Monday
Dani entered Starr's apartment and found Eli holding Starr and Hope hostage. Eli forced them into Starr's car. Dani wondered how Eli could have killed Ross. Starr pleaded with Eli to stop the car. When Eli passed out, Starr took the wheel and said they should go to the hospital. A weak Eli instructed her to drive him to a hospital, but not one in Llanview. Starr drove him to the Cherryvale clinic where she saw Price. Eli held a gun to her. "Don't even think about it," he said. Dani fetched supplies in the clinic while Starr stayed with Eli and her daughter, and urged Eli to ask Todd for as much money as he wanted. After she convinced Eli to let her change Hope's diaper, Starr sent Hope away from the car, then tried to wrestle the gun out of Eli's hands. In the clinic, Dani grabbed what she needed, barely missing Téa.
Natalie told Rex that hormones made her do strange things. Viki entered the kitchen and told them that Echo DiSavoy was what's wrong. Natalie couldn't believe that Echo and Charlie had slept together. Echo is a "con artist who has seen much better days," sniffed Viki.
John and Todd burst into Starr's apartment and found Hope's dead babysitter. John called in an APB on Starr's car, while Todd swore he'd rip Eli's face off with his bare hands. John and Natalie went through Starr's apartment collecting evidence. John asked Natalie to run a test on some blood they found in Starr's apartment. Natalie promised to get Todd the results ASAP.
Téa wondered why her family hadn't come to see her. The nurse promised to try again to contact Todd, then gave Téa a pill to calm down her nerves. Téa tried to get up, but collapsed back in bed.
Destiny and Sean were delighted to see that Greg was awake. He tried to speak but couldn't get words out. He finally blurted out the name "Téa," then started to hyperventilate. Natalie arrived at the hospital and hovered outside Greg's room until Destiny left. When she slipped inside, Greg told her that Téa was alive.
Echo vowed that Queen Victoria wasn't going to run her out of town, then approached Clint. "Well well well, Clint Buchanan, looking as handsome as ever," she said. Clint walked away and ordered a bourbon as Echo followed, insisting she was there with the best of intentions. Reminding Clint of their torrid affair, Echo touched his shoulder. "That murder bit was unfortunate, I admit that," she acknowledged.
Rex ran into Clint at Rodi's and Clint reminded him he had to keep the secret about David from Bo. Rex hated being in the middle of the mess, then was introduced to Echo. "She's visiting us from another planet," Clint quipped. After Rex left, Echo told Clint he reminded her of Asa. "I'll take that as a compliment," Clint. Meanwhile, Rex returned to Viki's and reported that he'd just met Echo DiSavoy, and she was sticking around town. "You're hired," was Viki's reply.
Tuesday
Matthew visited Bo in his office, hoping to hang out and do some homework. Matthew knew that Eli was alive and wondered if the police had found Starr and Dani. Matthew declared that he wanted Eli to "be strung up." Bo was concerned that Matthew was beginning to think a lot more like Clint and Asa.
Natalie couldn't believe her ears when Greg said Téa was alive. Outside of Greg's room, Marty ran into Natalie. She asked how Greg was. Marty admitted that Greg had said something about Téa. Marty and Natalie began to argue. Natalie made reference to Starr and Hope being in danger. "I thought you knew," Natalie said. John joined the women. A distraught and worried Marty ran off.
Todd told Blair that Starr, Hope and Dani were in trouble. Blair was shocked to learn that Eli had murdered the babysitter. Blair admitted that she never really knew Eli. Todd wondered what Eli's plan was and thought Eli probably just wanted money. Blair hoped that Todd was right. Todd kept threatening to kill Eli while Blair just wept, "I want my babies back."
Danielle entered Téa's room, but Téa had managed to get to the stairwell of the clinic. Dani swiped all the medication she could out of her mom's room, never seeing the family photo on the floor. Dani ran into the maintenance guy, who grabbed the stuff that she had stolen. Dani begged and he gave her back her stuff. Dani ran off to get the medications to Starr and Eli.
Starr took Hope out of the car and urged the tot to run away from the car. Starr then tried to get Eli's gun, but he woke up and grabbed her hand. Eli accused Starr of trying to make a break for it. They struggled and Starr ran off, but Eli grabbed her and dragged her back to the car. Eli screamed in pain as he fought with Starr. Starr managed to run away, picked up Hope and headed up the stairs of Cherryvale. She got into what was Téa's room and barricaded the door. Hope picked up the photo of Todd, Téa and Dani. Starr wondered how that got there. Starr got to the phone and almost called the police, but remembered Eli's threatening words. She decided to call Cole instead.
Téa crept down the stairs. She opened the door and was face to face with Eli. "Thank God," she said as she fell into his arms. Eli discovered that Téa knew she was going to live and that she hadn't seen Todd and Dani yet. "I'm here now and I say it's time for you to get home," he said kindly. Téa noticed that Eli had a gunshot wound. Eli said that Todd had shot him. "Why?" she asked.... Dani raced down the stairs. Eli was glad to see her with the medication and forced Dani into the car. It appeared that Téa was in the trunk.
Hannah overheard Cole leaving a message for Starr. He was staying at Marty's because Eli was alive and he wanted to keep an eye on her. John showed up and asked Cole if he'd heard from Starr. "What's going on?" Cole asked. John told Cole that all the three girls were taken hostage. Cole began to panic. John did his best to keep Cole calm. "Eli is a psycho," Cole said frantically. John promised him that everything would be okay. Cole was frustrated and told Hannah that he should have protected them. Hannah urged Cole to go and find them. "Eli is not going to come after me," Hannah said confidently. Cole left. Hannah picked up Cole's phone and saw that it was Starr. Hannah answered. Starr wasn't happy. Starr gave Hannah instructions as to where she was and where Cole needed to come.
Cole entered his and Starr's apartment and found blood and Hope's toys on the floor. Marty came to the door and embraced her son. Marty assured Cole that Starr loves him. Cole blamed himself for the situation Starr and Hope were in.... John and Natalie wondered about Greg's patient at Cherryvale. John headed over to Cherryvale, only to hear a car race out of the parking lot.... Starr heard and knock and opened the door thinking it was Cole. It was Hannah. "Cole couldn't come," Hannah said.
Wednesday
A bedridden Jessica followed the news about the kidnappings from her laptop. She was very worried about her cousins. Brody assured her the police would find the girls and that it didn't matter who was the father of her baby. "It's all good," he said.
The three somber Ford brothers were at Bo's press conference. Inez was singled out as she had done an excellent job organizing the volunteers. A grateful Ford told Inez he has his job back thanks to her and Clint. Cole showed up and glared at James. Cole grabbed James and blamed him for Starr and Hope's disappearance. James said he was sorry but then the two guys started punching each other. Bo and Ford broke them up. Nate said if anyone was to blame, it was him. Nate and James agreed that Starr, Hope and Dani's return was of the utmost importance. Bo reminded Cole that Eli had kidnapped the girls; it wasn't James' or Nate's fault.
Kelly ran the phone bank at the office and thanked the volunteers for their work. She asked them to ask their higher power for help as well. Rex listened from outside the office, then went in and asked if he could go into the archives for his new client, Viki. He also asked if there was something he could do for Kelly. After doing some research, Rex said that Clint and Echo had an affair back in the day.
Hannah returned home much to Marty's relief. Marty wondered where Hannah had been all night. She said she was handing out flyers. Marty asked about the scratches on Hannah's neck. Hannah claimed she fell in some bushes. Hannah brought Marty some tea and thanked her for taking her in. Hannah admitted there was a part of her that wanted Cole for herself. Hannah took the blame for the kidnapping. If Cole had been with Starr, then none of this would have happened. Cole barged into his mother's house and explained to them that he had gotten into a fight with James. Cole began to cry, as he was so worried about Starr and Hope. Marty headed out and said she'd drop by the police station. Hannah started to cry and said she wasn't okay. "Is it about Starr?" Cole asked her. Hannah nodded yes. "I have to tell you what really happened to Starr and Hope," she said cryptically.
Clint comforted Viki. Clint assured Viki that the girls would be alright. Viki was very worried about Todd. Clint told her he had run into Echo. Viki groaned at the mention of her name. Viki told Clint that Rex was doing investigative work for her on Echo. Clint and Viki went upstairs to talk to Jessica. She told them there was a chance Brody wasn't the father of her baby. Jessica told them about what happened the night of the prom. Clint demanded to know who the man was who took advantage of her. Jessica told them the man she had had sex with was Robert Ford. "You are not the first woman he's preyed on," Viki said. Clint became enraged and Viki tried to calm him down. Jessica explained that she had gone to him that night. "This baby probably isn't Ford's and even if it is,Ford doesn't want it," Jessica explained. She shared that Brody is committed to loving that baby no matter who the father is. Viki begged Clint not to do anything foolish. "I'm not going to make anything worse," he said as he headed out. Viki was clearly worried. Jessica thought Clint was heading straight to Robert Ford. Viki urged Jessica to have the paternity test. "Find out the truth," Viki advised her.
Markko showed up at Dorian's door and Langston fell in his arms. "Our friends need us," Markko said when he asked Langston to come with him to be with Cole. "We are going to be strong for Cole," Markko told her.
Echo arrived at Dorian's door and snapped her photo. "It's me. Echo," Echo said with a grin. Dorian thought Echo was delusional to think they were ever friends. Dorian proudly told her that she was the mayor of Llanview. Echo was aware of the missing girls. Echo reminded Dorian they had something in common; they both hated Queen Victoria. Echo knew what Dorian had done to Charlie and all about Dorian's takeover of BE. Dorian blew up at Echo. "There's been a kidnapping," Dorian yelled. Echo said that Viki refused to give her a job. Echo wanted to take a photo of Dorian to help find Starr and Hope. Dorian showed her the door.
Brody and Ford came face to face. Ford admitted to feeling something for Jessica's baby now that Hope had gone missing. Brody reminded Ford that the baby was Jessica's, not his. "So put it out of your mind permanently," Brody said firmly.
Clint showed up at the police station and tracked down Ford. Ford thanked him for getting him his job back. Clint told him there are some things he never forgets. Ford was puzzled by that remark.
Rex showed up at Viki's. Rex reported to his client that this wasn't Echo's first trip back to Llanview since the trial. She had returned a year later. Viki didn't know that and had no idea what she wanted back then. Rex assured Viki that he'd make sure Echo wouldn't bother her.
Jessica told Brody that she was going to have the paternity test. Brody agreed it was a good decision so they could move ahead.
Ford came to the door and saw Markko and Langston hugging. He was just checking to make sure Langston was in good hands. She obviously was.
James and Nate agreed to go out and try to find the girls themselves. Bo couldn't tell Marty where John was. "It's classified,' he explained. Marty left and Bo got a call from John. "Tell me something good," he said. "You found them? You found the girls?" Bo said in amazement.
Thursday
Todd and Blair set up a phone bank in Todd's house. Blair refused to go anywhere until Starr, Dani and Hope were back. The phone rang. It was Eli. "Miss me?" he asked Todd.
Nora wondered why Natalie was reading a tribute to Téa online. Natalie began to talk to Nora about Greg but then Bo asked Natalie to case the scene where John and Det. Price had found Starr's abandoned car. At the scene, John found Starr's bracelet. John told Natalie there was a lot of blood in the front seat. Natalie almost told John about her conversation with Greg but John was interrupted by a phone call with news that Eli had made contact. John left, and Price and Natalie found lots of bandages. Natalie wondered why the trunk was so empty and found a strand of hair she would run a test on. Natalie told Price that Greg had said Téa was still alive. Price didn't believe that was possible. Natalie wondered if there was a connection between Eli being at Cherryvale and the patient Greg was treating there. Natalie thought it was crazy but wanted to check it out anyway.
Cole asked Hannah if she knew something about where Starr was but they were interrupted when Markko and Langston came by to check on Cole. Markko said he wasn't going back to UCLA until Starr and Hope were back. They saw Hannah there and wondered if they were interrupting anything. Langston thought it was creepy that Hannah was living at Marty's. Cole said having Hannah around "was great." Hannah came back to the room with beverages. Hannah and Cole left. Langston found Hope's frog toy and wondered why that was there.
Bo and Nora stayed focus on bringing the girls home. He was also puzzled as to why Natalie had been reading Téa's obit. They began talking about Téa. "She was so indestructible in court," Nora said. "Just like you Red," Bo replied. Nora said she couldn't believe Téa was gone. Nora felt a moment of compassion for Todd. Bo and Nora kissed and reminded each other how lucky they were.
Starr woke up in a dark, strange place with a bad headache along with Hope. Starr wondered where they were and began knocking on a door crying for help. She found a book with Hannah's name in it. Starr began to remember what had happened with Hannah. "I know some crazy girl did it," Starr said. Starr tried to figure out a way to get out. Starr remembered Hannah saying, "You are not going anywhere." Starr realized that Hannah had not given her message to Cole and began to panic.
Dani woke up and wondered where she was. She began walking around gasping for breath. Dani almost opened the door to where Téa was sleeping but Eli came between them. He told them they were in an abandoned warehouse. "These walls are very thick," Eli said with a smile. Dani begged him to take her home. Dani tried to run away but Eli forced her to sit down. Eli tied Dani up and proceeded to call Todd and asked to speak to Blair. Todd didn't let him and wanted to talk to Starr. "You are not in charge," Eli yelled. Blair took the phone and Eli immediately softened. He apologized for how their wedding turned out. "I still love you," Eli said. Blair called him a vicious murdering monster. John advised Blair to stay cool. Holding back tears, Blair begged to talk to her daughter. Eli put Dani on the phone. "I'm okay," she said. "Starr and Hope got away," Dani explained. "Wrong move," Eli said when he took the phone away.
Téa woke up and begged the universe to have Dani and Todd find her. Téa tried to climb out of the window but fell back onto the mattress. "Who was that?" Dani asked. "Is someone in there?" she said to Eli. Eli dragged Dani away from the door. Dani lied, at Eli's insistence, and told Blair that she thought Starr and Hope were in the other room. Eli let Todd talk to Dani. She asked her father to forgive her for thinking Todd had shot Ross. Eli asked Todd for 50 million dollars. The FBI said that Eli had arranged it so that the call wasn't traced. Blair flipped out at the agents. Blair wondered what Eli had done to Starr. Dani begged him to let her see Starr and Hope. "I'm in charge," he reminded her.
Natalie and Det. Price arrived at Cherryvale. They learned that Dr. Evans' patient and her private nurse had disappeared. Apparently the nurse had quit. Natalie showed the orderly a photo of Téa, but he said he'd never seen her.
Blair began to doubt that Starr and Hope were in room next to Dani's. John told them that they found Starr's car and they had found Starr's bracelet. Blair began to cry. John reminded Blair that Starr was a tough girl.
Téa began to pray for help to find her way home. Bo told Cole that Eli had made a ransom demand. Cole wondered why Todd hadn't spoken to Starr. Bo didn't know. "This doesn't sound good," Cole said. Dani began screaming for Starr. Téa heard her daughter's voice. Eli entered Téa's room. "Danielle's here, I just heard her voice," Téa said hopefully. Eli just stared at her.
Starr began to break out of the room and found Hannah at the door. Natalie tried to sneak Téa's ashes out of Todd's house. "What are you doing?" he asked her.
Friday
Téa insisted to Eli that she heard Danielle. Eli said she was just confused, adding that he couldn't bring her home. He also revealed that Greg was supposed to kill her after giving her the brain tumor diagnosis. "You were never sick at all," Eli told a horrified Téa, who guessed that Eli had been blackmailing Greg. Téa begged Eli to let her see Dani and let her family know that she's alright. Dani managed to untie herself and ran to the room, thinking she was going to reach Starr. Instead she found Téa, bounded and gagged.
Desperate to find Starr, Hope and Dani, James showed up at; Langston and Markko answered the door. Markko wondered why James cared so much about getting the girls back, then left to pick up medication for his dad. James admitted it hurts him to know that he can't have Starr the way he wants to, the way Bobby can't have Langston. Langston realized that Bobby hadn't told James that she is the one who gave the incriminating photos to the dean.
Cole brought Marty up to speed on Eli's call to Todd and blamed himself for Starr and Hope's kidnapping. Blair told Marty they had all been victims of Eli. "We're in this together," Marty said. Blair nodded in agreement, but the women acknowledged that once their girls came home, they would never be friends.
With Hannah's pointed at her, Starr learned that Hannah was keeping her hostage in her childhood home. Unhinged Hannah told Starr she planned to kill her and Hope, leaving Hannah to comfort Cole. Starr scoffed at Hannah's talk of a "connection" with Cole. Hannah insisted that Starr and James want each other. "Did I hit a nerve?" Hannah said gleefully. Hannah said she wasn't going to kill anyone — yet. Instead, she'd keep Starr in the room until Cole had forgotten about Starr and fallen in love with Hannah. After Hannah left, Starr assured Hope that someone would find them.
When Todd took Téa's ashes away from Natalie, she insisted, "Téa isn't resting in peace." John, Blair and Todd were shocked, but Natalie begged him to trust her. Natalie pulled John outside and told him she was looking for evidence that Téa was alive. John filled Natalie in on the call Todd had gotten that sounded like Téa. The pieces began to fall into place, though John and Natalie couldn't figure out why Greg was under Eli's thumb. Natalie managed to get some ashes and Téa's hairbrush to compare DNA and dropped them off at the lab.
Destiny's parents sent her off to get coffee, leaving them alone with Greg. They didn't understand how Greg had gotten involved with Eli. "Greg would do anything to protect Shaun and Destiny," Felicia said. They wondered if Eli had found out what they had "done." "Doesn't Destiny deserve to know the truth?" Mrs. Evans asked her husband. "The truth about what?" Destiny asked. Her parents told her that Greg wasn't out of the woods yet. "He can't die," Destiny wept. "He can't leave me," she said, insisting Greg wouldn't miss her birthday. After the Evans family left, Eli snuck into Greg's room...
James said he cares too much about Starr to cause any trouble for her, and asked Langston to tell Cole that he had dropped by. On the way out, he bumped into Hannah and saw that she had his bullet necklace. "Where did you get this?" he asked.
