I thought this episode was cool. I would have preferred a whole week worth of stuff, yet still this was cool. Check it out here: http://bit.ly/5LjDvs
Why? It was Prattacized!
Thanks for the link, but I'll pass. I am done with AMC until Alicia Minshew returns, hopefully with Thorsten Kaye.
I recorded it. Tried to sit through it. It was just the most terrible idea. And Ryan and Erica?.I would rather eat ground glass and drink cat urine that sit through that drivel.....

Paul, you have spoken for the masses.....No one in their right mind would sit through anytthing RyERica.....anything Ryan for that matter....I will add Fake Liza, Annie, & Greelee to the list also...The 40th anniversary show was not a 40th anniversary show...It was a tribute to Charles Pratt and his distruction...Starting with the flashbacks of the not so ground breaking wedding of a same sex couple that never was....because we all know Reek was sniffing after, swapping spit, and daydreaming about marrying Zach right before the stupid wedding...The overthetop crap with BOB being a ray of hope amist the destruction when that was the most destructive thing Pratt did....damaging Zach and decimating Bianca in the process....Pratt was patting himself on the back & reluctantly threw in a few things from years past, but that's about it....Not worth watching the first time...why bother for a second...

I'd rather not relive the 40th Anniversary Special. We were led to believe there would be lots of flashbacks to the good old Pine Valley residents that we knew and loved. To try to fast forward through 40 years in a one day "special" was, well, not so special. After briefly glossing over the history of AMC, we watched Erica trying to be coy and talking about all the 10 husbands in her life and how she "loved" every one of them. And Adam trying to remember the names of the women to whom he's been married over the years? I don't think I'm the only viewer who was disappointed by this much-hyped "special." They could have really made it something memorable. Coulda, woulda, SHOULDA!
