Nina was already pregnant and living with Rose when she first came on the show. If I am not mistaken, the paternity of her baby was never mentioned.

That's how I remember it to. No mention of the father back then but clearly that'll be fodder for future stories.

Ok, so, I spent the day going back over this past weeks episodes....and I have finally figured this out. And the solution, while we might joke about it, seems almost perfect, for story line purposes. Go to the episode after Ronan is arrested, and he is seated in Jail talking to Heather, then to chloe....LOOK at him....If you took two charaters and visualized what their child MIGHT look like, OH MA GAWD....and in revealing him to be the father, would add credence to what Laurens mother said about Neil...In a certain light, and at a certain angle, I CAN see the guy who played Neil Fenmore BEING his father. MAYBE Neil Fenmore WAS NOT the PILLAR of the community as LAUREN would have us to believe. He apparently knocked up jills mamma.. who's to say ( sick as it is) that he did not take full advantage of a young and naive Nina! THINK about it. JILL will not know the story behind ronan and what he did to SAVE his brother, so she still sees him as the one who "MURDERED" her grandson.....and now she finds out he is HER brother?awesome potential and power in that! And the high and mighty Lauren, miss goody two shoes NOW, is a sister to a cop killer? WRITERS.. YOU GETTING THIS? FREE MATERIAL!!!!
