid the bill. Ford thought it was Todd. James wondered who Ford had been yelling at in the hall but Ford wasn't sharing that information. (It was Inez.) Ford got a text and left James's room.
Nate ran into his mother Inez in the park. She wanted to be out of the house before it went into foreclosure. Inez remembered talking to her other son, Ford and was clearly upset. "I don't want you to suffer for my mistakes," she said. She admitted to Nate she had paid for James's hospital bills. It was clear that Nate didn't know that Ford and James were his brothers.... Inez went to visit James. "Do I know you?" he asked. "No," she said and explained that she is Nate's mother. She tried to apologize to James, who was very confused. "What am I missing?" he asked. She told him that the money that had paid his hospital bill was the money Nate had found.
Greg went after Dani and tried to explain that he was doing all he could for her mother. He tried to convince her that the treatment she had found online might make Ta worse. Dani reminded him that he had fixed Matthew. Greg suggested Dani spend every moment she could with her mother.
Ta wanted a little time planning the wedding. "What else do you want to do before you die?" Todd asked. "Like a bucket list?" she replied. She wanted Todd and Dani to be good to each other. Todd insisted she think of some things she wanted to do. She started to talk about her girlhood fantasies. One of the things was making a crank phone call. She then did karaoke, jumped on a trampoline and played with a hula hoop. Todd drank a shot off her tummy. They wrapped it up by eating food she had stolen off of the room service cart.
Dani met Nate in the park and she broke down about her mom. "What if I never see her again," Dani wept. Todd called her and said Ta wanted to do something with them. Nate was coming, too. First stop was the Empire State Building in New York City. Dani thanked Todd for making her mother really happy. "That's the plan," he said.
Ford showed up at La Boulaie. Kelly admitted she had sent the text and needed to talk to him about Jessica. Kelly told Ford that Jessica has a communicable disease. "If you had sex with her you could have picked it up," Kelly added. Kelly said Jessica has Hep 3. Ford grew silent. "I dodged a bullet. Jessica and I did not have sex," Ford insisted. "Thank you for the warning," he said as he headed back to the hospital to check on James.
Jessica was overjoyed when Ford left and she knew without a doubt that she had not had sex with him.
Ford went back to the hospital and quietly asked the nurse for a blood test. "I might have picked up a virus, hepatitis C," he revealed.
Brody called Jessica and she made plans to meet him at Rodi's. Jessica finally let herself be happy about the baby. Jessica told Brody she had big news and he better sit down. Natalie approached John as well. "Can I just talk to you for a minute?" Natalie asked.
After Inez left James's room, Ford returned. James told him that Inez was Nate's mother. James also revealed that Inez had paid the bills and he wanted Ford to apologize to her. Ford just wanted James to get back in bed. "She had another kid. We have a brother," Ford said in the hallway.
Friday
Darren and Destiny were on a date and David joined them. David said that he was Destiny's BFF long before Darren came into the picture. David needed some advice from Destiny. He told her about Viki's ruse. Destiny told David that he loved Dorian "you just won't admit it."
Dorian posted on her page that Charlie was fired. Dorian told Kelly about Viki and Charlie's attempt to reunite Dorian and David. Kelly reminded Dorian that she was head over heels in love with him and had been in love with him since the 90s. Dorian posted that she had never been in love with David Vickers.
Darren got Dorian's post, which David read angrily. David grabbed Darren's phone and posted that he wouldn't take Dorian back. Dorian didn't think Darren would ever spew "such vile venom." Kelly thought that David probably was using Darren's account. "Two can play this game," Dorian said gleefully. Dorian called David a himbo. The two began a social networking site fight. Destiny told David to argue with Dorian face to face, so David headed to Dorian's "What are you doing here," Dorian demanded. "Step away from the computer Dorian," David said.
Rex called Kelly from Boston, then checked in to a hotel. Eli was right on his trail. Eli got a call from Lisa Williamson about her daughter Evangeline. Eli responded as Bennett Thompson. "I need a lawyer," she said. Bennett apparently went way back with Evangeline. Eli said it had been several years since he spoke to her. Eli did know about the coma. Lisa explained that the doctors put Evangeline on a ventilator and mentioned the living will Layla had found. Eli said he couldn't help her because he knew what Evangeline wanted. "I wouldn't waste my time," Eli suggested. Eli said that Evangeline drew up the will to keep the family from situations "like these."
Layla and Cristian were in Evangeline's hospital room. They insisted that Evangeline's living will was valid and were determined to do what Evangeline would have wanted. A lawyer showed up. Layla explained what had happened to Evangeline a few years ago. They showed Miss White (the lawyer) the will. The lawyer said that the will wasn't enough. Layla didn't know what to think and couldn't be sure of what Evangeline wanted. She thought maybe her mother was right. Layla asked what Cris would do if Antonio was in that bed. Cris reminded her that they were Catholic. Lisa told Layla and Cris she had spoken to a lawyer "and I know exactly what I am going to do," explaining she would "let my baby go."
Natalie could not tell John she was pregnant. At another table, Jessica insisted that Brody sit down. "I'm pregnant," she said with a smile. Brody jumped up on the table and announced he was going to be a dad. Natalie immediately shut down. "It doesn't explain why you were sick too," Jessica pointed out. Natalie thought she just had a stomach virus and added that she might be having sympathy morning sickness. Natalie headed to the bar. "Amazing news," John said. John ordered a beer for Natalie (which she didn't drink) and she quickly said she had been making a big deal about nothing. Natalie told Gigi that Jessica was pregnant, too. Gigi thought it probably was John's baby. Natalie had to know for sure. Brody told Jessica he was the happiest man in the world.... Gigi suggested that Natalie tell John. "There is another way. Don't tell John and get an abortion," Natalie said sadly.
Rex called Gigi from Boston. "Stay out of trouble," she warned him. Eli listened at the door and pretended to be Mr. Balsom with the room service guy. Eli picked up a knife and eyed it. Rex took his meal inside his room. Eli held a bottle of something, presumably poison. Rex began eating his dinner and soon passed out. A gloved Eli let himself into Rex's room.
