The bad writer (who killed EVERYONE - John, Will, Carmen, Ji Min) thought killing John would be ratings gold. The next writer realized what an idiot she was, and tried to bring John back any way possible. That's why we have the ghost (and had the look-alike).

I hope that writer has added that briliant idea to her resume and never works on a soap again.

DITTO! But the way they pass writers around these things, she'll prob end up on OLTL killing off all of their favorites.
