Is it me or did Rick hit his head?! He is "trying to seduce Jackie" to help his sister?! How does that work? Please end this silly storyline NOW! Thank you!

they need some young fresh blood-who can he or steffy date? they need more possible suitable daters to build some drama-this is a soap opera afterall!
