Vanessa Williams debuts as Dr. Valerie Grant October 25. Williams, who is the third actress to play Valerie, says, “Oh, my God, it was trial by fire! I hadn’t done a soap since New York. I think it was ANOTHER WORLD, and I had a small arc as a model.
