Monday

At the Llanview PD, Michael and Antonio staged an argument about Talia getting. They successfully distracted Eddie and took their argument to Ramsey's office, where they whispered between shouts about what really happened with Talia. John guessed that what Ramsey's up to is about more than just money and suggested he's trying to protect someone. Meanwhile, Ramsey was draping his bed-ridden guest with the Mendorran jewels. When he returned to the station, Eddie tattled that Vega and McBain were having an argument in Ramsey's office. Back at the penthouse, the guest became agitated while being spoon-fed by Janet. Ramsey rushed into the office and broke up the "escalating" argument, chastising the men for bringing their personal differences to work. The commissioner requested a word alone with Antonio and asked if he would like John to be fired. "Go ahead," Antonio shrugged. Ramsey commended Antonio on a job well done with the Mendorra theft. Meanwhile, Janet came running into the station and asked to speak with Ramsey. "She's very agitated," Janet breathlessly informed Ramsey, while John and Antonio eavesdropped. Ramsey ran back to the penthouse and handed the woman a photo. Her hand stopped shaking as he placed it in her hands.

Outside the impending shareholders' meeting, Clint assured the press that the threat of takeover was no longer an issue. Nora, Sarah, Jessica, Nash and Natalie arrived, but there was no sign of Jared, which Clint pointed out to Bo. Nash's sketchy partner Malcolm showed up and said he still hadn't heard from the Buchanans about the vineyard offer. Nash explained to Natalie that Malcolm was trying to buy out the vineyard but that Jared had agreed to step in.

Meanwhile, Jared stopped by La Boulaie to make one more plea to David to stay silent. David announced that he's not the only one Jared should be worried about and Jared quickly figured out that meant Dorian. Upstairs, Dorian apologized for what she was about to do, then poured alcohol into a drugged Charlie's mouth. She went downstairs to find Jared at her door and remarked that he's late for the shareholders' meeting. Jared wondered how she knew about that, but Dorian simply said she makes it her business to know about the Buchanans' business. After Dorian lied that she didn't care about outing Jared's scheme, he agreed to pay David in exchange for his silence. When David caught on that Dorian had something up her sleeve, she handed him a wad of cash and told him to get ready for a celebration she was expecting. The doorbell rang and two of Dorian's henchmen came in, adding to David's curiosity. Once David was gone, she instructed them to move her guest to the limo, then changed into an outfit more appropriate for a funeral than a shareholders' meeting.

Before the meeting started, Rex and Gigi shared an awkward exchange when Rex asked how she and Brody are doing. She dodged the question and went to pass out programs. Rex looked out over the Palace skylight as he took a deep breath. Jessica told Natalie that she had a romantic plan to tell Nash about the baby later that night.

After learning that Charlie never talked to Rex, Viki headed over to the hair salon and grilled Roxy about why she made him play along with her charade. Roxy wanted to let "sleeping dogs sleep" and keep the truth hidden. Viki expressed her concern that Charlie seems to have disappeared. Just as Viki was really getting upset, David walked in and Roxy took that as her cue to flee. Viki recalled received a text from Charlie and told David that texting is just not something Charlie does. David thought back to when he caught Dorian with a cell phone that wasn't hers. "A text ... really?" he inquired. "I think I may know what happened to your boyfriend." Just then, Charlie started to stir and called out Viki's name.

After Dorian's henchmen tossed a passed-out Charlie into an alley, she covered him with booze and tucked his cell phone into his pocket. "I guess that launches you, Charlie B.," she cryptically stated. Jared arrived late to the shareholders' meeting and came face-to-face with a nervous Nash. He assured Nash that the deal won't be a problem, and Nash apologized for treating Jared poorly in the past. "For what it's worth, welcome to the family," he offered. In front of a giant photo of Asa, Clint called the meeting to order and asked his family members to join him before getting started. Clint informed the audience that every takeover attempt has been "shot down hard," while Dorian lurked outside in her hat and sunglasses. When Clint asked if anyone has any questions, Dorian barged in and announced, "I do." She informed the audience that she's Dr. Dorian Lord, also a shareholder, and asked if the other shareholders know that BE has been perpetrating a fraud on them. Bo asked a security guard to escort Dorian out and Clint tried to get things back under his control, but reporters starting jumping all over him about Dorian's question. Clint insisted there was no fraud. Rex uttered to himself that Dorian's got her hand in everything, then found a note inside his program saying, "Your wife's been lying to you." Meanwhile, Dorian blurted out that Jared is not Asa's son nor a Buchanan at all. The only person who didn't look confused was Natalie, while Jared hung his head in shame.

Tuesday

During a clandestine meeting in the bathroom, Antonio and John discussed Ramsey's mystery guest. Meanwhile, the restrained figure at the penthouse looked at the photograph in her hand as Ramsey promised that she would get her life back soon. Back at the station, Antonio and Talia stole a few kisses in Ramsey's office while John kept watch. Eddie caught on that something was up, so John advised the secret lovers to wrap it up. The three of them put their heads together to figure out what Ramsey's up to, while Ramsey said good-night to his female visitor.

David mentioned to Viki that he might know what happened to Charlie, just as Charlie began to stir and uttered Viki's name. A bartender from Rodi's found him and tried to rouse him. Dripping with booze, Charlie slurred the words, "Not homeless. Viki ... Viki." Meanwhile, Viki told David that she fears Charlie's in trouble. Her cell phone rang with a call from Jeff, who dialed her on Charlie's phone. The bartender urged her to get there, so David didn't get a chance to tell Viki what he knows. Viki rushed to Charlie's side and learned from the bartender that he hadn't been drinking at Rodi's. Viki tried to talk to Charlie to find out what happened, but Charlie shook his head and was just able speak the words, "I ... didn't... drink."

At the shareholders' meeting, Dorian smugly announced that Jared is not a Buchanan and offered proof. Dorian charged the board with grossly mismanaging the company by letting an impostor infiltrate BE. She also made it a point to say that Asa's grandsons, residing in London, are certainly not to blame. "That's big of her," cracked Nora, while Clint lamented to Bo that he was just starting to trust Jared. Jessica stood up in Jared's defense, but Dorian pointed out that if Jared is a Buchanan, then Jessica's sister is sleeping with her uncle. Gasps were heard around the room as Jessica's jaw dropped. Security was about to haul her off the stage when Malcolm piped up that he'd like to hear what she has to say. The other shareholders agreed and cheered her on. Dorian presented Pamela Stuart, who apologized for lying that Jared was her and Asa's son and revealed that Valerie and Charlie Banks are Jared's parents. Dorian clarified that Charlie Banks and Charlie Balsom are one and the same, which sent another shockwave through the room.

Outside, Rex paced and thought back to the toothbrush incident and Adriana suddenly becoming sick as he questioned her. As he heard voices being raised in the next room, he ran in and was shocked to learn that Charlie isn't his real father. Gigi tried to comfort Rex, who showed her the note he'd received and asked what she knew about it. Bo and Clint didn't know what to believe, and Jared was confused as to why Pamela would sell him out. "Sorry," she whispered before walking out. Clint assured the shareholders that Buchanan or no Buchanan, Jared is a positive influence on the company. Quite the opposite, Dorian argued. She then delivered the biggest shocker of all: She has purchased enough shares to become the owner of BE. Bo tried to dismiss the meeting and Dorian's claims. "Sorry, gentlemen," Dorian smirked. "The king is dead. Long live the queen." Dorian celebrated by drinking champagne with another shareholder, while Jared explained to the Buchanans how he managed to pull off his ruse. Jared delivered a heartfelt apology and walked out. When Jessica began to accuse Natalie of lying right along with Jared, Nat declared that she loves Jared and followed him to the Palace skylight.

Roxy returned to the salon once Viki was out of sight. Nervous about the repercussions of her lies, Roxy debated coming clean or leaving town. David and Roxy both agreed that the truth is overrated. Meanwhile, Viki tried to get Charlie up when it appeared that he'd stopped breathing. She dialed 911 and requested an ambulance. While waiting for the ambulance, she began to perform CPR and begged, "Charlie, don't do this!"

Jessica was about to tell Nash her good news when Malcolm interrupted and announced that Jared now has no leg to stand on when it comes to buying him out of the vineyard. Nash hunted down Jared in the hallway and punched him square in the jaw. Clint asked Dorian if she did this because he broke up with her. When she laughed in his face, he nearly strangled her to death. Meanwhile, Nash was yelling at Natalie for her indirectly causing him and Jess to lose the vineyard, so Jared pulled Nash away from her and mistakenly sent him over the balcony edge and through the glass skylight.

Wednesday

In a slow-motion recap of yesterday's episode, a song played over the scenes of Clint lunging at Dorian's throat and Rex saving Gigi from falling glass just as Nash came crashing through the skylight and onto the floor below. Everyone went running from the conference room to see what happened. Bo called 911, Natalie insisted it was an accident, and Nora snapped at Dorian that it's all her fault. Down below, Jessica ran to an unconscious Nash's side and begged him not to die. The paramedics arrived and determined that he was still breathing. Gigi, meanwhile, was totally shaken by the whole experience and asked Rex to stay with her. Dorian listened as two cops taped up the area where Nash fell and said they heard it had something to do with the BE takeover. Dorian returned to the conference room and called the hospital seeking an update on Nash. She wasn't able to get one (for patient privacy reasons, booyah!) so she nervously assured herself that it was all Jared's fault for "overextending himself."

Talia acted as the lookout as John sifted through the contents of Ramsey's desk drawers. Eddie barged in to see who was in Ramsey's office and found Talia setting her gun and badge on the desk. "It's about time," Eddie sneered. At the penthouse, Ramsey tried to calm his agitated guest, who appeared to afflicted with Restless Legs Syndrome. Antonio came face-to-face with Janet at Ramsey's door, and Ramsey was surprised to find the detective in his home. Antonio pretended to be checking in on Ramsey after he left the station in such a rush. When Ramsey reminded Antonio that he's an employee, not a friend, Antonio started to get worked up about wanting "his cut" of the jewel heist. Ramsey advised Antonio to be patient and noted that their conversations should take place at the station from now on.

Two paramedics groaned that Charlie brought this problem on himself as they wheeled him into the ER on a gurney. Viki told Michael that Charlie hadn't had a drink in months and she didn't understand what was going on. Michael was tending to Charlie when Nash was rushed in, followed by Jessica and her family. Jared heard that Charlie was there, too, so he ran to his father's side. Viki, who was still in the room, overheard Jared call him "Dad" and was utterly confused. Natalie ushered Viki out by telling her about Nash, while Jared looked over Charlie's chart and saw that Charlie had alcohol poisoning. "What have I done?" Jared cried, then told his father he doesn't want to lose him.

Meanwhile, Michael asked a hysterical Jessica to leave and let him do his job as he checked out Nash, who remained unconscious. Viki asked Clint what was going on and learned that Dorian had exposed Jared's real identity at the meeting. When she realized that Dorian had set this all in motion, she was furious. Natalie explained that Jared and Nash were arguing about the vineyard when Nash started yelling at Natalie. Viki didn't understand how Natalie was to blame, so Nat had to admit that she and Jared are in love. Viki didn't look too pleased. In the elevator, Sarah told Bo how she had become friends with Nash and was scared to lose him. She also mentioned placing a call to her father and her mother, if she knew where Tina was. Michael informed Jessica and the family that there's no way Nash would survive surgery with all this injuries. Jessica cried and cried upon realizing that she's about to lose her husband.

Antonio returned to the station and had another bathroom meeting with John, who revealed that he'd found some medical files and X-rays among Ramsey's things. Antonio announced that there's definitely someone staying at Ramsey's place and that he managed to plant a bug while he was there. John was confident that they'd soon find out what and who Ramsey is hiding.

Layla visited Adriana with a new design and learned that Dorian tried to bribe Brody to leave town before the wedding. Meanwhile, Rex asked Gigi what she knows about the note but changed his mind and took off to confront Adriana. He returned home bloodied from the incident and informed Adriana that Charlie isn't his father. He showed her the cryptic note and asked what Adriana knows. "Maybe I lied," she confessed. Rex demanded to know what she lied about — before they go away on their honeymoon together.

After watching a news report about Dorian's victory, David was thrilled about the monetary spoils that were sure to come his way. He and Dorian later toasted to her success, but David surprised her by asking what she'd done with Charlie Banks/Balsom.

Thursday

While hitting the bottle with Brody, Gigi admitted that she fears Adriana's going to spill the beans about Shane. Gigi was visibly shaken by what happened at the Palace, and Brody noted that she's in shock. He wrapped a blanket around her and said he used to meditate in Afghanistan. She asked what he would think about, and he said he would imagine things that made him happy but wasn't specific. Meanwhile, Rex told Adriana about Nash's accident and accused her of being more concerned that Rex was with Gigi than with what happened to Nash. She confessed that Gigi has been coming between them for months and so has Shane, and that's why she brought Brody to Llanview. Upset but not surprised by Adriana's deceit, Rex pointed out that Adriana's become just like her mother. She begged him to give her another chance and told him how much she loves him, but Rex shook her and stormed out, accidentally knocking over a photo of them.

Dorian challenged David to search the house if he's so certain that Charlie is there. She even swore on Adriana's life while denying that she stashed Charlie at La Boulaie. David could hardly believe how easily Dorian lied to him. Dorian then revealed that she never planned to give David a cut of her BE winnings and sent him on his way.

Michael tried to rationally explain to Jessica the reasons why Nash wasn't going to survive, but she refused to say good-bye to her husband. Natalie went to check on Jared and revealed that Nash is dying. Jessica ran off to the chapel and begged God not to leave her daughter without a father. She cried that she was going to tell Nash about her pregnancy that night. Realizing that time was running out, Viki and Clint ran off to find Jessica. Bo and Sarah went in to say good-bye to Nash in the meantime. When Bo asked if there was anything they could do for him, he asked to see Jess. Bo tried to keep Jared from going into Nash's room, where Jared and Natalie received a chilly reception from Sarah. Natalie promised Nash that she would take care of Bree and Jessica for him, and Jared assured Nash that he would spend his whole life making up for this.

Viki and Clint found Jessica in the chapel and advised her to be strong for Nash and pray at his bedside. Jessica returned to the ER and stared down Natalie as she came out of Nash's room with Jared. Still not used to the idea, Viki did a double-take when Jared mentioned that he was going to sit with his father. Jared held his father's hand and was ecstatic when Charlie started to wake up. Natalie expressed her remorse to Clint and Viki for the chain of events that put Nash in the hospital, while Jessica told Nash that she's pregnant. Viki and Clint brought in Bree, and Jessica held her up to Nash so that he could say good-bye. Clint told Nash that he's a good man and thanked him for loving Jessica. They left Jess alone with Nash and she cried and held his hand as he became even weaker. Unable to speak, he drew an invisible heart on her hand, just like he did when she was in the hospital. He removed his oxygen mask and kissed her before dying.

Friday

Jessica spent the night at Llanfair and dreamed that Nash's death was a nightmare. When she woke up and touched the place in bed beside her, there was no one there. In the kitchen, Todd asked Viki how Jessica was doing and impressed her with his offer to feed Bree, but he really put his foot in his mouth by calling Blair the "bitch who stole his children." Viki told him to never use that word in her house again, then went upstairs to check on Jessica. Viki advised her daughter to take good care of herself for Bree and for the baby that she's carrying, but Jessica started to freak out about all the things she should have said to keep Nash from getting involved with that sketchy investor. Viki managed to calm Jess a little bit when Natalie knocked on the door. Viki excused herself, and Jess asked Natalie if sleeping with Jared was worth Nash dying. When Natalie claimed that she loves Jared, Jessica slapped her and called Natalie a hateful person that she wants nothing to do with. After getting kicked out of Jessica's bedroom, Natalie cried to Viki about what happened, and Viki advised Natalie to give Jessica time. Later, Viki held Jessica as she cried and screamed that she wished Nash hadn't died.

Meanwhile, Addie, Blair, Langston and Starr convened in the living room at La Boulaie for a meeting called by Dorian, who unveiled a Cramer Enterprises poster with their photos on it. "I look so...corporate," Addie remarked. All the Cramer women expressed their disdain for Dorian's plan, followed by Adriana, who'd walked in late. "Ingrates," she complained to Adriana after everyone walked out on her. Dorian started to show her the five-year plan for CE and told Adriana she can have all that she desires. Adriana noted that all she ever wanted was Rex and now he's gone. Dorian swore that didn't make her happy, so Adriana showed her the letter Rex received at the meeting and accused her of writing it. That letter caused Rex to distrust his wife and forced Adriana to come clean about bringing Brody to town, Adriana explained. When Dorian argued that all she's ever wanted is to protect her daughter, Adriana seethed that the only thing she needs protecting from is Dorian, then stormed out.

After Natalie suggested that Rex ask Charlie why he lied about being Rex's father, Rex decided to consult Bo instead. He offered to do whatever he can to help out the Buchanans and find out how Dorian got her hands on all those BE shares, but Bo suggested he run that by his new wife first. Rex admitted that he didn't confront Charlie because he was embarrassed that as a PI, he didn't even pick up on the scam. Shane came by to accompany Matthew to school and asked Rex how married life is. Bo sent Shane to go find Matthew, then offered to always be Rex's sounding board. Meanwhile, Charlie explained to Jared that the last thing he remembered was being at the ER with Rex a few days earlier and then the next thing he knew he was waking up in the alley behind Rodi's. It just didn't add up, Charlie noted.

Starr was overwhelmed by the other Cramer women as they asked her about the baby. After a deliveryman served Todd with some papers, he ran over to La Boulaie and broke in through the kitchen. Blair called out for Shaun, who came face-to-face with Todd's new bodyguard, Keys. Todd announced that he was there to talk about the restraining order.
