What was cute and quirky to start with (worshipping various women and nicknames) is just plain annoying now. It seemed that Jason had all he could do to not pull out his gun and shoot Spinelli yesterday. It's time Spinelli grew up and acted like an adult. His scenes with Sonny were painful and the obsession with Brenda makes my teeth hurt.
What was the purpose of his presence at the Davis' Thanksgiving dinner? He and Maxie haven't been a couple for ages and he was more of a downer with his hang dog reaction to Matt being there.
He needs to get down to his PI work and help find the Balkan. Jason made a good point yesterday when he told him to help find the real threat to Brenda and quit worrying about her relationship with Sonny. When his part in Carly's plot comes to light, Jason will not be happy with him and both he and Carly will deserve to lose Jason.

Yeah, he's beyond ridiculous and annoying,lol. Everytime he has a scene, I just mute it and pet my cat. I'm hoping somebody will kidnap him and never return him.
So what was the crap yesterday about his burying the hatchet with Dante and then he turns around and gives Carly the adoption papers? When this blows up, and it's going to, he won't have a friend left in town, but Carly and we all know that she'll turn on him in a heart beat.
yes, I am confused why he thinks he is doing a good thing here, he may have started it to hurt Dante but didn't he know he would hurt Brenda who he loveeesss so much? And why would he want to piss off Sonny, Sonny wants to shot him most of the time anyway so why push it with him?
I don't normally watch GH but I have been a fan of Spinelli for some time now. He's not cute anymore, more like annoying. I wish the writers would take him back to his cute puppy dog ways.
disagree! i LOVE spins! i always look forward to the (currently very little) air time he has, and smile when he is on. he brings MUCH needed light heartedness, comedic AND intelligent presence to the show. he quotes such wonderful lterature and poems! and i am really hoping they continue with him and diane writing a book together, it will be a refreshing change from the curent dr. and mrs. boring drake story, and the who cares who marries brenda anymore plot. viva la sir damien!
Each day only brings more and more reason for Spinelli to leave. The latest is a classic. He tells Michael all about the shipment coming in when he knows that Jason and Sonny don't want Michael in the business. Thank heavens Abby had the presence of mind to go to Jason.Lately he spends more time ignoring what Jason tells or asks him to do and more on what he "thinks" is right. He never thinks before he speaks, like when he went on and on to Sam before she could tell him that she wasn't pregnant. I thought yesterday that Jason would pull out a gun and shoot him (we should be so lucky). He needs to grow up even more than Michael. All of the things that were refreshing when he started are extremely annoying now.
I want Dominic (sp?) to beat the crap out of his litle brother.

i have to agree. After watching yesterday I was ready to throw something at the t.v. It's none of his buisness who brenda is with she's an adult. And I can't even pretend to get the whole obession thing he has with brenda. get a life already.
