Monday

John and Ramsey were seatmates on Aer Lingus. The cop suggested they find Ramsey's informant right away, and spent the flight tearing apart Patrick's book of poetry, hoping to find a clue to the whereabouts of Patrick's enemies. Sure enough, John found a clue in the book.

In Ireland, Cole and Marty were kept prisoner in a padlocked room. One of their captors insisted that Marty "give us the names." "I can't help you," a
frustrated Marty replied. Cole accused his mother of knowing something. "It is about your father. He died with a secret," she admitted. Marty told her
son that Patrick didn't die in a car crash. "He was murdered." Cole wondered if Marty had planned to keep this a secret forever. Their captor returned and threatened that one of them would watch the other die if Marty didn't give them the names.

Blair and Todd surprised Starr on Thanksgiving. Starr asked about her baby brother. Todd said he'd return to Texas whenever they got word on his
whereabouts.

Nash wanted to talk to Natalie about Jared. He rattled off a list of Jared's bad habits — eating anchovies on pizza, snoring, etc. Unaffected, Natalie said she now sees Jared in a different way.

Meanwhile, Jared told Nigel, "I know everything about David being a Buchanan." Jared wanted to make a deal with Nigel. "What are you going to do for me?" Jared asked. "This family owes me." Jared wanted the envelope that Asa had entrusted to Nigel. "The Bank of Buchanan is closed," Nigel quipped. Jared brought Nigel up to speed on Clint aiming a shotgun at David. He threatened to rat out Nigel by telling the family about David Vickers. Nigel begged Jared to wait and handed him the envelope. Jared read the letter and decided he could be Asa's long-lost son, so he could get a seat on the board of Buchanan Enterprises. He rattled off a list of 10 reasons why he'd be a better Buchanan than David. Nigel reminded Jared that if he went ahead with pretending to be a Buchanan, he would have to give up any idea of a romance
with Natalie. They would be related by blood. "This will really crystallize your priorities, Mr. Banks," Nigel remarked. "What is more important — love or money?"

Alex left David. "You've already cheated on me with Dorian Lord," she cried. Alex admitted she has no money, nothing, nada, and confessed that she lied to David. "You married me to pay off your credit card bills," David cried. "I'm poor again." Alex suggested he ask the Buchanans for a loan.
As she drove out of town, she backed up over a coyote she imagined to be Dorian.

Dorian said goodbye to Clint, who let her know that he's now "happier than I've been in months." Dorian gave Clint one last chance to talk her out of
leaving, but he wasn't interested. Clint called his kissing Nora a mistake, but added that he "didn't want to be played for a fool. It's the end of
us." Dorian assured Clint there was no "me and David." Despite that promise, Clint didn't think they could make it work and hoped they could
be civil when they run into each other in the future. Dorian left, but not before she told Clint she still wanted to give it a try. David returned to
the living room and asked for a possible ride back to Llanview. Clint suggested he hitch a ride with Dorian.

Tuesday

Viki and Charlie met for coffee. Charlie explained how sorry he was about what his drinking did to his son's life, and that now he wants a chance to make amends. She was positive Charlie would locate him, but warned that the son might need some time to learn to trust Charlie again. Just then, Charlie got a call from the private eye he'd hired — Charlie's son had been found. An excited but nervous Charlie rushed out. He soon showed up at the Buchanan ranch and nearly stumbled on Dorian on the ground.

Clint told Nora that Dorian handled the whole situation about their kiss badly. Nora and Clint played down the smooch, but clearly it meant a great deal to both of them. Clint heard moaning in the bushes. (Dorian, perhaps?) Clint thought it was a coyote. David joined them in the parking area and told them that their kiss was "one hell of a big deal."
Clint kindly asked David to "get off this ranch." David called Dorian and thought he heard her Blackberry ringing. He found the matchbook for the Bon Jour diner and remembered Dorian had wanted Moe's bouillabaisse recipe. David rushed into the diner and came face-to-face with Viki.

Clint and Nora made plans to head back to Llanview. Clint said that he'd move out of the mansion now that Nora had control of it. Nora assured him that there was plenty of room in the house for him and asked if this was about the kiss. Clint thought it was a bad idea for them to live under the same roof.
Nora said she'd move out too. Clint realized Nora was tricking him into staying. Clint agreed and the two shook hands, but clearly wanted to kiss.

In the living room at the ranch, David explained that he and his new wife Alex were taking a break. Jared pulled out some of David's hair. Jared sent David to the front lawn where he had last seen Dorian. Natalie started to touch Jared but Jared was quite unresponsive. Natalie asked, "What's the problem? Did you change your mind about us?" Jared didn't reply immediately. He backpedaled and told Natalie he didn't want to hurt her. Natalie accused him of feeling sorry for her, and she wondered why they couldn't just have a good time together. They began kissing.

Renee told Jared that Asa would have liked him so much. She gave him a box of the dirt Asa had dug in his early career. Then Renee asked Nigel to get some glasses and they'd have one last toast to Asa. Nigel stopped the conversation by saying, "There is something I have to say to you all." Jared looked concerned. Nigel assured everyone he would remain in service to the Buchanans in Llanview. He apologized to Asa's photo and promised that no one should know "your son is David Vickers, including Vickers himself."

Cristian and Sarah hung out at Sarah's apartment. Cris told Sarah that he had really missed her when she was in Texas, and added he was a little jealous when he learned Jared showed up. They almost kissed but then Layla came home. She reported that she'd been with Evangeline and there was no improvement. The conversation then focused on Evangeline and her condition and it was clear that Cris wasn't over her. Sarah looked sad upon realizing that. However, moments later she and Cristian were kissing.

Antonio and Talia cleaned up the diner. While they worked, Antonio talked about his past gang life. They hung out for a while, then Talia left. She soon returned and gave Antonio a big, fat kiss.

Wednesday

Cristian and Sarah kissed passionately, as did Antonio and Talia. Sarah told Cristian she'd never been kissed like that. Then she asked if he was kissing her "because Evangeline isn't here."
Sarah suspected that Cris was still in love with Vangie and he's still waiting for her. "She could get better," Sarah allowed. She asked Cristian how he would feel if that happened. "Would you be happy as her friend or more?" she queried. Sarah pulled back and said they were better off staying as friends. She showed Cris the door. "See you at work," she said as he left. Layla came out and asked if Sarah was okay. Sarah began to cry. Layla thought Cris might be falling for Sarah. Just then, Talia showed up at Layla and Sarah's apartment. "Please just shoot me. I finally did it. I kissed Antonio and he turned me down flat. I totally blew it," Talia rattled as she plopped on their sofa. The three women drank some wine. Layla thought Antonio was going to come crawling to Talia.

Moments earlier, Talia and Antonio's kiss ended. "I couldn't help myself," she apologized. Talia had just confessed that "her boyfriend George" never existed, so she decided to take a risk and reach out to Antonio. "Do you think you could feel the same way about me?" she asked. Antonio rattled off all of Talia's wonderful qualities, including the fact that she'd been such a good friend. Then he got serious. "You were brave putting yourself on the line like that," he said. "I'm going to hate myself, but I can't." Antonio tried to explain that they work together, and "I'm not ready for anybody." Talia said she was okay with that and referred to what she was feeling as "a little crush" and nothing more. She ran off and started to cry. "I'm such a moron," she said to herself.

Cristian returned to the diner and considered the thought that he may still be hung up on Evangeline. He and Antonio started talking about women and worried what if the right one came along and they missed her.

Charlie found Dorian in the yard at the ranch. She came to as Charlie and Chuck helped her to her feet. Dorian refused their help back into the ranch. She denied having been drinking but didn't remember how she was knocked out. Seconds later, she recalled being hit by a blonde driving a car. Chuck went to get her some ibuprofen. Dorian walked Charlie through a check up, starting with the flashlight in her eyes. Dorian gave herself a clean bill of health. She opened up to Charlie about what had happened with Clint, and offered to help Charlie find whomever he was looking for at the Buchanan ranch. She thought the person Charlie was looking for was back in Llanview. Soon, Charlie found himself on his way to Llanview with Dorian on a private jet. He called Viki and gave her the update, but of course didn't mention where he was heading.

Viki was startled, to say the least, when David walked into the diner. David was convinced it was Niki in that waitress outfit. Viki denied it. David grabbed her and demanded that Viki come out. Noelle came to Viki's defense and knocked David out with a frying pan. Viki assured Noelle he wasn't dead and added that David was about as "dangerous as a sponge." He woke up and asked Viki for an explanation as to why she was at this truck stop. Viki explained that she was reinventing herself. She wondered what would have happened if she didn't have all that money. "I realized I could live this way," she said. "Do they know they are slinging hash with one of the richest women in the country? How do you think they would feel if they knew you were scamming them?" David asked. Viki insisted that she hadn't done anyone harm by leading a simpler life. She admitted to being in the diner when Alex, Dorian and David had been there a few days previously. He confessed that Alex wasn't a wealthy person. David told her that Dorian and Clint had a falling out, but he couldn't believe that Viki was happy in Paris, Texas. David overheard Viki's conversation with Charlie and began teasing her about her new boyfriend.

Thursday

In County Clare, Ireland, Ramsey and John paid a man for information about the whereabouts of Marty and Cole. John and Ramsey crept onto an estate, clearly getting closer. Gunshots rang out as John and Ramsey blasted their way into a cell, but it was empty.

Earlier, Simon, Patrick's best friend, was thrown into the cell with Marty and Cole. "You've got your dad's eyes," he told Cole. Simon assured them that "these people" will kill them if they don't cooperate. "My dad wasn't a terrorist," Cole insisted. Simon pulled a gun on them and threatened to kill them himself "if you don't tell me what I want to know." Marty was horrified to realize that Simon had killed Patrick. "Did Patrick have a safe deposit box, a hiding place, a mistress?" he asked Marty. He grabbed Cole and put the gun to his head.

Dorian hobbled into her living room. Blair told her aunt that Todd had not found his son yet. Blair met Charlie. Charlie expressed his gratitude to Dorian for the guest room and the ride to Llanview in the jet. Dorian gave him directions to where he might find his son. "He owns a vineyard," she said. Dorian assured Starr that Cole would be found, and convinced the worried teen to go to school. The coast now clear, Dorian told Blair that she slept with David after she caught Nora and Clint kissing. "Nora is going to regret the day she ever crossed me," Dorian exclaimed as she limped out.

Bo welcomed Nora and Clint home. While they were away, Bo had done some digging into Jared Banks' past. Bo and Clint doubted there was any long-lost Buchanan son, as there had been so many false alarms in the past. Bo wasn't upset to hear that Clint and Dorian had split up. Nigel caught up with Jared in the foyer and hoped he had changed his mind about being a Buchanan. He had not. Jared charged in. Bo and Clint told him they know about his prison record. Nigel came in and told the Buchanans that it was time to open the envelope Asa had left his long-lost son. Nora left the sitting room. Natalie charged in and asked Jared to breakfast.

At home, Nash and Jessica went through their mail. Natalie popped by and pointed out that no one liked Nash in the beginning, "and see how that worked out for you." Nash and Jessica weren't thrilled about the prospect of a Natalie/Jared romance. Natalie didn't think Jared would be using her to get back at Jessica.

Gigi brought Marcie some groceries. David greeted Gigi when she knocked on Viki's door. "Who are you?" she asked. "What did you do to Viki?" Viki introduced David to a wide-eyed Gigi and quickly explained that they were just friends. David teased Viki about her new boyfriend Charlie. Charlie called Viki when he was standing outside his son's door, and Viki gave him a pep talk. Gigi left Marcie's groceries outside her door. David started rifling through the food when Marcie opened the door and the two stared at each other.

Todd grabbed Michael and demanded to know where Marcie was. Michael suggested Todd just kill him because he had lost everything anyway. Todd taunted Michael by muttering, "You are never going to see him (Tommy) again." He left as Michael sat on the floor and sobbed.

Friday

With Bo and Clint watching, Nigel opened the letter from Asa meant for his long-lost son. Nigel began reading. Asa wrote that the last seat on the board of Buchanan Enterprises belongs to my "child and heir, Jared Banks." Bo and Clint were shocked and inspected the letter. "Gentlemen, we're being played," Bo said. "Do we want this jailbird to be Pa's son?" Clint asked. He didn't think they should tell Jared about the letter but Bo said maybe they should before things got too tight with Jared and Natalie. Nigel walked out to get Jared and saw him passionately kissing Natalie. Bo and Clint told Jared about the letter. "Asa claims that you are his son," Clint said. "I don't want to be his son," Jared insisted. Natalie looked a little pale (you think?). Jared stressed he didn't want to be Asa's son, "because if I'm your brother," Jared reasoned, "that makes Natalie my niece." Natalie looked a little sicker at that thought. Jared shivered at the thought of being her uncle. Bo and Clint began questioning Jared about his parentage. His father had died when he was a baby, Jared claimed. Nigel entered the living room; apparently there was a visitor there to see Jared.

Nash opened the door and saw Charlie. Charlie asked for Jared Banks. Nash said he wasn't there, but he knew him. Charlie identified himself as Jared's "old friend." Nash told Charlie about Jared's way of handling things.
Charlie said he was sorry. Nash added the Jared had been sponging off "my wife's family" and pointed him to the Buchanan mansion. His parting words were, "Watch your back. I don't think he's the man you used to know." Charlie looked sad.

Viki warned Gigi and Noelle about David, saying that he was a very handsome and charming "package of trouble." David came into the diner and asked Viki to sneak him a poached egg under her skirt. David, though, kept thinking about that woman he saw at the motel. Mo and Noelle each gave David a piece of their pie. David thought they were equally good, which started an argument between the two bakers. David overheard Viki's conversation with Todd. She repeated the fact that Todd was offering a million dollars for his son. A light bulb went off in David's head. The woman he had just seen was Marcie! He ran, ran, ran to the motel.

Todd called Viki and brought her up to date on the status of Tommy and how Marcie is on the run. Viki agreed to run an article in The Banner and encouraged Todd to call her whenever he needs to.

David thought he recognized Marcie (with long hair wig). Marcie just smiled.
Marcie donned a southern drawl and David thought she looked like a girl he dumped in high school. Marcie ripped the groceries out of David's hands. She packed up her and Tommy's things and opened the door ready to leave. However, David was parked in the doorway. "Hello, Marcie," he said.

Starr showed up at Todd's office. He told her about the international site for missing children and showed her the page he set up for Tommy Manning.
Todd helped Starr upload a video of Cole to the Web site. He reminded Starr that John was looking for Cole and Marty. Then he made some flyers about Cole for Starr to post around school.

Two thugs threw Marty and Cole into a van. Marty saw John and Ramsey staking out the vehicle, but John put his finger to his mouth, asking her to stay quiet. Ramsey was delighted to see Simon in the van. The thugs spotted John and Ramsey, took away their weapons and forced both men onto their knees. John told Simon he has what he wants, and offered Simon the computer chip he had found in Patrick's book of poetry. He would give it to them if they released the hostages. John didn't have the chip on him, however. Ramsey piped in and said John wasn't authorized to make deals. Ignoring that, John made an arrangement to hand over the chip but wanted a chance to talk to Cole and Marty alone. He then went to get the chip. Ramsey thought John was crazy to make a deal. Ramsey shot at the van and blew out the tires; John and Ramsey saw the van tumble into a ravine.
