Lucas is the (gay) adopted son of Bobbie Spencer and the late Tony Jones.

I think so Paul. I'm not 100% sure because I rarely watch AMC. Maybe once a month when I'm annoyed by something else on. LOL!

Oh, that's right! I would like to see him back. I'd like to see Bobbie more and that would be a good way...

Bobbie has so many connections to GH I don't know why she's not on anymore. She's Carly and Lucas' mother. She has her brother Luke, niece Lulu, Spencer, Jake, Cameron, Nicholas, Lucky..the list is endless. This just goes to show you...Guza and company do not know how to write a mature storyline for a mature character.

Hello, I thought I'd introduce myself to the forum. I am a longtime GH viewer(back to the days of Luke, Laura, Scotty, Rick, Leslie, Amy, et al). I still love watching GH but sometimes I find myself fast forwarding through the scenes of mob violence. While I love some of the actors associated with those stories, the violence has got to let up. As all have said, killing off core and legacy characters is alienating the audience. I love watching couples like Robin and Patrick, Spinelli and Maxie, Tracey and Luke, Jax and Carly. Bring back the drama of couples and their struggles and daytime will keep it's audience.

Welcome to the board!! I would love to see more love and less violence. I usually just go around calling it General Mob since we rarely get the hospital stuff. Thankfully with Robin, Patrick, Matt and a few others we still get a little of the hospital, but still not enough for my taste. I miss having Amy at the nurse's station gossiping.

Thanks for the welcome! I really wish that they would give Epiphany a story on the daytime show like they did on Night Shift. I totally fell in love with her storyline with Touissant! I wonder if there are any plans to bring some of the characters created on NS to the daytime soap? If they need to make room on the canvas, they can start by getting rid of the Zaccharas!

I just wanted to comment on GH. I watched it for the first time since Maxi and Spinelli's big fight. I loved it. I loved the "Nihght Shift" qualities into it. I wasn't a fan of Lelya but I was so moved by her death. Good job, GH. I hope there are more episodes like this one.

I agree! Maxie and Spinelli work surprisingly well as a couple. But after seeing the February 6 episode, it looks like TPTB might try a Maxie/Johnny. BTW: I like the mob storylines. They are much more exciting than the illness of the week. JMO(Just My Opinion).

Johnny needs to go away. And as impossibly hot and sexy as Brandon Barash is, the character of Johnny (and Claudia for that matter) has become stagnant. There were all sorts of secrets in the Zacharra family that posed possible great story...but as usual...Guza blew it!!

Yea, they had that brief kissathon thing going on when they were snowed in but I kind of think they may just end up with a little bond thing. As far as them sleeping together, I really don't think that's going to happen. At least no time soon...just my opinion I totally agree with you about the mob storylines..they are more exciting than the illnesses.

I feel your pain, it took me forever to figure this site out. To start an acct. was not easy and I am sorry, but I do not remember how I did it. I do know the e-mail they send to confirm the acct. never came, and I had to open a whole new e-mail acct. to do it again, because it would not let me use the one I tried first with. I e-mailed the contact us people several times about it, but never even got a reply.I will say though that I sent in an e-mail about the star of the week, and how they should use a name with the picture, because I really did not recognize most of them, and the next week the names started to appear, so they are helpful sometimes, I bet someone will answer you!

I have been watching GH , AMC and until recently OLTL (not enough hours in the day) since I was a small child. My mother used to let me play quietly while she watched her soaps in the early 1960's and I passed it onto my daughter who is now grown. My mother and I and my daughter and I always end up discussing our soaps. I am new to this forum but hope someone maybe able to relate to the generational thing.

I can relate. Although I mainly only watch General Hospital and Bold & Beautiful, I grew up with my Mom watching As The World Turns, in fact I was born on the same day as Tom Hughes! It was a funny story my Mom used to tell about being in labor at the same time as his Mom, and how she wished she could have bypassed some years of mine as they did with him with the rapid aging thing. Gotta love Mom!
