Paul is completely in love with Meg. If you look at Paul's history and who he is, you'll see that Paul NEVER gives up until he gets the woman he's in love with. Paul is not going to give up on Meg until she's wearing his wedding ring.

I wouldn't mind seeing, Paul and Emily as more than friends/working partners. I would like to see Paul in a different romance

I don't understand why Paul and Sofie are friends, but I wouldn't be broken up if they were to remain friends. It looks like Paul is about to stop basing his existance on Meg and he and Emily should remain friends. Paul definitely needs to be solo for a while then he can find a woman who is actually good for him and not an obsession.

I would love to see Paul and Emily back together and best of all would be for their daughter Jenny to still be alive somewhere out there, like maybe with James. What a powerhouse of a story a Paul and Emily and James story would be with plenty of Barbara and Susan in it. OMG would that ever be must see TV for me. But first and most of all I just want an end to Paul and Meg. I always ff their scenes and I'm sick of how disgusting Paul is when he's with Meg. How could TPTB ever let this Paul and Meg story go on for so long when it's SO boring and has all but ruined Paul? Do TPTB know how much Paul and Meg are hated as a couple? Sure they have that handful of fans that keep writing everyone under the sun and sending them presents but don't TPTB realize it's just those few and the great bulk of the audience can't stand Paul and Meg together?

I agree kathylul. The thought of Paul being stuck with St Emiloon-hoho is disgusting. For one thing Paul never loved her and second I don't want my Paul to die and St Emiloon-hoho is so unstable what makes anyone think she wouldn't try again. St Emiloon should be in jail, I can't wait for Tom to find out what she was up to last year!

I love Paul and Emily together, whether as friends or lovers; I love watching them scheme and conspire, and there's definitely a spark between them (or at least between the actors) that I find missing in Paul's relationship with Meg. More Paul and Emily, please....

If I wanted Paul dead (which I don't)putting him with Emily would do it. How many times has she tried to kill him anyway?

I want Paul to win the love of his life. Convince her he's everything. And have her love him up down and around. He's loving Meg so IM all about Meg. I love the Howarth/Wilson chemistry. Pretty much undeniably there. Paul and Emily as friends works. But he should watch his back, his head, his drinks at all times. Paul and Sofie...hope there's a family connection there. We'll see.

I don't know if Jen has any answers about Paul's love life, but I sure don't! I'll be tuning in along with the rest of you to see where he ends up next. I was thinking they were going the Sofie route, but with all these "she's young enough to be your kid!" anvils, maybe the new lady in Paul's life won't be a romantic option...

Marla, I know Mike is coming back and will be stuck in a on and off couple. Why bring him back now?
