Monday
Ashley confided in Adam that she'd been having some weird dreams and he was
in one. He promised to help her sort everything out. She recalled driving
during a rainstorm and hitting Sabrina. Adam promised not to tell anyone
about it. Ashley crawled into her bed and hugged her pillow.
At the Newman Ranch, Victor informed Victoria and Nick that Nikki called off
her wedding to Paul and left town. However, he didn't know where Nikki was
going. Victoria was surprised that Nikki had gone to him instead of her or
Nick. After Victor stepped away, Nick and Victoria discussed the situation.
"Someone can be the love of your life. That doesn't necessarily mean you're
gonna spend the rest of your life with them," said Nick. "Don't let Ashley
hear you say that," replied Victoria.
At the church, a despondent Paul sat down with his head in his hands. Father
Todd joined him and gave his brother a sympathetic smile. "I didn't see it
coming," Paul sighed. "Victor's got this hold on her, and it's sad. I'll get
over this," he added, "but Nikki's trapped." Todd noted that it was natural
for Paul to be angry, but pointed out that by walking away, Nikki had done a
brave thing. A tearful Paul argued that he and Nikki were great together,
and that being with Nikki made him happy. Victoria later found Paul at the
church and apologized for Nikki leaving. She added that they would've been
honored to have him join the family. Paul was sincerely touched. Later, Paul
took a quiet moment for himself. "Goodbye, Nikki," he whispered before
leaving the church.
Billy came by the Chancellor Estate and played it cool with Mac in front of
Chloe. Chance and Katherine joined them and Chance informed Chloe that he
got the detective job. Chloe was thrilled, though Kay feared the job wasn't
safe enough. Chloe continued to push the idea of Mac and Chance hooking up,
but Mac and Billy insisted that Chance wasn't interested. Kay got Chloe out
of the room by informing her that Cordelia was awake. After Chloe stepped
out, Mac implored Billy to tell Chloe the truth about them being together,
but Billy wanted to find the right moment.
At the station, Sharon asked Rafe to be her attorney and explained that she
accidentally left the store with the ring, arguing that being pregnant, she
couldn't outrun a security guard. Jack soon arrived and wanted to call
Michael, but Sharon didn't think Baldwin would want to represent her. Jack
didn't believe that her stealing was an "accident" and urged her to get
help. Chance then went to the station and was happy to be reintroduced to
Jack. Detective Wallace explained that Chance was new on the force. Rafe
warned Sharon that she'd probably have to spend the night there.... Jack
called Nick regarding Sharon. Nick arrived and Jack implored him to get
Sharon to seek professional help. Nick paid Sharon a visit, but she wasn't
happy to see him. She reamed him out when he called her "self destructive,"
insisting that she just made a mistake. Nick replied that he believed her.
However, he was shocked when he saw the ring she'd taken and realized it was
exactly like the one he'd given Phyllis.
Billy went to the ranch to see Ashley. She was thrilled to have him visit.
She then broke down as she filled him in on Zapato dying and how she's been
having nightmares. Billy was concerned for her and called Victor "a
controlling, manipulative freak." Ashley insisted that she's going to be
okay, but then admitted that she's been seeing Sabrina ‹ and dreamed that
she hit her with her car. Billy reminded her that Sabrina is dead so she
couldn't hurt her. She cracked a smile as Billy compared Sabrina to a
cartoon that you could do anything to and it would keep coming back. She
thanked him for being a good brother.... Adam went to car Ashley had been
driving and examined it. As he did so, he spoke out loud to himself, calling
Ashley a cruel name. He then found a dent on the car, indicating that Ash
really had hit something.
Chloe planned to include Mac and Chance in a spread in Restless Style about
Genoa City's adventurers, but Mac wasn't into the idea. Later, Chloe ran
into Mac at Crimson Lights and again mentioned Chance. Mac became angry and
revealed that she and Billy are together.
Victor stopped by the estate and told Kay about Nikki calling off the
wedding and leaving town. Kay wanted to know if Victor had anything to do
with it, but Victor denied it. Kay stated that Nikki still loves him. Victor
insisted that he didn't tell Nikki to leave Paul. "What I regret is that she
left so suddenly because there were more things I wanted to say to her," he
explained. "Now I don't have a chance to do that."
Billy and Jack met up at the G.C.A.C. Billy informed his brother that Ashley
is "losing it."... Adam informed Ashley that there really was a dent on the
car's fender, and that he remembered her leaving the house. "Ashley, I think
you killed Sabrina," he said gravely.
Tuesday
Billy and Jack dined at the G.C.A.C. where Billy admitted to his brother
that he feared Ashley was losing it. He wondered if she should be put in a
psych ward. Jack wanted to start with getting her out of Victor's "haunted
house" before they even considered putting her in an institution.
At the Newman Ranch, Adam suggested to Ashley that Sabrina wasn't really
dead, and that Ashley had hit her with the car. Victor arrived and Ashley
told him that she'd had a bad dream — and that Adam was "comforting" her.
Victor asked to hear about the dream, but Ashley didn't want to discuss it.
Victor concluded that she was still upset about the incident with Colleen
and the Newman Board; he then revealed that Nikki called off her wedding to
Paul, which made him realize how much he loves Ashley. He suggested she take
a trip, but Ash became suspicious as to why he wanted her gone. He explained
that he meant for them to go away together, but she turned him down....
Upstairs, Adam took out Sabrina's gown and ripped off a piece of it....
Abby, Noah and Eden entered the ranch and brought Victor one of Zapato's
toys. Eden expressed her sympathy for the dog's death. Noah asked if they
could have a memorial, an idea which Victor liked. After, everyone went
outside and shared their memories of the dog. As they spoke, Victor's eyes
filled with tears. When Ashley spoke, she apologized for letting him off of
his leash. Victor gently reminded her that the dog's death wasn't her fault.
He then gave his own eulogy for his late friend, saying that Zapato loved
his family and they all loved him. The others left so that he could have a
moment alone at the grave. "You're a good dog. I loved you," Victor said
quietly. Victor then got a call saying that Zapato had been poisoned. He
swore that the person who did it to him wouldn't go unpunished. Later, he
found Nikki's necklace on the ground.
At the Chancellor Estate, Nina asked Chance if he had a crush on Chloe.
Chance denied that there was anything going on, noting that Chloe was still
in love with Billy.... At Crimson Lights, Mac informed Chloe that she and
Billy were together. An upset Chloe called Mac a slut and accused her of
stealing her husband. "It's over; you lost," Mac retorted. "Billy doesn't do
'forever,' " Chloe pointed out. "Not with you," Mac replied and refused to
take responsibility for Chloe and Billy's marriage failing. A furious Chloe
stepped away to put in an order and was surprised when Gloria took her
order. Jeffrey joined Glo behind the counter. The pair continued to plot on
how they could get money from Victor; Gloria wanted to show Ashley the photo
of Victor with Mary Jane, and was desperate to get away from the
coffeehouse.... After Chloe got her order, Mac apologized for being a bitch.
Chance then arrived and Chloe announced that Mac is sleeping with her
husband. Chloe explained to Mac that when the affair went public, it would
cost Billy his career. Jeff listened with interest. Chloe hoped that Billy
and Mac would be miserable, then stormed out. Chance followed her.
Paul went to Jimmy's bar to drown his sorrows, along with a sympathetic
Nina. She promised to be there if he ever needed to talk, which he
appreciated. Paul wondered where Nikki had gone, while Nina couldn't
understand why she'd walk away from such a great guy. She then realized that
it was Victor who'd influenced Nikki's decision.
Victor showed Ashley the necklace he'd found outside and explained that he
didn't know where to find Nikki to return it to her. Later, Billy and Jack
came by the ranch to take Ashley. Ashley refused, but Jack didn't think she
was safe there. Ashley became hysterical and Victor ordered security to
throw the men out. Jack and Billy left, but not before swearing that it
wasn't over.... Adam cut himself, then put the blood on Sabrina's purple
dress. Later, Adam showed Ashley the piece of the dress. She was horrified
as she concluded that she'd hit Sabrina. Adam urged her to keep quiet.
Chloe went home and broke down in tears. Chance put his arm around her and
tried to comfort her. Nina returned home and spied them together.... Jack
and Billy went to the coffeehouse and Billy filled in Mac on the drama with
Ashley. Mac revealed that she told Chloe about them, but Billy was
unfazed.... Jack made some calls to find out what his rights are as Ashley's
sibling. Jack then told Billy that MJ was responsible for Zapato's death.
Jeff eavesdropped.
Mary Jane went to church and entered the confessional, where unbeknownst to
her, Father Todd was listening. She then began to name the "unforgivable"
things she's done, starting with how she's hurt animals, lied, stolen and
slept with a married man. She then went on about how things sometimes push a
person over the edge, and how she's cut herself off from her family. Later,
she revealed that she saw her brother was upset, but she didn't help him
because she was caught up in her own drama. Todd suggested she see a shrink,
but she refused; she insisted that she's not a bad person. Todd's interest
was piqued when she began speaking about her family and noted that she has a
brother in Detroit. Todd realized that he was speaking with his sister,
Patty, but when he went to see for himself, she'd gone. Todd called his
brother and informed Paul that he thinks Patty's back in town, and is in
real trouble.... MJ went to the coffeehouse and snatched some food; there,
she ran into Gloria, who offered to get her some more food. Glo realized the
woman was Mary Jane.
Wednesday
At the Chancellor Estate, a furious Chloe mentioned the "D word," divorce,
while arguing with Billy. Billy insisted that he's there for Cordelia, but
Chloe feared that if he and Mac had kids, Delia would be forgotten about.
Meanwhile, Nina and Chance dined at the G.C.A.C. She implored her son to
admit that there's something going on between him and Chloe. He admitted
that he wishes there were something going on. Nina warned him about all the
things Chloe had done, like lying about her baby's paternity. Chance argued
that Chloe is who she is, no excuses and that Chloe reminds him of Nina.
Nina believed that Chloe would try to trap him since he's a Chancellor man.
"Talk about a blast from the past?" pointed out Chance to Nina.
At Crimson Lights, Gloria prepared a sandwich for Mary Jane. Glo and Jeffrey
hoped that by finding MJ, they’d get Victor’s million-dollar reward.
Gloria brought Mary Jane the food and some coffee; she and Jeff then joined her
and asked MJ how she ended up homeless. She replied that she was on the run
from an abusive husband and that her Kitty was killed by a dog. Gloria
feigned sympathy. Jeff then invited her to move into their place, but Mary
Jane was wary of the offer and wanted to know what was in it for them. Glo
replied that they're big believers in karma. When they went to get her more
food, MJ left the coffeehouse. Gloria told Jeff to catch her. Jeff announced
to the patrons that the place was closing down so they could chase after MJ.
Phillip and Cane chatted at Jimmy's bar. Cane confided that Lily's father,
Neil, still doesn't trust him. Still, he intended to stick around. Mac's
interest was piqued when Phillip said that Cane can't return to Australia.
Cane didn't want to discuss it. Mary Jane returned to the bar and asked Mac
if she could hide out in the back room again.... Lily wanted to be with
Cane, but Neil didn't think it was a good idea. He feared that Cane would break her heart again and jeopardize her
recovery as she deals with chemo. Later, Cane stopped by and Neil reamed him
out. Cane replied that he was only there to make sure Lily was okay. Lily
asked if Cane was planning to return to Australia. He said that he isn't,
but he did consider leaving because he didn't want to create friction
between her and her dad. "I don't want to go through this without you," she
pleaded. Cane promised to be there if she needs him.
Phillip joined Nina and Chance and pointed out that Nina loved him for
himself, and not for the Chancellor name. Chance noted that Chloe could be
the same way. Nina and Phillip jokingly suggested that he give it 20 years
and see if it works out. Later, Phillip assured Nina that he'd stay in town.
Billy insisted to Chloe that everything would work out in regards to Delia's
custody. He offered her a settlement, but Chloe didn't want his money. She
sadly realized that with Mac in the picture, her marriage never
stood a chance. Later, Chance returned home and found Chloe in tears. He
urged her to open up to him and she shared that she and Billy are getting
divorced. Chance offered to cheer her up and asked her on a date. She
happily accepted.... Billy went to Jimmy's and was furious when he learned
that Cane would be working there.
Jeff and Gloria went to Jimmy's as they continued to search for Mary Jane.
Gloria demanded that Jeff stop drinking and keep looking. When they left, MJ
came out of hiding in the back room.... Jeff assured Gloria that they'd find
MJ, get Victor's reward money and be wealthy again.
Devon and Roxanne began to make out, but Tyra interrupted when she came by.
After Roxy left, Devon shared that Neil was coming by for game night. When
Tyra seemed unhappy at the mention of Neil's name, Devon asked if their
relationship was in trouble. Devon reminded her that he'd warned her about
Neil not being ready to be with her, which infuriated Tyra. Devon called her
nave and Tyra broke down. He comforted her and apologized for upsetting
her. They then kissed and began undressing each other. Meanwhile, Roxy and
Neil arrived at Devon's for game night, but Neil was called into work.
Roxanne entered the doorway and spied Devon and Tyra having sex! She
quickly left, making sure they didn't see her.
Thursday
At the tack house, Phyllis asked Nick what was happening with Sharon's
arrest. Nick said that Jack was taking care of her bail and that he was done
rescuing Sharon. Phyllis was relieved to hear that. Summer joined them and
recognized Abby on the cover of Restless Style. But when Summer saw her own
picture, she seemed confused. Phyllis was upset and hugged Summer; she then
wondered if Sharon would have her baby taken away if she went to jail....
Jack and Sharon dined at the G.C.A.C. She continued to insist that she
didn't mean to take the ring.
Mary Jane called Victor from Jimmy's and asked him for a million dollars,
noting that this is what he'd offered for her capture. Victor promised to
make her pay for everything she's done and warned her to "run like hell." MJ
said that she had a contact in his house and could get that close again. She
laughed when he stated that he did a background check on his staff, but hung
up and hid when she heard someone enter the bar; it was J.T.
Rafe and Heather met at Crimson Lights to discuss Sharon's case. Rafe noted
that Heather seemed to be taking it personally; she began to get upset as
she thought of him and Adam and accused Rafe of going after her boyfriend.
Rafe implored her to deal with the case professionally and not let her
personal life influence it. Paul interrupted and Rafe left; Heather then
broke down in her father's arms. She confided how stupid she felt for
falling for Adam. Paul reminded her that she's only human and she loved him.
Heather then asked if Paul's heard from Nikki, but he said he hadn't. He
explained that he was still looking for Mary Jane and that his sister,
Patty, was back in town. Heather was eager to meet her, especially since
she'd enjoyed getting to know Father Todd.
Rafe arrived at the club and found Jack and Sharon. He informed them that
the assistant D.A. has offered a deal: Sharon would do no jail time,
provided she voluntarily check herself into a psychiatric facility for 30
days — and she had until 2 p.m to make up her mind. Sharon was appalled, but
Rafe encouraged her to consider it because she could end up getting as much
as 10 years in prison. Jack viewed the photo of the ring and realized it was
the same one that Nick gave Phyllis.... Nick informed Phyllis that Sharon
took a ring identical to hers. Phyllis was horrified. "This is not happening
again... why hasn't it stopped?" she moaned, realizing that Sharon was still
in love with Nick. Nick promised her that she has no reason to be
jealous.... Jack implored Sharon to accept the deal and questioned her about
the ring. "Do you think I'm crazy?" she asked. Jack replied that keeping
quiet about carrying Nick's baby was eating away at her. He believed that a
month in a psych facility could give her just the break she needs.
At the Newman Ranch, Adam watched via his spy equipment while Abby tried to
talk to Ashley. Abby was excited about her first magazine cover coming out
and wanted a party, but Ashley was distracted. She asked Abby to straighten
out a certain piece of artwork so the house would look neater; when Abby
did, she came across one of Adam's tiny spy cameras. Victor came inside and
they showed him the bug; he concluded that it could be a business
competitor. Ashley thought it was Estella. Adam came downstairs and wanted
to know what was going on. Ashley didn't want the cops to come by because
she didn't trust them, so she called J.T., who was still at the bar. When he
stepped away for a moment, Mary Jane scribble a note and stuck it in his
things. Later, J.T. came by and took a look at the cameras; he found a few
more and Ashley realized that someone has been watching them in their
bedroom. J.T. concluded that the spying wasn't related to anything
corporate. After, Victor and J.T. came into Adam's room. J.T. wanted to
check Adam's room, but Adam didn't want him to. He insisted that no one
would want to bug him. J.T. then found a camera in the bookcase and Adam
feigned surprise.... Rafe came by the ranch and visited Adam, noting that
him coming out to Heather was a big step. He wanted to help Adam deal with
it.
A disguised MJ stopped by the coffeehouse and overheard Paul and Heather
talking about Patty. She quickly left.... Victor took J.T. aside and said
that he believed that the cameras were connected to Mary Jane and Estella.
He ordered J.T. to find MJ for him. J.T. then reached into his pocket and
found the note MJ had left him. It said that if he wanted to know about Mary
Jane, J.T. should ask Victor — because he knows everything.
Friday
Sharon stopped by the tack house and visited with Nick. Meantime, Phyllis helped Summer work on her alphabet; Summer enjoyed learning about her favorite letter. Phyllis gave Nick and Sharon some time alone, and Sharon revealed that she's going to check herself into a psychiatric facility. Nick didn't approve of the idea, but she explained that she'd already accepted the deal. Noah soon came by and she filled him in on her plans. He was appalled, but Nick believed that Sharon was doing the right thing. Noah noted that they gloss over their problems in their family. Nick argued that they were just trying to protect him. Noah wanted to help, but wanted to know the details. "Just let me be a kid who loves his mom and is there for her when she needs him," he said, and embraced her. Before she left, Sharon assured Nick that she'd be fine. Phyllis respected Sharon for doing what she had to to protect her daughter. She thought that this is what Sharon needed to move on from Nick.
At the Newman Ranch, Adam insisted to Rafe that he's not gay and loves Heather. Rafe accused him of playing games with him and wanted to know what Adam was trying to get out of their relationship. Adam asked Rafe not to push him.
After sleeping with Devon, Tyra didn't want to discuss what had happened. She explained that she didn't know why they ended up together, and regretted being with him. Just then, a furious Roxanne came by with a box of Devon's things. She reamed him out for being with another woman. Tyra apologized to her, but Roxy didn't want to hear it. Devon went on about how it was only
one time, but Roxy wasn't ready to understand and stormed out. Tyra wondered if Roxy would say anything to Neil, then declared her love for Devon's father. Devon replied that he's going to tell Neil the truth. Tyra begged his not to.
At Neil's, Lily looked through the family photo album. When Lily began to talk about death, Neil assured her that she isn't going to die. They then discussed Cane and Lily said she needs her husband. Neil wanted her to be around people she can trust. She argued that people can earn trust back — and that she might not have the time to wait.
Cane wasn't sure he should work at Jimmy's if Billy was so against it, but Mac insisted that he stay put. She then told him that a homeless woman was living in the back room, but is harmless. Yeah, right. After, Mac brought MJ some clothes and other goods so she could start over. Mary Jane thanked her for her kindness.
Neil came by Devon's and Devon told him the truth about being with Tyra. Neil sat down, shocked, as Devon kept saying he's sorry. He then filled in Neil on how he and Tyra ended up together, but Neil didn't want the details. "Do you hate me?' Devon asked. Neil replied that he didn't. They then got a call from Lily, asking them to come home so she could speak with them. Neil ordered Devon not to tell Lily about Tyra. Lily then called Cane and asked him to come over. When everyone arrived, the guys agreed to put their issues aside. Lily greeted them with a packed bag and informed them that she's moving back home — with Cane.
At the ranch, J.T. showed Victor the note about MJ and wanted to know what was going on. Victor feigned ignorance and reminded J.T. that he wants the woman in jail. J.T. still suspected that Victor was somehow connected to her, but he denied it and ordered J.T. to look for her. After J.T. left, Victor made a call and asked a private investigator to follow him. Later, Victor went upstairs to see Adam and told Rafe that he has proof that another woman was involved in gaslighting Ashley. Rafe was still furious that Estella had been accused in the first place. Victor then told him about the spy cameras and Rafe replied that Estella doesn't know about that sort of thing. Victor yelled at him to make Estella cooperate and tell him who else was involved or else she'd go to prison. Later, Rafe met with Estella at Crimson Lights and asked if she thought Adam could be responsible. She didn't, but Rafe was determined to get to the truth.... Adam told Victor that he was now single and needed to figure out what he wants. He wished he could help Victor find MJ. Adam then admitted how much he regretted hurting Victor by forging the diary.
J.T. went to Jimmy's and found Colleen there. He then mentioned Mary Jane to her and Mac; Mac panicked when she shared that MJ was in the back room. She then realized that MJ had stolen money from her purse.... Meanwhile, MJ dyed her hair blonde.
Rafe accompanied Sharon to the psych facility and she checked herself in. She looked around the small room in horror.
